• 9:19 p.m.: Police arrested Alejandro Flores-Espinoza, 31, at Goodwill, and he was charged with shoplifting.

Saturday, Dec. 23

• 2:34 p.m.: Police arrested Laurenti Larion Basargin, 55, of Gervais, at Goodwill, and he was charged with shoplifting and violation of parole.

• 11:26 p.m.: Police arrested Vyacheslav Burlachenko, 37, of Marion County, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, Dec. 24

• 2 a.m.: Police arrested Rogelio Guerrero-Villarreal, 52, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Oak Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 9:25 a.m.: Police arrested Dominic Anthony Andrizzi, 41, of Salem, at the corner of West Hayes Street and Oregon Way, and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 3:16 p.m.: Police arrested Melanie Regina Jennings, 43, of Colton, at Walmart, and she was charged with shoplifting.

• 10:56 p.m.: Police arrested Angelica Maria Rodriguez, 37, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harrison and Sixth streets, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Monday, Dec. 25

• 3:50 a.m.: Police arrested Artemio C Juan-Andres, 28, of Woodburn, in the 2100 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

• 2:01 a.m.: Police arrested Jorge Luis Arceo-Cortez, 22, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Settlemier Avenue and West Hayes Street, and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• 9:49 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 9:56 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Inglewood Lane.

• 12:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Arney Road.

• 1:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 4:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Oswald Street.

• 4:27 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Luis Arceo-Cortez, 22, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of Young Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

wednesday, Dec. 27

• 12:03 p.m.: Police arrested Alejandro Garcia-Garcia, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of third-degree criminal mischief.

• 4:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Kelowna Street.

• 9:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Comstock Way.

Thursday, Dec. 28

• 1:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault at Walmart.

• 3:33 p.m.: Police arrested Michael Anthony Abarca-Loera, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with two counts of third-degree assault, and one count of third-degree criminal mischief.

• 4:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the intersection of Grant and North Fifth streets.

• 10:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 400 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 10:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a vehicle alarm sounding at the intersection of Palmer and Garfield streets. The owner was present and stated his or her dog set it off.

Thursday, Dec. 28

• 9:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of North Main Street. The stolen vehicle had been found by an unknown individual. Open investigation.

Friday, Dec. 29

• 9:59 a.m.: Police arrested Porfirio Hilario-Sanchez, 39, of Mount Angel, in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue, on a warrant with Marion County.

• 1:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a broken window in a vehicle in the 900 block of Hayes Street.

• 10:23 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of West Marquam and Monroe streets, a citation was issued for driving while suspended and failure to register vehicle. A passenger, Michael Sandoval, 35, of Salem, was arrested on a warrant with Marion County.

Monday, Jan. 1

• 7:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 300 block of East Marquam Street. The officers arrived and determined it was verbal in nature. Parties were separated.

Tuesday, Jan. 2

• 7:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary of a generator and stove pipe in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. Open investigation.
