BURGLARIES

9/1 7:34 a.m. Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 3600 block of Fairhaven Drive.

9/2 1:41 p.m. A burglary was reported in the 3400 block of Coeur d’Alene Drive.

THEFTS

8/30 5:05 p.m. A laptop, among other items, was stolen from a garage in the 2400 block of Margery Street.

8/31 11:25 a.m. Items were taken from a garage in the 18800 block of Old River Drive.

9/1 5:43 p.m. A purse containing a cellphone, wallet, cash and a debit card was stolen from a vehicle in the library parking lot.

9/1 10:39 a.m. Solar path lights were stolen from a front yard in the 4100 block of Glen Terrace.

9/4 8:55 a.m. A resident in the 1900 block of Hall Street was shocked to see someone added eight phone lines to his account and received a bill for more than $2,000.

9/4 1:33 p.m. A theft of a Rolex watch valued at $4,500 was reported in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

FRAUD

9/3 2:18 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 19300 block of Willamette Drive.

9/3 5:52 p.m. Fraudulent credit card use was reported in the 20500 block of Noble Lane.

ACCIDENTS

9/1 1:04 a.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Hughes and Willamette drives.

9/4 6:10 p.m. Two semis collided on northbound Interstate 205 near the viewpoint.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

8/30 7:30 p.m. A belligerent customer in the 18600 block of Willamette Drive was raising a ruckus.

8/30 8:09 p.m. Kids were seen peering into cars in the 5400 block of West A Street.

8/31 7:22 a.m. A meanie kicked a man’s dog in the 22500 block of Skyview Drive.

8/31 12:33 p.m. Shots were heard in the 2300 block of Michael Drive.

8/31 6:32 p.m. A man wearing just underwear was doing a Tarzan impression by swinging from the trees.

8/31 8:12 p.m. Gunshots were heard in the 2300 block of Appaloosa Way.

8/31 8:57 p.m. A floating flaming balloon was seen in the 6400 block of Palomino Way.

8/31 10:19 p.m. Kids were hurling spitballs at passing vehicles near Salamo and Weatherhill roads.

8/31 10:49 p.m. In the 3400 block of Parker Road, kids were chucking apples at vehicles.

9/1 9:36 p.m. A friend not answering the door in the 18600 block of Rose Way was just sleeping.

9/1 9:50 p.m. A “beater car” was driving slowly in the 1300 block of Fourth Street.

9/1 9:52 p.m. Gunshots were heard in the 1800 block of Churchill Terrace.

9/2 5:32 p.m. Teens were attempting to take down the fence at Willamette Primary School.

9/2 6:53 p.m. A male called police unhappy that his brother was punching him.

9/5 12:54 p.m. Kids on a dock in the 18400 block of Nixon Avenue were tossing mud.

ANIMAL ANTICS

8/31 2:05 p.m. A lost dog appeared not excited to see its owner when reunited in the 19900 block of Willamette Drive.

9/1 7:25 a.m. An ex-boyfriend was hitting a dog in the 2500 block of Limerick Lane.

9/4 7:13 p.m. A slow-moving raccoon in the 3300 block of Crescent Drive is suspected to be ill.
