Miguel Angel Raya, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree robbery and assault.

Frank Ray­mond II, 57, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Kaleb Jaymes Raymond, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a firearm and heroin.

Travis William Joseph Re, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for menacing.

Robert Wesley Redfearn, 59, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for DUII and reckless endangering another.

Janice Louise Reed, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of meth.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 13301 N.E. Kuehne Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Ninth Street, Hayes Street, Alder Lane, Hancock Street, Charles Street and Wynooski Street.

NFD personnel responded to a vehicle fire at Highway 99W and Veritas Lane, a chimney fire at 7200 N.E. Star Mooring Lane and a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at Highway 99W and Ninth Street in Dundee.

June 15

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Meridian Street, Haworth Avenue and Springbrook Road.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at Hancock and Main streets and a general alarm at 1301 E. Fulton St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Aquarius Boulevard, Blaine Street, Grant Street, Fulton Street, Dayton Avenue and Mill Place.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Villa Road, Sixth Street, Werth Boulevard, Rainbow Lane, Valeri Drive and Deborah Road.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at Second and Blaine streets and an alarm check at 5127 Longset Drive.

June 20

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Bell Road, Hayes Street, Oak Drive, First Street, Beech Street, Sierra Vista Street, Werth Boulevard, Meridian Street, Bina Drive and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to an explosion in the 19000 block of Williamson Road, a hydrant check at 1301 E. Fulton St. and checked an odor in the 200 block of Center Street.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at Highway 219 and Wynooski Street, Fulton Street and Hulet Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at First and Garfield streets.

June 22

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Lynn Drive, Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Wilsonville Road, Third Street and Haworth Avenue.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on North Street, Second Street, Camelot Lane and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 2211 Portland Road and MVCs at Meridian and Third streets and at the intersection of Highway 99W and Benjamin Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Canyon Lane, Haworth Avenue, Charles Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road and Third Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 715 E. Eighth St., a tree fire at 21645 N.E. McCormick Hill Road, checked for a propane leak at 21865 N.E. Hidden Springs Road and MVCs in the 17000 block of Highway 219 and at the intersection of Springbrook Road and Haworth Avenue.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Lincoln Street, Second Street, North Valley road, Corral Creek Road and Brandon Drive.

June 25

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Meridian Street, Green Valley Drive, North Valley Road, Williamson Road and Charles Street.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 30835 N. Highway 99W and 1114 E. Hancock St., a downed tree at Hidden Springs and Paren Springs roads, and a MVC at Highway 99W and Second Way.

June 9

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near Highway 219 and Sitka Street. Officers assisted with information exchange.

Ian Charles Cobb, 24, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended after an incident in the 800 block of The Greens Avenue. He was booked, cited and released.

A juvenile male was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county juvenile detention center.

June 10

Nelson Felix Lara, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 3000 block of North Meridian Street.

June 11

Officers took a fraud report which allegedly occurred in the 2700 block of Haworth Avenue. After investigating, it was determined to be unfounded.

Officers investigated a hit and run to a vehicle in the 500 block of Hulet Lane.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Southwest Myrtle Street in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers are investigating a missing person report in the 400 block of Kemper Crest Drive. Officers investigated a theft of tires from the 100 block of Sitka Avenue.

June 12

Officers are investigating a criminal mischief and criminal trespass in the 2100 block of Legacy Drive.

Officers are investigating a theft in the 900 block of Crestview Drive.

Officers assisted paramedics with an injury skateboard crash near Third and Birch streets in Dundee.

A juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for menacing after an incident in the 600 block of Brandon Drive.

Two juvenile males were cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for second-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another after an incident near Wynooski and 11th streets.

June 14

Officers investigated an injury car crash at Highway 99W and Ninth Street in Dundee. Officers assisted with information exchange.

Mykeal Lynn Moats, 20, was cited to appear in municipal court for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after an incident near Highway 99W and Seventh Street in Dundee.

June 16

John Landrum Gaar, 30, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft after an incident in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Brian Cody Divine, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

June 17

Alexander Jordan Helzer was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported the county jail.

Officers investigated a possible stalking complaint in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

June 18

Officers investigated a reported hit and run in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers took a report of criminal mischief, graffiti, to a vehicle near 11th and Alder streets in Dundee.

Timothy Michael Wells, 24, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

June 19

David Michael Sandstrom, 34, was arrested for failureure to carry and present a drivers license after a traffic stop. He was cited and released.

Damien Micheal Gederos, 22, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a fraud complaint which occurred in the 100 block of Johanna Court.

June 20

Officers took a report of criminal mischief (graffiti) on state property near Fulquartz Landing Road in Dundee.

Officers took a report of a hit and run that occurred in the 500 block of Southwest 11th St in Dundee.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Logan Lane in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

June 21

Phillip John Carlson, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Grant James Bunnage, 26, was arrested for DUII and failure to carry and present a drivers license after a traffic stop. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at First and Main streets. The at-fault driver was cited and information was exchanged.

June 22

Adam Buster Scroggins, 41, and Zachary Bale Maul, 30, were arrested on probation violation detainers after being contacted in the 2800 block of Portland Road. They were transported to the county jail.

Santos Emiliano Ruiz-Murillo, 54, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

Officers are investigating a sexual assault involving a juvenile.

June 24

Officers investigated a hit and run to a parked vehicle in the 300 block of Oxford Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at Springbrook Rd and Haworth Ave. The at-fault driver was cited and information was exchanged.

Zachary Levi Campbell, 30, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Rory Dean Oliver Jr, 22, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants after a foot chase. He was transported to the county jail.

June 25

Francisco J. Olmedo-Negrete, 20, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited into Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

Robert Franklin Hurford, 87, of Newbeg, was booked and released on charged of third-degree sexual abuse and harassment. No bail was set.

Jacob Wayne Oliver, 35, of Newberg, was booked and released on charges of recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and DUII. No bail was set.

Pedro Radilla, 20, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Brian Allen Suverly, 42, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.
