At 2:50 p.m. Dec. 9: At 580 Hardcastle Ave., Carmen Veronica Pinones-Carmarena, 29, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with fail to appear — bench warrant.

At 3:47 p.m. Dec. 9: At 1079 N. First St., Barcylay Bidbay Vasquez, 19, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.

At 4:44 p.m. Dec. 10: In the 200 block of North Second Street, Virgilio Alejandro Ramirez-Hernandez, 28, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with menacing, probation violation and third degree theft.

At 8:59 p.m. Dec. 11: At the intersection of Hawley and East Cleveland streets, Iosif Fomich Ivanov, 36, of Marion County, was arrested and charged with failure to appear — bench warrant.

At 2:16 a.m. Dec. 13: At 700 E. Lincoln St., Norberto Josue Martinez, 21, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

At 4:40 p.m. Dec. 13: At 15 Smith Drive, Miguel Angel Galvez-Martinez, 21, of Marion County, was arrested and charged with hit and run.

At 8:32 p.m. Dec. 13: At 1061 Dunn Court, Jeannie Marie Savage, 30, of Salem, was arrested and charged with violation of a restraining order.

At 12:44 a.m. Dec. 14: At the intersection of Third and C streets, Abisai Carbajal, 19, of Canby, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

At 12:23 a.m. Dec. 15: At the intersection of Boones Ferry and Broadacres roads, Orion Michael Hill, 18, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with reckless driving.

At 11:19 p.m. Dec. 15: At the intersection of Shirley Avenue Northeast and Shirley Court Northeast, Shane Allen Henson, 29, of Marion County, was arrested and charged with failure to appear on a bench warrant.

At 7:26 a.m. Dec. 17: Police responded to a report of theft at 3491 Casteel St.

At 1:20 p.m. Dec. 17: Police responded to a report of burglary at 3220 Second St.

At 10:40 a.m. Dec. 18: Police responded to a report of vandalism on South Sheridan Street.

At 7:26 p.m. Dec. 19: Police responded to a report of two cows in the street on East Marquam Road. Police located the owner and assisted in corralling them back into the pasture.

At 2:27 p.m. Dec. 20: Police responded to an abandoned vehicle on East Marquam Road. Police contacted the owner who reported he was getting rid of the car, advised it would be towed if not moved.

At 12:13 Dec. 23: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Maple Avenue. No signs of anyone in area.
