The Tigard Police Department reported the following arrests from Aug. 22 to Aug. 28: assault (1), driving under the influence of intoxicants (1), drug offense (1), fraud (2), theft (5), warrant (9).

Monday, Aug. 28

• Someone was heard playing music on his phone and cursing in the area of Lauren Lane and 135th Avenue.

Sunday, Aug. 27

• Two people were seen fighting in the 11600 block of Lomita Avenue.

• A man appeared to change his clothes in the 7100 block of Spruce Street, tear sensor tags off of articles of clothing and then walk back into Fred Meyer, 11565 S.W. Pacific Hwy.

• Three unlocked vehicles were broken into in the 13700 block of 130th Place.

• A resident of the 10300 block of View Terrace reportedly had their mail stolen and opened by a neighbor.

• Items were stolen out of a vehicle at CrossFit, 15995 S.W. 74th Ave.

• A drunken man holding a dog knocked on a door in the 10900 block of Springwood Drive.

• Someone worried about the welfare of a dog they saw unable to keep up with a man who had it on a leash and was yelling at it in the area of Pacific Highway and Main Street.

• Two adult brothers were allegedly beating each other up in the 13200 block of 121st Avenue.

• Someone suspected her ex-boyfriend of trying to gain access to her email and Facebook accounts in the 10900 block of Durham Road.

• A man was seen digging through trash in front of Value Village, 12060 S.W. Main St.

• Two people were arrested in the 14500 block of Hall Boulevard after someone reported witnessing what he believed to be a drug deal.

Saturday, Aug 26

• A stolen yellow cab was recovered in the area of Barbur Boulevard and Pacific Highway.

• A man cursed, threw things and rode his skateboard around at Fred Meyer, 11565 S.W. Pacific Hwy., defying directives to leave the store.

• A man allegedly punched a manager and threw items at the front entry of Fred Meyer, 11565 S.W. Pacific Hwy.

• A subwoofer was stolen from a vehicle in the 12800 block of Morningstar Drive.

• A dog running loose in the 15100 block of 84th Avenue was reportedly "aggressive" and ventured onto a resident's front porch.

• A dog was left in a vehicle with the windows opened slightly at Costco, 7850 S.W. Dartmouth St.

• A woman reported her dog had gone missing in the 14800 block of 81st Avenue.

• A dog was seen inside a pickup truck parked in the sun with its back windows cracked in the 15500 block of Pacific Highway.

• After taking umbrage with employees at McDonald's, 16200 S.W. Pacific Hwy., who had apparently gotten her order wrong, a woman reportedly refused to leave and threw food at a worker.

• Someone reported receiving multiple harassing phone calls in the 10900 block of Springwood Drive.

• A vehicle was vandalized with a key or similar object in the 9400 block of Washington Square Road.

Friday, Aug. 25

• A pit bull walked around the neighborhood in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue and Varns Street. It seemed friendly.

• A water purifier system was stolen from a car in the 11800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

• Someone broke into a vehicle parked in the 9700 block of London Court and stole a gun and a knife.

• A woman was arrested for menacing and unlawful use of a weapon in the 9800 block of Walnut Place after she reportedly screamed at another woman and threatened her while holding a pair of scissors.

• A man who was "hanging out" on the property refused to leave Green Light District, 11606 S.W. Pacific Hwy.

Thursday, Aug. 24

• A man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and domestic harassment in the 7700 block of Pfaffle Street after a reported disturbance.

• A garbage can went missing in the 9900 block of Walnut Street.

• Someone complained of harassment and "illegal financial things" being done to him by his estranged wife in the 12700 block of Walnut Street.

• A man was seen looking into a vehicle in the 9300 block of Washington Square Road.

• A man reportedly came up to a door in the area of Stratford Loop and 88th Avenue and explained to the resident who answered it that he wants "peace on Earth." He was then picked up by a van.

• Someone reported a man was spying on her in the 7500 block of Hunziker Road. This has been an ongoing issue.

• Someone said a neighbor was harassing her in the 16100 block of 113th Avenue.

• A man said another motorist tried to run him off the road and then cut him off, causing a collision with a third car, in the area of Pacific Highway and 78th Avenue.

