A 29-year-old man suspected of a grab-and-run robbery at a Northeast Portland pharmacy was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
David Vikrum Hansen, 29, is charged with Robbery in the Second Degree.
According to police, at 2:08 p.m. on Sept. 2, , North Precinct officers responded to Fairley's Pharmacy, located at 7226 Northeast Sandy Boulevard, on the report of an armed robbery.
As officers were driving to the location, information was updated that the suspect left on foot and was walking southbound on Northeast 73rd Avenue.
When the officers arrived at the pharmacy, employees said the suspect entered the business, implied that he had a gun, then grabbed multiple prescription bottles before leaving.
Officers checked the neighborhood and located a person matching the suspect's description. He was taken into custody without incident. Further investigation confirmed that the person, identified as Hansen, was the robbery suspect.
