• 10:08 p.m.: Police arrested Victor Javier Ventura, 18, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Church and North Fifth streets and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Saturday, April 8

• 1:49 a.m.: Police arrested Jesus O. Cordova Jr., 42, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harrison and North Fifth streets and he was charged with failure to appear, interfering with a police officer, possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 8:33 p.m.: Police arrested Erica Marie Garcia, 29, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of South Pacific Highway and she was charged with probation violation.

Sunday, April 9

• 12:05 a.m.: Police arrested Ruben Correa-Andrade, 26, of Milwaukie, at the intersection of Reed Avenue and Willamette Street and he was charged with driving while suspended.

Monday, April 10

• 2:45 a.m.: Police arrested Jacob Joseph Depuglia, 30, of Dallas, in the 1300 block of North Evergreen Road and he was charged with violation of release agreement.

• 8:28 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of North First Street.

• 10:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 400 block of East Clackamas Circle.

• 10:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 7:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1400 block of North Front Street.

• 12:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2200 block of Santiam Drive.

• 9:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1100 block of North Evergreen Road.

• 12:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 2:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 8:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the intersection of Tooze and Oswald streets.

• 9:15 p.m.: Police arrested Christina Marie Arismendez, 31, at the intersection of Harrison and North Sixth streets and she was charged with failure to appear. Also arrested was Mike Kuznetsov, 37, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Both are of Woodburn.

• 10:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of Harvard Drive and South Evergreen Road.

• 11:38 p.m.: Police arrested David Garcia-Hernandez, 22, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Third Street and he was charged with DUII and interfering with a police officer.

• 6:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of Dahlia Street.

• 9:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Third Street.

• 9:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 3600 block of Palimino Avenue.

• 7:31 p.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Joy Patterson, 32, of Salem, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and she was charged with shoplifting.

• 5:32 p.m. Police arrested Elias Aguilar-Manzano, 23, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street and he was charged with attempting to elude police in vehicle.

• 10:40 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3000 block of G Street.

• 12:26 p.m.: Police arrested Lacy Steiger, 30, of Mount Angel, in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue and she was charged with probation violation.

Thursday, April 6

• 1:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of Lincoln Street and it was later recovered in Salem.

Friday, April 7

• 7:55 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a small tree down across lines, responded until Fire arrived to assist at the intersection of Main and May streets.

• 9:30 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a tree down across lines, subject with a tractor assisted and moved the tree at the intersection of Saratoga Drive and 114th Avenue.

• 12:34 p.m.: Police responded to a shots fired call involving a Marion County Sherriff's Office deputy, assisted in trying to locate the suspect, at the intersection of Portland and Boones Ferry roads.

• 1:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a restraining order violation, complainant was not cooperative with the investigating officer. Given the provided information, no crime was committed in the 200 block of Otto Street.

• 6:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of low wires over the road, placed barricades in efforts to protect the public until the issue could be resolved, at the intersection of Gilles and College streets.