• In the 12100 block of Summer Street, after a 5-year-old boy shouted at a neighbor's dog, which reportedly barks at all hours of the day and night, to "be quiet," the dog's owner started yelling at the child.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

• Someone walking their dog thought they surprised a man who was hunched down by a car using his phone in the 13400 block of Hawks Beard Street and suspected he may have been hiding.

• A loose dog ran in the street in the 12700 block of Cafield Court.

• Motion detectors were activated and a door handle may have been tried by a suspected prowler in the 8700 block of Schmidt Loop.

• A man returned to Eagle Bargain Outlet, 14365 S.W. Pacific Hwy., days after reportedly assaulting someone.

• A dog barked inside a vehicle with its windows barely cracked in the 7500 block of Dartmouth St.

• Someone reported receiving harassing messages in the 11800 block of 91st Avenue.

• The theft of a package in the 13800 block of Hillshire Drive was reportedly caught on surveillance footage.

• An elderly woman was allegedly defrauded out of money and identifying information by a purported technical support company in the 11000 block of Errol Street.

• A vehicle in the 9500 block of Washington Square Road was keyed.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

• A charity donation box was stolen in the 9600 block of Washington Square Road.

• A resident of the 13400 block of Barnum Drive complained of partiers at a neighbor's residence throwing and breaking bottles in her yard.

• Police investigating a report of a man wearing a security shirt looking into windows at U.S. Bank, 12160 S.W. Main St., discovered that he was a security guard working for the security company.

TUALATIN

The Tualatin Police Department reported the following from Aug. 22 to Aug. 28: 618 calls for service, 19 traffic crashes and seven arrests.

Monday, Aug. 28

• Someone stole $2,799 in computer equipment from a locked vehicle in the 7400 block of Bridgeport Road.

• A vehicle in the 21000 block of 84th Avenue appeared to have been unlawfully entered and its center console rummaged through, but nothing of value appeared missing.

Sunday, Aug. 27

• Items collectively valued at $670 were stolen from a vehicle in the 17300 block of Rivendell Drive.

• A vehicle in the 7200 block of Hazel Fern Road was scratched.

• Someone entered an unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 8000 block of Kingfisher Way and stole more than $100 in items.

• A vehicle was entered and $384 in items stolen in the 17300 block of Brandyshire Court.

• $100 in tools was stolen out of a vehicle in the 17800 block of Pacific Highway.

Friday, Aug. 25

• Three Eugene men and a Eugene woman were arrested for theft at Cabela's, 7555 S.W. Nyberg St., after allegedly stealing more than $4,000 in merchandise.

Thursday, Aug. 24

• The front windshield of a vehicle was found damaged in the 18000 block of Lower Boones Ferry Road.

• Someone threw a stone through an entry door in the 18000 block of Lower Boones Ferry Road, breaking a window.

• Someone reported being defrauded out of $1,300 in the 11900 block of Tualatin Road.

• About $60 in items were stolen from a car broken into in the 7400 block of Bridgeport Road.

• A woman was hospitalized after her ex-boyfriend allegedly pushed her to the ground in the 18400 block of Boones Ferry Road.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

• A vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 8000 block of Seneca Street overnight.

• Two metal signs appeared to have several small holes in them in the 19600 block of Boones Ferry Road, concerning someone who suspected they may have been damaged by gunfire.

• Items were reported stolen and damaged after storage units at Public Storage, 7095 S.W. McEwan Road, were found to have been broken into.

• A bicycle and other items were stolen from a porch in the 17900 block of 115th Avenue.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

• A woman was arrested for theft of lost or mislaid property in the 7100 block of Sagert Street.

• A Beaverton man was arrested for false swearing at Cabela's, 7555 S.W. Nyberg St., after he allegedly tried to purchase a firearm and was denied.

• The front license plate of a vehicle in the 20900 block of Martinazzi Avenue was stolen.

• Storage units at Public Storage, 7095 S.W. McEwan Road, were broken into.

• A disturbance was reported at the drive-through of Wendy's, 7663 S.W. Nyberg St.
