• 12:32 a.m.: Police arrested Paul Daniel Whitney, 39, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Wheat Street and he was charged with two counts of attempted assault of a police officer, first-degree burglary, resisting arrest/assaultive and violation of a restraining order.

• 2:12 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Lawson Avenue.

• 7:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of George Street.

• 7:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:27 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio Segundo-Ciriaco, 35, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

Sunday, July 16

• 12:02 a.m.: Police arrested Feodor Molodyh, 31, of Marion County, at the intersection of Carol and Lincoln streets, and he was charged with possession of heroin and violation of parole.

• 4:05 a.m.: Police arrested Ezequiel Martinez-Flores, 21, of Salem, in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 1:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 700 block of Harrison Street.

• 6:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Umpqua Place.

• 10:09 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street.

Monday, July 17

• 8:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:42 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Guerrero, 37, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Laurel Avenue and he was charged with two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 7:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1700 block of Umpqua Road.

• 8:13 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 400 block of North First Street.

• 1:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 1:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Doud Street.

• 3:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1900 block of Jansen Way.

• 9:57 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 3:33 p.m.: Police arrested Moses Feliz, 31, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Hall and Church streets, and he was charged with harassment. Olivia Lumbreras, 38, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

• 11:55 p.m.: Police arrested Nancy Pena-Rodriguez, 19, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, July 16

• 12:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of Cypress and Hayes streets. Officer noticed a light on in the car. Owner was contacted and turned off light.

• 1:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 300 block of North Sheridan Street. Officer responded to complaint to a loud individual. Subject was advised to be quiet to avoid alarming neighbors and passers-by.

Monday, July 17

• 8:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Abbey Drive. The officer found a vehicle parked in the fire lane. Contact was made with the owners and they said they would move the vehicle.

• 9:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of Marion Court. The complainant stated they believed they had been burglarized. They could not determine if anything was missing.

Tuesday, July 18

• 12:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of Wilco Highway.

• 4:40 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire call on Abbey Drive.

Thursday, July 20

• 6:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 600 block of North Spruce Street.

• 9:22 a.m.: Police responded to a MVA with injury at the intersection of Mount Angel Scotts Mills and Meridian roads.

• 11:17 p.m.: Police arrested James Adcock, 74, of Salem, in the 200 block of East Charles Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 12:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Saturday, July 22

• 9:21 a.m.: Police assisted with a fire in the 900 block of North Spruce Street.

• 8:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 700 block of Taylor Street. The officer found a vehicle door open. The owner was contacted and the vehicle was secured.

Monday, July 24

• 10:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 700 block of Taylor Street. An officer made contact. No crime occurred but the subject was advised to calm down.

• 11:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious person in a vehicle on Abbey Drive.

Tuesday, July 25

• 5:27 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Lincoln and West College streets. A citation was issued for failure to obey a traffic control device and failure to carry proof of insurance.

• 9:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle on Abbey Drive.

• 8:24 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of West Church and Lincoln streets and issued a citation for failure to obey a traffic control device.
