ARRESTS

7/10 1:41 a.m. A 34-year-old man was lodged at Multnomah County Jail on a West Linn municipal warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of providing false information to police.

7/11 12:17 a.m. A 26-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of strangulation and fourth degree assault.

7/12 5:39 p.m. A 21-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a West Linn municipal warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of third degree theft.

7/13 2:22 a.m. A 30-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a detainer and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

DUII

7/9 1:00 a.m. A 55-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

7/8 2:34 a.m. A caller heard "five pops" near the 22300 block of Clark Street.

7/8 7:56 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near Kenthorpe Way and Old River Drive.

7/8 12:52 p.m. A caller said someone drove by Lil Cooperstown three times and yelled racial slurs.

7/8 6:10 p.m. A man believed his car was stolen but he had actually just forgotten where he parked it.

7/8 8:08 p.m. A fisherman was refusing to leave a property near the 5000 block of Territorial Drive.

7/8 8:36 p.m. A man said his grandson was causing problems at his house and that he was afraid of him.

7/8 10:18 p.m. A caller said her drunk boyfriend took her car keys so she couldn't leave. They agreed to separate for the night.

7/8 10:44 p.m. A man said his girlfriend refused to leave after they'd agreed to separate for the night.

7/9 12:41 a.m. A caller said someone broke into her home near the 1700 block of Britton Street.

7/9 6:43 a.m. A caller said he was kicked out of his house.

7/9 8:51 p.m. An ongoing neighbor dispute was reported.

7/9 11:40 p.m. A man was concerned for his well-being after being invited over by a friend who he hadn't seen in a year.

7/11 2:47 a.m. A caller said an unknown person was ringing her doorbell near the 1500 block of Holly Street.

7/11 6:13 a.m. A caller said someone claiming to be an intelligence or Secret Service agent in Turkey stole money from her and was making death threats.

7/11 8:43 a.m. A suspicious looking person had a holstered weapon near the 2100 block of 8th Court. Officers determined the person had followed open carry laws.

7/11 12:47 p.m. Two juveniles were seen with a bag of marijuana.

7/11 1:57 p.m. A man was seen putting graffiti on walls at the restroom in Willamette Park.

7/11 2:18 p.m. A caller said a man grabbed a package off a porch and put it under his shirt near the 2400 block of Sunset Avenue.

7/11 8:50 p.m. A suspicious looking man yelled "shoot me" while passing by someone near the 2400 block of Tulane Street.

7/11 9:30 p.m. A caller said someone threw tires from Les Schwab down a hill, and they crashed into his fence.

7/12 10:52 p.m. A suspicious looking man was seen kicking and pushing over a shopping cart near the 22000 block of Salamo Road.

7/12 11:50 p.m. A suspicious looking man had been sitting in his car for more than two hours near the 18800 block of Willamette Drive.

7/13 5:35 a.m. A caller said a suspicious looking vehicle with a man inside was parked near the 2700 block of Magone Lane.

7/13 5:59 a.m. A suspicious looking man was yelling in a parking lot and wandering around near the 1500 block of Garden Street.

7/13 8:57 a.m. A suspicious looking man was sleeping near the 19000 block of Willamette Drive.

7/13 2:09 p.m. A suspicious looking man was pounding on doors and asking to use a phone to call his stepmother near Linnwood Drive and Marigold Court. Officers assisted him so that his stepmother could pick him up.

7/13 4:15 p.m. A caller said she was being harassed on Facebook.

7/13 5:11 p.m. A caller was concerned after seeing a man fall in a ditch.

7/13 5:58 p.m. A man and woman were heard arguing.

7/13 8:29 p.m. Juveniles were on the roof of Trillium Creek Primary School.

7/14 8:05 a.m. A caller was concerned someone was sleeping at the West Linn Lutheran Church after finding piles of dish soap and cans of food. The shower had also been used and food items had been taken from the pantry.

7/14 9:35 a.m. A caller said a former tenant was trespassing on his rental property.

7/14 2:36 p.m. A suspicious looking person was yelling and talking to himself near the 22800 block of Willamette Drive.

7/14 8:12 p.m. A suspicious looking person appeared to have been camping near the 1500 block of Holly Street.

7/14 8:58 p.m. Juveniles on skateboards and bikes were seen near Rosemont Road and Salamo Road, and one of them went through a red light.

7/14 11:30 p.m. Juveniles were setting off fireworks near the 22000 block of Salamo Road.

FRAUD

7/13 12:45 p.m. A Wal-Mart manager suspected fraud when a customer tried to buy a $3,000 card for the IRS. Officers were able to prevent the woman from being scammed.

7/13 4:03 p.m. A caller suspected fraud after receiving a bill from Salem Health when she didn't have services there.

7/14 1:02 p.m. A fraudulent check was used at Wells Fargo bank.

7/14 6:33 p.m. A caller said he believed his 9-year-old son's identification had been stolen and someone was using his Social Security number.

THEFT

7/10 9:46 a.m. A theft was reported near the 5300 block of Amy Street.

7/11 6:03 a.m. $200 was stolen from a restaurant near the 22000 block of Willamette Drive.

7/11 11:31 a.m. A burglary was reported near the 22500 block of Skyview Drive.

7/11 3:40 p.m. Outgoing mail was reported stolen near the 1400 block of Rosemarie Drive.

7/11 5:40 p.m. A package was reported stolen from a porch near the 2400 block of Saddle Court.

7/14 9:11 p.m. A caller said her son's wallet was stolen.

ACCIDENTS

7/10 7:16 a.m. An accident was reported near Arbor Drive and Highway 43. No one was injured.
