• 4:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti at the intersection of North Third and Harrison streets.

• 5:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 5:45 p.m.: Police responded to several reports of graffiti on First Street and Audrey Way.

Friday, Nov. 3

• 4:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 600 block of Third Street.

• 7:44 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of North Front Street.

• 7:48 a.m.: Police arrested Rolando Eduardo Lopez-Cruz, 23, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of James Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment.

• 8:55 a.m.: Police arrested Carlos Gonzalez-Lopez, 40, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 12:23 p.m.: Police arrested Kevin Aaron Cooksey, 35, of Aurora, in the 300 block of Hawley Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 4:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 11:06 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Wheat Street.

Saturday, Nov. 4

• 11:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 11:21 a.m.: Police arrested Walter Joseph Scheiderich III, 51, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Tulip Avenue, and he was charged with harassment.

• 12:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street.

Sunday, Nov. 5

• 1:38 a.m.: Police arrested Briant Rivas-Sanchez, 23, of Beaverton, at the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Newberg Highway, and he was charged with DUII, hit-and-run and reckless driving.

• 8:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Brown Street.

• 10:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Smith Drive.

• 4:23 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 51, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Front and West Lincoln streets, and he was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

• 5:44 p.m.: Police arrested Jessi Derwin Hoffragge, 32, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Marylynn Way, and he was charged with three counts of violation of a restraining order.

• 8:17 p.m.: Police arrested Sara Marie Perez, 28, of Salem, at Woodburn Premium Outlets, and she was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and shoplifting.

• 10:01 p.m.: Police arrested Kenneth Avin Salmonson, 27, of Molalla, in the 1900 block of Jansen Way, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Monday, Nov. 6

• 12:16 p.m.: Police arrested Andres Lopez-Garcia, 44, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Industrial Avenue and Pacific Highway, and he was charged with first-degree assault, failure to appear, menacing and unlawful possession of a weapon.

• 5:14 p.m.: Police responded to a trespassing report in the 1400 block of Sallal Road.

• 7:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 700 block of North Court.

• 9:57 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 6:21 p.m.: Police arrested Edward Camanga Lumives, 61, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Sallal Road, and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear.

• 7:25 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Alberto Artega Jr., 20, of Portland, in the 4500 block of Pacific Highway, and he was charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

• 9:56 p.m.: Police arrested Ryan Michael O'Connell, 37, of Hubbard, in the 2400 block or Riviera Court, and he was charged with coercion and harassment.

Monday, Oct. 30

• 10:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Schmidt Lane.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

• 4:45 p.m.: Police arrested Jesse Lee Disrud, 35, of Hubbard, in the 3900 block of Lindsey Avenue, and was charged with contempt of court, probation violation and telephonic harassment.

Sunday, Nov. 5

• 6:19 a.m.: Police arrested David Ivan Kuzenetsov, 44, of Portland, in the 3300 block of D Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

• 4:49 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop in the 500 block of Maple Street and issued a citation for driving while suspended.

• 6:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at the intersection of East College and North Oak streets.

Saturday, Nov. 4

• 4:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suicide attempts on North Garfield Street.

• 11:43 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Downs Road. A citation was issued for driving while suspended, failure to register vehicle, and driving uninsured.

Sunday, Nov. 5

• 7:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 700 block of North Spruce Street. The officer located an unoccupied vehicle at the park, but found nobody nearby.

Monday, Nov. 6

• 4:58 p.m.: Police observed smoke from a backyard fire and contacted the responsible party to advise them there was no burning allowed that day. They extinguished the fire.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

• 5:51 p.m.: Police responded to a family disturbance report in the 500 block of East College Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

• 8:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary at a business in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

• 8:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a man with a gun in the 700 block of North Spruce Street. Officers responded and determined there had been a verbal disturbance. The involved parties separated.

• 4:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of harassment in the 900 block of North Main Street. The report made was regarding a possible phone scam of a threatening nature.

Thursday, Nov. 9

• 6 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a driver possibly under the influence at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Jefferson Street.

Friday, Nov. 10

• 2:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 300 block of South Pershing Street. A citizen reported that credit cards had been opened in their name by an unknown person.

Saturday, Nov. 11

• 2:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Cherry Street. A citizen reported the window of their vehicle had been broken.

• 1:49 p.m.: Police responded to a noise complaint at the intersection of North Cleveland and East Church streets. The complaint was regarding a loud motorcycle, whose owner seemed to be intentionally making noise while revving the engine.

• 10:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of North Main Street. The officers responded to a local business. One individual was trespassing.

Sunday, Nov. 12

• 8:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of North Main Street. A local business employee reported a suspicious person around the business and requested extra patrols in the area.

Tuesday, Nov. 14

• 7:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a MVA at Main and May streets.
