Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

June 18

David Edward Olmstead, 33, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for possession of hydrocodone.

Matthew Paul Oostra, 36, is wanted on a FTA for distribution of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and attempted theft.

Amador Cruz Ortega, 27, is wanted on a FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

Jose Salvador Licona Ortiz, 39, is wanted on a FTA for failure to carry a license.

Robert Michael Ortiz, 36, is wanted on a FTA for DUII.

Elizabeth Ann Haggith Osborn, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Angela Faith Osborne, 43, is wanted on a FTA for DUII.

Eduardo Esquivel Ose­guera, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

Shayne Patrick Owens, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision for distribution of a controlled substance.

Eriel Ivan Pacheco, 21, is wanted on a probation violation for assault.

Misty Ann Parson, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Adriana Crisanto Perez, 27, is wanted on a FTA for failure to carry a license.

Feliciano Ramirez Perez, 46, is wanted on a FTA for DUII, first-degree criminal mischief and a hit and run.

Javier Magana Perez, 40, is wanted on a FTA for second-degree criminal mischief.

Ramiro Guillen Perez, 38, is wanted on a FTA for manufacturing a controlled substance, conspiring to manufacture a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance, conspiring to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance conspiring to possess a controlled substance and child neglect.

Rosendo Lopez Perez, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for reckless driving and driving while suspended.

Richard McCandles Perry, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Steven Neal Peters, 55, is wanted for violating a release order for a DUII.

Badtemper Brian Brien, 37, is wanted on a FTA for a hit and run, second-degree criminal mischief and driving while suspended.

Pedro Duran Perea, 29, is wanted on a FTA for fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft and contempt.

Mary Lassiter Cheatham, 48, is wanted on a FTA for two counts of fourth-degree assault, harassment, strangulation and resisting arrest.

Seth Cole Jones, 30, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision for possession of a controlled substance.

Yamhill County Jail Reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

June 6

Crescent Lael Larson, 43, of Dundee, was arrested for reckless driving and DUII. No bail was set.

John Paul Adamski, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant for theft of services. Bail was set at $20,000.

Susan Michelle Brown, 37, of Dundee, was held for Washington County. Bail was set at $2,000.

William Matthew Gray IV, 33, of Newberg, was arrested on one count of first degree rape and one count of first degree sexual abuse. No bail was set.

Brandon James Antonio Lopez, 18, of Newberg, was held for failure to appear. No bail was set.

Owen Jay Allen, 51, of Newberg, was arrested for a probation violation. No bail was set.

June 5

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on College Street, Villa Road, Columbia Drive, Happy Hill Lane and Dayton Avenue.

NFD personnel responded to a wildland fire at North Valley and Baker Trail roads, a general alarm at 13301 N.E. Kuehne Road, a bark dust fire at First and River streets, and checked a burn pile at 1217 N.E. Klimek Lane.

June 6

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, East Fulton Street, East Hayes Street and Melody Lane.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at 16990 N.E. Herd Rd., responded to a multi-vehicle crash at Fifth and Meridian streets and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 7

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on East Foothills Drive, 10th Street, College Street, Deborah Road, Ramsey Road and East Hayes Street.

NFD personnel checked smoke at North Valley and Kings Grade roads, checked gas odor at 500 E. Illinois St., responded to general alarms at 1901 Esther St. and 18420 N.E. Dopp Rd. and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 8

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at East Foothills Drive, Aquarius Boulevard, Edgewood Court, Wynooski Street and Crater Lane.

NFD personnel responded to MVC’s at River and Eighth streets and 13th and Myrtle streets, a general alarm at 1205 Oak Knoll Ct., a wildland fire at 31100 N.E. Wilsonville Rd., checked burn piles at 3301 N. Meridian St. and Third and Second streets and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 9

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at East Foothills Drive, Waterfront Street and Valeri Drive.

NFD personnel responded to wires down at Meridian Street and Sierra Vista Drive, barkdust fires at Portland Road and River Street and 3608 N. Meridian St., general alarms at 615 N. College St. and 600 E. Sixth St., a MVC and First Street and Sitka Avenue and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 10

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at Coffey Lane, East Hayes Street, Hillside Drive, East Fulton Street, Middlebrook Drive and Hawyorth Avenue and Sitka Avenue.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at Ninth Street and Blaine Street, a general alarm at the 700 block of Eight Street and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 11

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at 3802 E. Hayes St., Sierra Vista Street, 611 S. Blaine St. and the 100 block of Springbrook Road.

NFD personnel responded to a wildland fire at 13301 N.E. Kuehne Rd., a MVC at College Street and Hancock Street and provided medical transport at 1001 Providence Dr.

June 12

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls at Third Street and Birch street, Brandon Drive, 318 E. Third St. and 730 E. Foothills Dr.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 112 S. Edwards St. and a general alarm at 2929 N. Center St.

Cody Colton Edward Adkins, 25, was arrested for fourth-degree assault after an incident near First and School streets. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for harassment after an incident in the 200 block of East Third Street.

Katie Marie Walker, 27, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

Mario Timothy Hodges, 42, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a car prowl or theft in the 100 block of East First Street.

A juvenile male and female were cited to appear Yamhill County Juvenile Court for second-degree criminal mischief, unlawfully applying graffiti and unlawfully possessing a graffiti instrument after an incident in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

May 30

Officers took a report of a cell phone reportedly lost in the 100 block of East First Street.

Andrew Sung Min Tautfest, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Mu­nic­i­pal Court for purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.

Chelsey Diane Linn, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree criminal mischief.

Officers investigated an attempted fraud in the 400 block of North School Street.

A juvenile male was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for harassment after an incident in the 200 block of East Third Street.

Officers received a report of a car prowl or theft which occurred on an earlier date in the 400 block of South Everest Road.

Officers investigated the theft of a cell phone in the 2000 block of Emery Drive.

May 31

Officers responded to the 1800 block of Portland Road on a disturbance. An adult male was acting erratically and was transported to the hospital.

Brett Matthew Stark, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

June 2

Officers investigated a collision at First and School streets. Officers assisted in exchanging information and the at-fault driver was cited.

Officers are investigating a theft which occurred at 310 N. River St.

Officers investigated a car crash at Eighth and Willamette streets. Officers assisted with exchanging information and the at-fault driver was cited.

June 3

Tyrell Henry Edens, 19, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

June 4

Officers took a report of a runaway from the 300 block of North Garfield Street. The juvenile was later located and returned to her parents.

Julie Ann Kyckelhahn, 53, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief. She was transported to the county jail.

June 6

Officers investigated the theft of a camera from the 900 block of Charles Street.

June 7

Christopher Samuel Bux­man, 31, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for driving while suspended (misdemeanor) after a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Hwy. 99W in New­berg.

Edward Nelson Sever­ance, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after being contacted in the 200 block of South Church Street. He was lodged at the county jail.

June 8

Officers investigated a non injury crash in the 800 block of South River Street. Officers assisted with information exchange.

Brenda Denuelle Clowers, 48, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for driving while suspended (misdemeanor).

June 9

Officers investigated a non-injury crash near Hwy. 219 and Sitka Street. Officers assisted with information exchange.

Ian Charles Cobb, 24, was arrested for driving while suspended (misdemeanor) after an incident in the 800 block of The Greens Avenue. He was booked, cited and released.

June 10

Nelson Felix Lara, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was lodged at the county jail.

Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 3000 block of North Meridian Street.

June 11

Officers took a fraud report which allegedly occurred in the 2700 block of Haworth Avenue. After investigating, it was determined to be unfounded.
