Remains of missing Newberg man found in southern Oregon

GRANTS PASS A missing Newberg mans remains were found May 17 in the Wolf Creek area of southern Oregon after two releases were issued to the public trying to locate him.
Timothy Fenimore, 44, went missing under suspicious circumstances April 18, according to the Oregon State Police, while visiting an area residence. He reportedly left on foot and wasnt seen or heard from again.
An autopsy and forensic examination was completed May 20, although additional information about his death is not available. The remains were transported to the state medical examiners office in Clackamas for further examination by an OSP forensic anthropologist.
Fenimore was discovered at approximately 1:45 p.m. May 17 by a couple walking along the Lower Grave Creek. OSP troopers responded to the area and confirmed their report.
Lt. Gregg Hastings, OSP public information officer, said no additional information about Fenimores disappearance is available at this time. He said the investigation into his death is also ongoing.
