Festival organizers say the tulips will reach their peak of color this week
Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm is in full bloom outside Woodburn, as its annual Tulip Fest heads toward its third weekend. The month-long, efflorescent fiesta, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, attracts thousands of visitors annually, from all 50 states and across the globe.
Festival organizers continue to add new events and attractions, including this years paintball shooter and archery tag, but they say the colorful palette provided by Mother Nature remains the festivals top draw.
