North Valley Friends hosting Diaper Drive

North Valley Friends Church is holding a diaper drive in March to benefit A Family Place, a relief nursery serving families in Newberg and McMinnville. Kids’ Day Out set for April 5

Northside hosting prayer class this weekend

Northside Community Church will host a prayer class, “Prophech: Hearing the Heart of God for Others” Friday and Saturday in the sanctuary. The sessions, which will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, will explore what it means to experience God through prayer and prophecy to go beyond human limitations along the journey into a deeper and passionate relationship with God, according to a press release from the church. Brenda Polopolus will be the guest speaker and specific topics will include listening, declarative prayer from scripture and developing a prophetic culture.
