Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Aug. 27

Eduardo Lira Zacarias, 42, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for failing to perform the duties of a driver.

Charles Joseph Zamora, 36, is wanted on an FTA for wildlife offense.

Juan Ramirez Zamuio, 46, is wanted on an FTA and a probation vio­lation driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), attempt to elude and failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Arturo F. Zaragoza, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft.

David Espinoza Zara­goza, 23, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering.

Joaquin Martinez Zaragosa, 58, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Juan Ramirez Zarate, 31, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and failure to carry and present a license.

Timothy Earl Zeilenga, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of heroin.

Tracy Elaine Zemanek, 48, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance.

Martin Dellfino Aguilar, 28, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.

Abelardo Aguilera, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Mohamed Al Ahmed, 31, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

Larissa Lynn Marie Nida, 22, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree mistreatment.

Jerry Dewayne Rosenstiel, 54, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree forgery, identity theft and negotiating a bad check.

Aug. 2

Officers investigated the theft of a handgun in the 900 block of South Pacific Street.

A 17-year-old male was arrested on a probation violation detainer and cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, minor in possession of alcohol and minor in possession of tobacco. He was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.

Aug. 3

Kimberly Ann White-Gould, 40, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Rosina Elexis Webber, 24, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Michael Lance Gray, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after being contacted in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Cody Jaymes Veitenheimer, 20, was arrested for DUII. He was subsequently cited for refusal to take a breath test and minor in possession of alcohol. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 900 block of Charles Street. The report was determined to be unfounded.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run which occurred near Sixth and Blaine streets.

Officers investigated a reported road rage/harassment incident which occurred in Dundee. Officers contacted the involved parties and resolved the issue.

Aug. 4

James Anthony Alvarez-Rivera, 33, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault and cited on a separate charge of physical harassment after an incident in the 1400 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a car crash in the 400 block of East Hancock Street. Information was exchanged.

Sally Anne Close, 54, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a theft from the 900 block of Pecan Court.

Officers took a found property call in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 5

- Daniel Cazares Tinoco, 22, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail and released Aug. 9.

Officers investigated a report of a restraining order violation in the 900 block of Charles Street. It was determined to be unfounded.

A 15-year-old male was cited for curfew violation.

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated the theft of prescription medication which occurred in the 1300 block of North College Street.

Aug. 6

Chad Thomas Jennings, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of fraud in the 1000 block of South River Street.

Dean Robert Denbeck, 46, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Cara Nichole Leonard, 26, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for first-degree trespass.

Officers took a report of two stolen bicycles from the 300 block of Cambridge Street. Both bicycles were recovered.

Aug. 7

Officers investigated allegations of child abuse. The allegations were determined to be unfounded.

Carlton Phillip Thayer, 50, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief to a car in the 500 block of Donna Drive.

Aug. 8

Carl Richard Coffey, 48, was arrested for felony driving while suspended or revoked. He was transported to the county jail.

Ryan Mitchell Alston, 22, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Two 17-year-old females were cited into Yamhill County Juvenile Court for second-degree theft after an incident in the 500 block of Corrine Drive.

Jose Carlos Hernandez-Romero, 38, was arrested for DUII. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant and arrested for recklessly endangering another person and multiple traffic violations. He was transported to the county jail.

A 15-year-old male was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for carrying a concealed weapon.

Aug. 9

Officers investigated a reported theft in the 500 block of S.W. 11th Street in Dundee. After investigation, it was determined there was no crime.

Davidson Joseph Gray, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after being contacted near Howard and Fifth streets. He was transported to the county jail.

Alexander Kasryel Sarasohn, 28, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Jonathan Lawrence Burgess, 49, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Aug. 10

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near First and Harrison streets. Information was exchanged.

A 17-year-old male was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

John Robert Strahle, 20, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.

Katherine Arlene Epling, 86, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

A 16-year-old male was cited to appear in juvenile court for curfew violation.

Aug. 11

A man who refused to identify himself was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass after being called in as a suspicious person in the 1200 block of North College Street. He was transported to the county jail. He was later identified as Andrew Charles Isbell, 31.

A 17-year-old male was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and harassment after an incident in the 1200 block of North College Street. He was transported to juvenile detention.

Elise Nicole Browning, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 12

David Brent Morris, 50, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Jessica Renee Fleury, 23, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree criminal mischief and harassment after an incident in the 2300 block of East Second Street.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 13

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at College and Sherman streets. Information was exchanged.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at First and Main streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a burglary and theft in the 1200 block of North Meridian Street.

Officers recovered a vehicle stolen from Lincoln City and parked in the 700 block of Dayton Avenue.

Aug. 14

Officers took a stolen vehicle report in the 300 block of South River Street. While taking the report, a vehicle which had just been stolen in McMinnville was located nearby. Shortly thereafter, officers located the vehicle stolen from South River Street. A third vehicle was stolen where the vehicle from South River Street was found.

