Thursday, Nov. 9

• 1:08 p.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Alfonso, 19, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, failure to appear, and possession of methamphetamine.

Friday, Nov. 10

• 1:40 a.m.: Police arrested Francisco Bartolo, 25, of Marion County, at the intersection of East Cleveland and North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:34 p.m.: Police arrested Sarahi Velasco-Estevez, 19, of Woodburn, at the Woodburn Premium Outlets and she was charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

Saturday, Nov. 11

• 8:30 p.m.: Police arrested Jobab Munoz, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue and he was charged with DUII.

Sunday, Nov. 12

• 2:59 p.m.: Police arrested Gavino Duke Garza, 19, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North First Street, and he was charged with distribution of marijuana and possession of marijuana (under 21).

• 3:10 p.m.: Police arrested Ezequel Juarez-Arellano, 20, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street, and he was charged with menacing.

• 7:27 p.m.: Police arrested Debrah Lynn Owings, 64, in the 1000 block of North Evergreen Road, and she was charged with harassment, and initiating a false police report.

Monday, Nov. 13

• 2:37 a.m.: Police arrested Eli Alberto Torres-Velasquez, 21, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Grant Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and giving false information to a police officer.

• 10:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 800 block of North First Street.

• 10:33 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2700 block of Fairway Street.

• 10:44 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 700 block of North First Street.

• 1:22 p.m.: Police arrested Paul Stuart Bastion, 50, in the 1300 block of Sallal Road, and he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

• 1:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Vine Avenue.

• 9:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Oregon Way.

• 11:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3000 block of Hillyers Lane.

• 5:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Park Avenue.

• 8:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Newport Way.

• 8:50 a.m.: Police arrested Chelsea Marie Palacios-Arredondo, 27, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Front and East Cleveland streets, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Oswald Street.

• 1:10 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Lee Hosley, 36, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and he was charged with arrest on warrant.

• 2:22 p.m.: Police arrested Paul Stuart Bastion, 50, in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 6:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1000 block of Bryan Street.

• 6:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Goodwill.

• 10:27 p.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Uriarte-Para, 22, in the 3400 block of Linda Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 2:01 p.m.: Police arrested Gregori Ivan Kalugin, 47, of Hubbard, in the 2100 block of Riviera Court, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 3:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of South Evergreen.

Friday, Nov. 17

• 6:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Second Street.

• 11:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Second Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

• 5:17 p.m.: Police made a traffic assist at the intersection of North Main Street and Industrial Way. The officer assisted with traffic control after a dog had been hit by a car.

• 7:13 p.m.: Police responded to a family disturbance at the intersection of Downs Road and Highway 214. The officer responded and it was determined no crimes had been committed and the parties separated.

• 9:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious activity in the 900 block of South Main Street. The officer found a vehicle with its dome light on. The owner was unable to be located.

Thursday, Nov. 16

• 2:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of menacing in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The complaint received was regarding an individual threatening another person with a firearm. Officers responded and were unable to locate the subject.

Friday, Nov. 17

• 4:41 p.m.: Police responded to a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 214 and Dominic Road and issued a citation for driving while suspended and open container.

• 7:11 a.m.: Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 400 block of West Marquam Street.

Saturday, Nov. 18

• 6:33 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop in the 400 block of Lincoln Street and a citation was issued to the driver for not having an operator's license. A passenger was issued a citation for providing the vehicle to an unqualified driver.

Sunday, Nov. 19

• 9:36 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

Monday, Nov. 20

• 1:06 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Cherry Street. A resident reported their vehicle window had been broken. It is an open investigation.

• 3:47 p.m.: Police responded to an animal complaint in the 500 block of North Garfield Street. The complaint received was regarding an unfamiliar rooster in the area. The animal was unable to be located.

• 5:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of neglect in the 800 block of East Marquam Street. An officer responded and it was determined there was no indication of abuse or neglect.
