Wanted suspect in King City home invasion turns himself in
Louis Jarvis Jr. is held at the Washington County Jail after surrendering Tuesday afternoon.
A man wanted for burglary in King City is in the Washington County Jail Tuesday night after turning himself in, the Washington County Sheriff's Office said.
Louis Jarvis Jr., 40, reportedly surrendered to the custody of the county on Tuesday afternoon. He faces charges of burglary and criminal mischief, among others. Bail was set at $50,000.
An arrest warrant was issued for Jarvis after he allegedly kicked in the front door of the apartment where his children's mother lives in the 12000 block of Fischer Road early Friday morning, and then fled the scene after the woman fired a shot in his direction with a handgun.
He is also suspected of smashing out three windows of the woman's vehicle during the incident.
