• 9:43 a.m.: Police arrested Robert Alexander Iuhasz, 24, of Gresham, in the 2200 block of North Pacific Highway and he was charged with second-degree burglary.

Tuesday, Aug. 8

• 9:29 p.m.: Police arrested Stephanie Lasley, 23, of Vancouver, at the intersection of Settlemier Avenue and Lincoln Street, and she was charged with failure to carry a license.

Wednesday, Aug. 9

• 10:44 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Diaz-Ortiz, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with vandalism.

Friday, Aug. 11

• 12:10 p.m.: Police arrested Carlos Bryan Arredondo-Nava, 18, in the 3400 block of Steven Street, and he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and initiating a false police report.

• 9:05 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Diaz-Ortiz, 35, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Park Avenue and Lincoln Street, and he was charged with second-degree vandalism, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of second-degree crime damage.

Saturday, Aug. 12

• 8:59 p.m.: Police arrested Jhonie De Jesus Sanchez, 25, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

Sunday, Aug. 13

• 1:32 a.m.: Police arrested Thang Lam, 49, of Portland, at the intersection of Newberg Highway and Evergreen Road, and he was charge with DUII.

Monday, Aug. 14

• 1:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2300 block of Willow Loop.

• 4 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Ducret, 40, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with possession of heroin.

• 7 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street.

• 8:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 10:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

• 9:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 600 block of Tukwila Drive.

• 2:20 p.m.: Police arrested Bruce James Bell, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1800 block of Sallal Road, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 2:37 p.m.: Police arrested San Poil Oripachan Whitehead, 21, of Woodburn, in the 2100 block of Progress Way, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 3:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1500 block of Ten Oaks Lane.

• 3:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 300 block of West Hayes Street.

• 5:13 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the intersection of Brown and East Cleveland streets.

• 9:53 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Villalobos, 21, of Portland, in the 700 block of South Pacific Highway, and he was charged with harassment.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

• 9:20 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 11:06 a.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Walmart.

• 11:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1300 block of Princeton Road.

• 6:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of neglect in the 900 block of East Cleveland Street.

• 12:03 a.m.: Police arrested Joel Medina-Nambo, 38, of Dayton, in the 1400 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with harassment.

• 3:09 a.m.: Police responded to several reports of theft on Country Lane, Pana Street, and Pana Court.

• 2:30 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Ronzon-Hortega, 49, of Mount Angel, and he was charged with failure to appear and probation violation.

• 5:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Lincoln Street, and a resident reported that vandalism was done to their home and a missing garden hose.

• 10:04 p.m.: Police arrested Porfino Hilario-Sanchez, 39, of Mount Angel in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Friday, Aug. 18

• 9:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of South Main Street, a business reported illegal dumping of trash.

• 12:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of harassment in the 800 block of East Marquam Street.

• 5:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of sex offense in the 200 block of Industrial Way, regarding the possible offense of a male exposing himself.

• 11:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block of North Pershing Street, unable to locate the subject.

Saturday, Aug. 19

• 1:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of John and North Main streets. An individual was found sleeping in a car. Officer made contact and the subject said they were too tired to drive so they pulled over to nap.

• 4:09 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire call in the 100 block of Palmer Street.

• 7:33 p.m.: Police arrested Andrey Sharipoff, 49, of Mount Angel at the intersection of East College Street and St Mary's Avenue, on a Marion County warrant.

• 7:43 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire call in the 400 block of West Marquam Street.

• 8:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 800 block of North Main Street. A resident reported a vehicle had been running for hours with no one in the car. Officer made contact with the responsible party who said the vehicle had been left on by mistake.

• 11:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of Marion Court. An officer found a vehicle door open. Contact was made with the owner who said nothing appeared to be missing. The vehicle was secured.

Sunday, Aug. 20

• 8:36 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Montano-Rodriguez, 26, transient, at the intersection of East College and North Sheridan streets, and he was charged with parole violation.

• 9:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 300 block of Lincoln Street. The responding officer determined it was a verbal disagreement, nothing physical. Parties were separated.

Monday, Aug. 21

• 3:26 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of West Marquam Street. The officer found two people sleeping in their car. It was determined they were waiting for the eclipse event. They were notified of park hours and relocated to a legal parking space.

• 10:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle at the intersection of Buchheit and East College streets. A citizen reported seeing people running through the backyard of a neighbor with flashlights. The officer responded and determined the individuals had permission to be on the property and no crimes were observed.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

• 6:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 800 block of North Main Street. An officer found the vehicle with the windows and door open. Vehicle was secured.

• 10:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of East Marquam Street. A resident reported that their vehicle had been vandalized with paint. Officers responded and found other locations with the same vandalism.
