• 7:07 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Alberto Silva Miranda, 37, of Mount Angel, in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with harassment.

Tuesday, July 18

• 11:40 a.m.: Police arrested Jack Lee Nelson Jr., 48, of Canby, at the intersection of Newberg Highway and Meridian Drive, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 9:15 p.m.: Police arrested Manuel De La Cruz-Pastor, 31, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with attempted assault of a police officer, third-degree vandalism, second-degree criminal trespassing, giving false information to a police officer and resisting arrest.

Thursday, July 20

• 8:50 a.m.: Police arrested Larissa Monique Gonzales, 29, of Hubbard, in the 400 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree theft.

• 8:21 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 51, of Portland, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with vandalism, failure to appear and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

• 11:30 p.m.: Police arrested Jeremias Perez-Martinez, 27, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with probation violation.

Friday, July 21

• 11:47 a.m.: Police arrested Michael James Potter, 26, of Molalla, at Walmart, and he was charged with shoplifting.

• 9:55 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Alberto Arteaga Jr., 19, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of Meadowvale Lane, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol.

Saturday, July 22

• 9:15 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Manuel Maldonado, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with interfering with a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest and violation of parole.

• 10:21 a.m.: Police arrested Felipe Ray Quintero, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with second-degree theft (bicycle).

• 6:38 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Rodriguez, 18, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Grant Street, and he was charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, assaulting a police officer, harassment, menacing, assaultive resisting arrest and strangulation.

Sunday, July 23

• 12:35 a.m.: Police arrested Miguel Angel Perez Cruz, 24, of Bakersfield, California, at the intersection of Newberg Highway and North Evergreen Road, and he was charged with DUII.

• 6:24 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Julio Tapia, 34, of Prineville, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with three-counts of harassment and menacing.

• 1:10 p.m.: Police arrested Larry James Neighbors, 43, of Portland, in the 300 block of North First Street, and he was charged with third-degree vandalism.

• 1:56 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio Segundo-Ciriaco, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary.

Monday, July 24

• 6:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Doud Street.

• 4:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism on Juniper Circle.

• 10:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive.

• 11:51 p.m.: Police arrested Jhonie De Jesus Sanchez, 25, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North First Street on charges of first-degree burglary and vandalism.

• 12:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at Walmart.

• 6:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 12:54 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio Lopez Gomez, 28, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harrison and Front streets, and he was charged with attempting to elude police.

• 3:56 p.m.: Police arrested Matthew Frank Lawson, 38, of Oregon City, at Walmart, and he was charged with second-degree shoplifting.

• 4:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2300 block of West Hayes Street.

• 8:48 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Gutierrez Ascencio, 31, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Olive Avenue and Myrtle Street, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

• 9:57 p.m.: Police arrested Leonardo Higuera-Mendoza, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment.

• 2:01 a.m.: Police arrested Virginia Lynn Long, 43, of Keizer, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and she was charged with DUII, possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 2:22 a.m.: Police arrested Apolo Nunez-Martinez, 31, of Woodburn, at the intersection of East Cleveland and North Front streets, and he was charged with DUII.

• 4:48 a.m.: Police arrested Kenneth John Eckert, 52, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Tomlin Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

• 9:01 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 5:10 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Gene Fleming, 45, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Vanderbeck Lane, and he was charged with two counts of third-degree vandalism, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.

• 6:59 p.m.: Police arrested Lucas Perez Gomez, 38, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:39 p.m.: Police arrested Gregory Dean Frank, 55, of Woodburn, on Juniper Circle, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:59 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Luis Cabrera-Torres, 37, in the 300 block of Ogle Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, failure to appear, giving false information to a police officer, two counts of identity theft and possession of methamphetamine.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

• 2:42 p.m.: Police arrested James Christopher Thorson, 27, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Joyce Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 4:41 p.m.: Police arrested Melesio Rodriguez Luis, 30, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

• 3:45 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Mount Angel Highway and Downs Road and a citation was issued to the driver for failure to obey a traffic control device. Citations were issued to two passengers for minor in possession of alcohol.

• 8:27 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Buchheit Street and arrested Emily Ontiveros, 26, of Mount Angel, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Monday, July 31

• 9:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 600 block of North Main Street and the officer made contact with the subject.

• 9:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 200 block of North Garfield Street, and the officer made contact with the subject.

• 10:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle at the intersection of East College and North Garfield streets.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

• 2:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a MVA with injury at the intersection of East Church and North Main streets. The driver of one vehicle was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. The driver of the other vehicle was cited for expired operator's license.
