Three Portland Timbers — midfielders Diego Valeri and Will Johnson and goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts — have made the MLS Best XI for 2013.

MLS players, club leadership and media members voted one goalkeeper, three defenders, four midfielders and three forwards to the Best XI.

The Los Angeles Galaxy and Sporting Kansas City each had two players on the squad.
