Twenty-two players, including U.S. national team member Darlington Nagbe, saw action for the Timbers. Portland scored in the first minute of the exhibition on a close-range shot by Lucas Melano, off a pass from Dairon Asprilla.

• Oregon State will honors its 2006 College World Series baseball champions during the Beavers’ April 1-3 home series with Washington at Goss Stadium in Corvallis.
