According to Gresham police, just before 9:00 p.m. on Nov. 29, officers and medics responded to a report of an assault at an apartment in the 300 block of Northeast Cleveland Avenue in Gresham. During their investigation, officers determined that Nuñez-Valdivia and Rodriguez were fighting near the 600 block of Northeast Cleveland.
