Police still seek serial flasher
Update: Tualatin Police officers have arrested Sherwood resident Robert Ray Martin, 48, on 10 counts of felony public indecency on Saturday. Martin was taken to Washington County Jail, Officer Jill Chapman of the Tualatin Police Department confirmed.
More information has come to light about a serial flasher who has been exposing himself at local drive thru coffee huts in Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego and Wilsonville.
According to Tualatin Police,
There have been 10 reported incidents involving the man over the past several weeks.
The man pulls up to young women working at drive-thru coffee shops or fast food restaurants in the afternoon and evenings. Police say the man exposes his genitals and masturbates in his vehicle.
Tualatin Police say it is likely the man lives in the area. The vehicle is described as a dark gray 2002 or 2003 Mitsubishi Gallant.
The vehicle is missing its gas cap cover. Police ask that if you see the vehicle to call the Washington County dispatch center at 503-629-0111.
The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 40 years of age. He was wearing a button-up shirt that was unbuttoned and pulled open. He was not wearing any pants.
He was also wearing a baseball style cap with brown hair sticking out from the bottom of the hat.
