3/31 5:10 p.m. A Social Security number was stolen and used to file taxes.

4/1 10:17 a.m. A Social Security number was stolen and used to file taxes.

4/1 4:29 p.m. A Social Security number was stolen and used to file taxes.

4/3 11:20 a.m. A possible computer crime was reported at Fit For Life on the 5600 block of Hood Street.

ACCIDENTS

3/29 1:44 p.m. A traffic accident was reported at the 3900 block of Ridgewood Way.

3/29 6:45 p.m. A traffic accident was reported at the 19600 block of Hidden Springs Road.

3/30 12:18 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10th Street and the I-205 entrance.

4/1 5:05 p.m. A traffic accident was reported at Holly Street and Willamette Drive.

4/3 3:21 p.m. A vehicle collided with a speed limit sign at Ostman Road and Willamette Falls Drive.

4/3 5:54 p.m. A traffic accident was reported at Bland Circle and Salamo Road.

THEFTS

3/29 12:52 p.m. A stolen gold Toyota Corolla from Portland was found parked at the 3900 block of Ridgewood Way.

3/30 5:51 p.m. A television set was reported stolen at the 2500 block of O’Neal Court.

3/31 8:59 a.m. Power tools were stolen from a garden shed on the 5700 block of West A Street.

4/2 6:58 p.m. Multiple bank accounts were opened in the name of a resident at the 1000 block of Epperly Way.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

3/30 1:26 a.m. A woman complained about loud music and partying at a home on the 22200 block of Skyview Drive. Police arrived to find music playing “very softly.”

3/30 1:27 a.m. A Honda with a loud muffler was driving up and down Athena Road.

3/30 8:14 a.m. A man said that his neighbor had been turning the mirror on his truck every day for six months.

3/30 12:12 p.m. A man with a baseball bat threatened residents at the 5000 block of Broadway Street.

3/30 2:27 p.m. A man reported that his roommate took off his shirt and said he would “cut him into little pieces.”

3/30 5:59 p.m. A woman parked her car and wandered around Bonnet Drive and Oregon City Boulevard for one hour. Police could not determine what she was doing.

3/30 8:45 p.m. A man was preaching about astronomy in a parking lot at the 19300 block of Robin Circle.

3/30 9:45 p.m. The same man was reported for making comments about Christians and slavery at the 19300 block of Robin Circle.

3/31 8:35 a.m. A woman’s vehicle was cut off by another vehicle on Highway 43. The offending driver then followed and confronted her at her home. Police were able to restore peace upon arrival.

3/31 9:14 a.m. A man complained that high school kids on the 5500 block of Broadway Street were leaving garbage behind.

3/31 12:36 p.m. A vandal slashed the tires on a green Honda parked on the 2300 block of Tulane Street.

3/31 2:04 p.m. Occupants of a beige four-door vehicle dumped a box of trash in front of a home on the 20500 block of Suncrest Drive.

3/31 4:18 p.m. Officers removed a concrete deer from the road at Jolie Pointe Road and Willamette Drive.

3/31 7:49 p.m. Two motorcycles were racing on Rosemont Road towards Highway 43.

4/1 8:39 a.m. A resident was concerned about drug use near West Linn High School after her son found a syringe.

4/1 10:59 a.m. A resident at the 22800 block of Willamette Drive reported a large tree in a back lot that “looks ready to fall.”

4/1 2:29 p.m. A suspicious-looking person claiming to have found a lost puppy was knocking on doors at the 3100 block of Winkel Way. He did not have a puppy and “didn’t seem to fit the neighborhood.”

4/2 Grafitti and paint cans were found under the bridge at Borland Road near the Tualatin River.

4/2 9:08 p.m. A wallet found at Willamette Park was returned to its owner.

4/2 9:51 p.m. A man was seen laying under a red Jeep at the 5400 block of West A Street across from West Linn High School. Police told him to go inside.

4/3 8:44 a.m. A woman’s son was receiving threatening text messages. Police advised that he blocked the phone number.

4/3 8:57 a.m. Two windows were broken at Sunset Fire Hall on the 2200 block of Long Court.

4/3 11:05 a.m. A woman at the 4200 block of Spring Rock Circle had an ongoing problem with a dog defecating on her lawn. She did not know which dog was responsible.

4/3 1:16 p.m. A suspicious grey Mazda was parked awkwardly at the 2000 block of Maple Terrace. The owner said it needed a new battery and planned to move it.

4/3 9:05 p.m. An unwanted subject was removed from the Chevron station at the 22200 block of Willamette Drive/

ANIMAL ANTICS

3/31 2:38 p.m. A coyote was spotted near the staff parking area at Trillium Creek Primary School.

3/31 3:12 p.m. A sick or injured raccoon was spotted in a yard at the 1600 block of 6th Avenue.

4/2 9:23 a.m. A brown lab carrying a stick was walking around near Elmran Avenue and Steamboat Way.
