SUBMITTED PHOTO - Lake Oswego artist Rosalyn Kliot will be exhibiting her art at the café at the New Seasons store in Tualatin during the month of July. Kliot describes the paintings as being mostly mixed media collage utilizing a variety of papers and materials, and inspired by both nature and the city. 'My process is generally experimental and intuitive, although I am formally trained,' Kliot writes in her artist statement. 'I work in a variety of media including fiber, and some of the collage works will have a textural quality.' The exhibit opens July 5 and continues through the end of July. New Seasons is located at 7703 Nyberg Road in Tualatin.

Activities at this years festival will include dancers from Ecuador, art, music, face painting, community resources and information, food, a soccer tournament and inspirational speakers.
