Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

August 13

Zepeda Juan Carlos Tzinzun, 27, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Juanita Jane Underwood, 27, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

Roberto Cisneros Valdez, 42, is wanted on an probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Sergio Ibarra Varela, 44, is wanted on a probation violation for identity theft and DUII.

Eustoria Lopez Vargas, 33, is wanted on an FTA for menacing and second-degree trespass.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at 23600 N.E. Bald Peak Road, a fire alarm at 715 E. Eighth St., a carbon monoxide alarm at 107 Ashley Court, downed wires at Highway 240 and Ribbon Ridge Road, a patient assist at 1001 Providence Drive, checked on a fire pit at 1309 N. Main St. and conducted a smoke check at Northeast Quarry and Bell roads.

July 17

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Pinehurst Court, Elliott Road, Wilsonville and Renne roads and Wareham Lane.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs at 204 S. Highway 99W and East Second Street and Springbrook Road; and fire alarms at 312 Carlton Way and 503 E. Hancock St.

July 18

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Hayes Street, Legacy Drive, Haworth Avenue, Madrona Drive, Myrtle Street, Springbrook Road and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a bark dust fire at 1004 N. Springbrook Road and a lift assist at 901 Pecan Court.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Valeri Drive, Waterfront Street, Hancock and Main streets, College and Hancock streets, Werth Boulevard.

NFD personnel responded to fire alarms at 2021 Heritage Way and 1301 E. Fulton St., a request for public assistance (vehicle lock out), conducted an odor check at 1006 E. Cherry St. and MVCs at Hancock and Main streets and at the intersection of Hancock and College streets.

Brett Michael Stark, 26, was arrested for DUII and misdemeanor driving while suspended after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Kaitlan Diane Rutter, 19, was arrested for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2900 block of Portland Road. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court and released.

William Clifford Hults Jr., 42, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine after being contacted in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue. He was transported to the county jail.

Craig Steven Swenson, 51, was arrested for harassment and interference with making a report. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a disturbance which occurred in the 600 block of East First Street. No crimes were found to be committed.

Tyler Wayne Price, 29, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

Officers investigated the theft of gas from a vehicle in the 300 block of South College Street.

Michelle Terry Finger, 53, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft after an incident in the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue.

Jason Allen Panaguiton, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Newberg Municipal Court and released by the judge.

A vehicle was repossessed in the 300 block of West Third Street.

July 20

Officers responded to the 800 block of Green Valley Drive on a welfare check.

Ross Scott Abordo, 49, was arrested for failure to carry/present driver’s license. He was cited and released.

Officers investigated a theft in the 400 block of East Sixth Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 1100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. Information was exchanged.

Officers investigated a report of fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 3600 block of North Meridian Street.

July 21

Two 14-year-old males were cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 1000 block of Viewcrest Drive in Dundee.

Joshua Charles Merkel, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of meth. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief in the 1100 block of North Meridian Street.

Officers investigated a burglary and theft that occurred in the 1000 block of Elliott Road. The investigation led to the arrests of four juvenile males. They were all cited for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. All were released to their parents.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief and arson that occurred in Memorial Park. A picnic table was burned.

July 22

Jason Allen Panaguiton, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 100 block of West First Street. Information was exchanged.

Officers assisted Oregon State Police by investigating a non-injury crash near Highway 99W and Fox Farm Road in Dundee.

Jon Robert Hemmingsen, 39 , was arrested on a probation violation detainer and was cited for physical harassment after an incident in the 300 block of East Third Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief, which occurred in the 300 block of East Eighth Street.

Anna Ourore Bourdeau-Edwards, 35, was arrested for DUII. She was booked, cited and released.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 2300 block of Jodi Court.

July 23

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near First and School streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Troy Nathanial Hawes, 49, was arrested for DUII, unlawful possession of methadone and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail.

Janet Marie Schneider, 43, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for identity theft and second-degree theft by deception.

Officers took a report of identity theft which occurred in the 400 block of Wynooski Street.

July 24

Officers investigated a reported abuse in the 300 block of North Harrison Street.

Nelson Felix Lara, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Adam Wade Snedden, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jose Rogelio Guerrero-Diaz, 39, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a forged instrument after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail. Further charges followed.

Officers investigated the theft of a UPS parcel in the 200 block of Columbia Drive.

July 25

Samuel Allan Lawson, 19, was arrested for DUII and cited for related charges. He was booked, cited and released.

Javier Torres Soto, 30, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, hit and run and a probation violation detainer after an incident in the 500 block of Southwest Eleventh Street in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

Leticia Dawn Urciel, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

A 15-year-old male was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for harassment after an incident near Third and Edwards streets.

July 26

Ashley Grace Edens was arrested on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported violation of a restraining order. It was determined to be have been unfounded.

Two juvenile males were cited for minor in possession of alcohol after being contacted near 10th and College streets. They were cited and turned over to their parents.

Officers investigated a theft from a booth in Memorial Park during Old Fashioned Festival.

July 27

Tanner Roy Turner, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for unlawful possession of marijuana after being contacted near Second Street and Parkview Drive. He was transported to the county jail.

July 28

Cara Nichole Leonard, 26, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for initiating a false report.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Sandoz Road. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers took a report of a lost camera in near Sixth and Blaine streets.

Officers took a report from the Veterans of Foreign Wars that several United States flags have been stolen from various locations around the city.

Officers investigated a disturbance involving a knife in the area of Second and Washington streets. No crimes were determined to have occurred.

July 29

Aundrea Jean Schneider, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Larry Floyd Pierce, 52, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Sandra Sue Warman, 48, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and harassment after a domestic disturbance in the 2300 block of Jodi Court. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of James Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Eron Marquez-Mendoza, 23, was arrested on outstanding warrants after being contacted in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. He was transported to the county jail.

James Anthony Alvarez-Rivera, 33, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault and cited on a separate charge of physical harassment after an incident in the 1400 block of East Ninth Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a car crash in the 400 block of East Hancock Street. Information was exchanged.

Sally Anne Close, 54, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Aug. 5

- Daniel Cazares Tinoco, 22, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was transported to the county jail and released Aug. 9.

Officers investigated the theft of prescription medication which occurred in the 1300 block of North College Street.

Aug. 6

Chad Thomas Jennings, 37, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of fraud in the 1000 block of South River Street.

Aug. 7

Officers investigated allegations of child abuse. The allegations were determined to be unfounded.