Larry Ray Nagel, 54, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Francisco Javier Olmedo-Negrete, 21, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Aug. 15

Shawn C. Nofziger, 36, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sean Michael Jennings, 39, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

John Michael Williams, 43, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 16

Steven Michael Bakanoff, 60, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Sarah Ellen Wyatt, 37, was arrested for violating a no0contact order. She was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 17

Officers did a welfare check on an intoxicated female pushing a baby in a stroller in the 100 block of East First Street. A responsible party was contacted and took the baby.

Aug. 19

Stephanie Christine Watkins, 30, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 20

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Trina Lee Marshall, 33, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Oak Drive, Wilsonville Road, Providence Drive, Hayes Street, Villa Road, Harrison Street and Edgewood Court.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sheridan Street, Werth Boulevard, Sunnycrest Drive and Dog Ridge Road.

NFD personnel responded to a fire alarm at 17600 N.E. North Valley Road and checked a burn pile at Waterfront and 14th streets.

NFD personnel responded to fire alarms at 1619 E. Second St. and 16325 N.E. Kings Grade Road, an oil spill at Sandoz Road and Wynooski Street and assisted with a smoke alarm at 5238 Wedgewood Loop.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on College Street, Hayes Street, Honey Lane and Wynooski Street.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at First and Harrison streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Third Street, Esther Street, School Street, Second Street, Ninth Street and Portland Road.

NFD personnel responded to a report of a explosion and fire at Howard and Franklin streets, a smoke chceck at Herd and Bell roads and a report of downed wires at Fourth and Schools streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Walnut Avenue, Second Street, Meridian Street, Hayes Street and Villa Road.

NFD personnel responded to fire alarms at 402 S. College St. and 317 Werth Boulevard, a wildland fire at 35720 N.E. Kramien Road and an MVC at Highway 99W and Third Street in Dundee.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Jones Street and Foothills Drive, Sheridan Street, Second Street, Hayes Street, Portland Road, Fulton Street, Third Street and Springbrook Road.

NFD personnel responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 303 Donald Lane, a diesel spill at Villa Road and First Street, a burn pile at 22255 N.E. Sunnycrest Road, an odor check at 1307 N. College St. and MVCs at Sherman and College streets and at the intersection of First and Main streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ann Court, College Street, Charles Street, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Vittoria Way, Providence Drive, Johnson Drive and Werth Boulevard.

NFD personnel responded to a medical alarm at 1001 Providence Drive, a structure fire at 1014 E. Fifth St., a fire alarm at 16325 N.E. Kings Grade Road, a water rescue on the Willamette River and an MVC in the 2000 block of Portland Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Second Street, Sandoz Road, Foothills Drive and Blaine Street.

NFD personnel responded to a fire alarm at 33410 N.E. Old Parrett Mountain Road, an MVC at Portland and Everest roads, checked a burn pile at 704 S. Columbia St. and installed a smoke alarm at 2902 E. Second St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pinehurst Street, Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Alder Street and Ninth Street.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at Highway 240 and Red Hills Road, an electrical fire at 513 S. Howard St. and checked a burn pile at 1315 E. Second St.

Aug. 17

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Sixth Street, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Wilshire Court, 11th Street, Harrison Street, College Street and the 200 block of First Street in Dundee.

NFD personnel responded to bark dust fires at 404 W. First St. and 3103 Portland Road, a burn pile on Dayton Avenue in Dundee and a MVC at Highway 99W and Fox Farm Road in Dundee.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Carlton Way, Foothills Drive, Terrace Drive, Alder Street and Sitka Avenue.

NFD personnel responded to a fire alarm at 170 Aaron Way, a carbon monoxide alarm at 206 N. College St. and conducted an odor check at Chehalem and Mountainview drives.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court, Ninth Street, Werth Boulevard and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded tofire alarms at 2750 E. Ninth St., 207 Villa Road and 1114 E. Hancock St.; smoke checks at 605 Holly Drive, 1412 E. First St. and 2000 Portland Road; MVCs at 22800 Fulquartz Landing Road in Dundee and Highway 219 near the river; bark dust fires at 1840 Portland Road and 1103 N. Springbrook Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Nugget Lane, Hurley’s Lane, Charles Court, Fulton Street and Werth Boulevard.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs at 401 E. First St. and at the intersection of Villa Road and Haworth Avenue, an odor check at 702 S. River St. and a fire alarm at 1306 E. Sherman St.

Aug. 21

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Villa Road, Hayes Street, College Street and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 3105 Clearbrook Court, a smoke check at 117 S. College Street, a bark dust fire at Portland and Sprinbrook roads, a fire alarm at 612 E. First St., an MVC at Highway 99W and Third Street and checked a burn pile at 423 Lair Lane.

Cara Nicole Leonard, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree assault. Bail was set at $75,000.
