Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Joel A. Frady, 49, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Eduardo Franco, 40, is wanted on an FTA for disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey Matthew Frazier, 29, is wanted on an FTA.

Edward J. Fuller, 67, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Officers responded to the area of 3400 block of Jones Street on a report of suspicious activity.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief that occurred at 2400 block of Crater Lane.

Officers were involved in a vehicle pursuit on Highway 99W that ended in the arrest of Wesley Todd-Williamson, 47. He was charged with DUII, reckless driving and attempt to elude in a vehicle.

Christopher Michael Cawthern, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Officers took a runaway report on a juvenile female who was later located.

Officers responded to Eden Gate restaurant on Portland on an injury motor vehicle crash.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for third-degree theft, disorderly conduct, third-degree robbery and possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Aaron Morris, 25, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Eron M Mendoza, 26, was cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 600 block of East Ninth Street.

Zechariah Patrick Berreth, 25, was cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 600 block of Main Street.

Feb. 9

Michael Kent Davin, 46, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 3100 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of theft of a cell phone in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Feb. 10

Brian Austin Bodle, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, unlawful possession of heroin, resisting arrest and interfering with a peace officer. He was transported to the county jail.

A 14-year-old female was cited for harassment after an incident in the 900 block of South School Street. She was released to a parent.

Feb. 11

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to wet concrete near Meridian and Fulton streets.

Officers took a report of a stolen wallet in the 1100 block of Springbrook Road. The wallet was later located and returned to the owner.

Jeremy Lloyd Lindemann, 33, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a fraud report that occurred in the 400 block of South Everest Street.

Officers took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 2200 block of Portland Road. Information was exchanged between drivers.

Feb. 12

Brian Michael Fenlon, 24, was arrested for DUII and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 500 block of Dayton Avenue.

A 16-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and marijuana and driving while suspended after a traffic stop near Highway 219 and East Second Street. He was released to a guardian.

Feb. 13

Peter James Mitchell, 34, was arrested for DUII, resisting arrest, aggravated harassment and assaulting a public safety officer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred near Second and Howard streets. The vehicle was later recovered.

David Nathan Eidsvoog, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported violation of restraining order in the 3400 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of theft of a purse that occurred in the 700 block of South Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1300 block of South College Street. The vehicle was later recovered.

Austin Jeffrey Raymond Crary, 23, was cited for menacing after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Sheila Christine Blevins, 18, and a 17-year-old male were cited for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident near Hook Drive and Eagle Street.

Andrew James Owen Pinneo, 20, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Nelson Felix Lara, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported violation of a restraining order in the Newberg area.

Feb. 15

Dylan Ryan Brown, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was also cited for unlawful possession of methadone after an incident in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Adam Robert Jolley, 33, was cited for driving while suspended.

Officers took a report of theft of gasoline that occurred in the 400 block of South Harrison Street.

Officers responded to report of a non-injury crash at Illinois and Main streets. Information was exchanged between parties.

Jeremy James Jones, 36, was cited for violating probation.

Jonathan Cole Evan, 27, was cited for fail to carry and present a driver's license.

Feb. 16

Adam Nathanial Stark, 39, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 1300 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of harassment that occurred in the Newberg area. The investigation is continuing.

Officers took a report of theft of hub caps in the 500 block of S Howard Street.

Andrea Marie Holenstein, 53, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Santiago Ordaz Rivas, 34, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sarah Yvonne Chamberlain, 28, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Daniel Robert Douglass, 55, was cited for disorderly conduct and menacing after an incident in the 200 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

An 18-year-old male was arrested for violation of conditions of juvenile probation. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.

Officers took a report of identity theft in the 300 block of S. Everest Road.

Nathaniel James Lee, 37, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

A 12-year-old male was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft after an ongoing issue in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of fraud that occurred in the 200 block of South Church Street.

Cynthia Kaye Nelsen- Odam, 50, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Francisco Gerardo Contreras, 44, was arrested for violation of a non- contact order and harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Matthew Michael Hunt, 33, was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Aylah Bleu Ashcroft, 19, and Joey Viola Kilgore, 23, were cited for unlawful use of a motor vehicle after an incident near Wilsonville and Bell roads.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Haworth Avenue and Deborah Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sebastian Nicholas Snow, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua Abraham Griffith, 29, was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass after an incident in the 500 block of Sitka Avenue.

Robert Lee Christopher was cited for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Skyler Wayne Fitzhenry, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a missing person report in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Marc Rosas, 53, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. He was booked, cited and released.

Michael Glenn Barrera, 56, was cited for unlawful possession of meth after an incident in the 400 block of South Howard Street.

Officers took a report of theft of lottery tickets that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle near Ninth and School streets.

Officers took a report of identity theft that occurred in the 700 block of Southeast Ninth Street in Dundee.

Ramon Wayne Gardner III, 24, was arrested for DUII. He was booked cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near First Street and Everest Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers took a report of a burglary in the 300 block of South Lincoln Street.

Officers took a theft complaint in the 600 block of South Blaine Street.

Officers took a report of a hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Teesha Lorae McCarley, 42, was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. She was transported to the county jail.

- Cheyenne Rose Marrs, 35, was arrested for violation of conditions of probation. She was transported to the county jail.

- Megan Marina Read, 25, was cited for violation of probation.

- Officers took a report of violation of a no contact order. The investigation is ongoing.

- Officers took a found property report in the 3200 block of Portland Road.

- Dore Nicholle Soileau, 33, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

- Raymonde Eugene Clonkey, 68, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and violation of conditions of release after an incident in the 2200 block of Oak Drive.

- Branden Lee Croxford, 27, was cited for second-degree theft.

- Officers recovered a 13-year-old female runaway. She was returned to her parents.

- Sharon Juanita Nash, 40, was arrested for violation of conditions of release. She was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a building in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

- Teresa Jane Harrison, 38, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

- Diane Elizabeth Mahaffy, 43, was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and reckless driving.

- Officers took two reports of car prowl/thefts that occurred in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

- Officers took a report of physical harassment in the 600 block of East First Street.

- A 16-year-old male was cited for MIP marijuana, curfew violation and minor in possession of tobacco. He was released to his mother.

- Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle in the 800 block of East First Street.

- Officers took a report of a found bicycle in the 500 block of Michelle Court.

- Daniel Eugene Fitzgerald, 38, was cited for third-degree criminal mischief and failure to perform the duties of a driver after an incident in the 200 block of East North Street.

- Joshua Lee Koerth, 40, was arrested for fourth- degree assault after an incident in the 2300 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

- Officers took a report of hit and run to a vehicle that occurred in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Christina Marie Boyd, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Rashel Ann Sutliff, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set.

Timothy Michael Wells, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation and punitive contempt of court. Bail was set at $25,000.
