Police seek clues in morning double robbery
Two masked men rob victims Monday off SW Canyon Creek Road in Wilsonville
Police are seeking information on two masked subjects who reportedly robbed two different individuals Monday morning near the 26000 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road in Wilsonville.
According to the Wilsonville Police Department, two masked suspects approached the first victim, a male subject, in a parking lot off Canyon Creek Road around 7 a.m. The suspects demanded that the victim empty his pockets, stole an undisclosed amount of cash and other items and fled on foot. No weapons were seen during this incident.
The second robbery was reported to police several hours later and took place near the same location as the first incident. In this case, a man was accosted by the two suspects, robbed and then assaulted.
The first of two male suspects is described as roughly 6 feet 4 inches and was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is around 6 feet 2 inches and was also wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. Both suspects were wearing bandanas over their faces and are both described as being in their early 20s.
No further identifying information was provided.
