The meal is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the mission, 3 N.W. Third Ave. In addition to the meal, the Union Gospel Mission will give more than 500 people gift bags with gloves, hats, scarves and other items.
The mission is still seeking donations of warm clothing, sleeping bags and blankets. For more information, call 503-274-4483. Donations of cash to support the event can be made at www.ugmportland.org.
