Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

May 7

— Patrick Keith Kelley, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault, interfering with a police officer while making a report and criminal mistreatment.

— Danny Franklin Kendall, 51, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

— Steven Jay Kerbs, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for attempt to elude and driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Mary Lou Keys, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Johnson Drive, North Valley Road, Second Street, Fulton Street, Edgewood Court, Hayes Street and Edwards Street.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC in the 600 block of First Street.

April 22

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Edgewood Court and Third Street.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs in the 18000 block of Bald Peak Road and 2900 Haworth Ave., and general alarms at 1605 N. College St. and 514 S. Chehalem St.

April 23

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Foothills Drive, Main Street, Wilsonville Road and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs at Hancock and River streets and at the intersection of Portland and Springbrook roads.

April 24

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Werth Boulevard, Sierra Vista Street, Dolash Court, Wareham Court, Foothills Drive, Fulton Street and Hulet Lane.

NFD personnel responded to an MVC at Highway 240 and Dopp Road.

April 25

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on 11th Court, Bell Road, Hayes Street, Fulton Street, Gemini Lane, Willamette Street, First Street and Harvard Court.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 3801 E. Hayes St., a chemical spill at Portland and Villa roads and checked for smoke and odor at 1210 S. College St.

April 26

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Gemini Lane, Birdhaven Loop, Hayes Street, Oak Drive, Fulton Street, Portland Road, Aquarius Boulevard and Edgewood Court.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs in the 100 block of Fifth Street in Dundee, at North Valley Road and College Street and at the intersection of First and College streets.

April 27

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Johnson Court and at the intersection of Main Street and Mountainview Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 331 Ironwood Drive, an MVC at Highway 99W and Shepard Lane and three general alarms at 2211 Portland Road.

April 28

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Pecan Court, Coffeey Lane, Fulton Street, College Street, Elliott Road and Ninth Street.

NFD personnel responded to a vehicle fire at Mountain Top and McCormick Hill roads and checked a burn pile at 107 N. Morton St.

April 29

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Center Street, Kramien Road, College Street, Werth Boulevard, Fulton Street, Hayes Street and Pecan Court.

NFD personnel responded to smoke check at 30605 N.E. Bell Road.

April 30

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ramsey Road, Wilsonville Drive, Pecan Court, Hayes Street and Doris Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a bark dust fire at 710 Foothills Drive, a vehicle fire at 9300 N.E. Parrett Mountain Road, a general alarm at 1421 Deborah Road, a request for public assistance (vehicle lock out) at 707 E. North St., an MVC at College and Sheridan streets and checked a burn pile at 17490 N.E. Kings Grade Road.

A juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for harassment after an incident in the 800 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

April 15

Kim Brian Selivanow, 62, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile runaway was recovered in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue. The juvenile was released into the parent’s custody.

Officers investigated a hit and run complaint in the 3700 block of Oak Grove Street.

Officers are investigating a burglary which occurred in the 700 block of East Ninth Street.

April 16

Officers responded to a non-injury car crash near Hancock and Lincoln streets.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief call in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

Daniel Glenn Berger, 27, was arrested on outstanding warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile female was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

A juvenile male was cited for possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Officers investigated a hit and run which occurred in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a hit and run which occurred in the 1000 block of Providence Drive.

David Austin Dosier, 48, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Colby Dean Jungwirth, 20, and Aundrea Jean Schneider, 20, were cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers are investigating a theft call reported in the 1100 block of Pennington Drive.

April 17

Officers investigated a reported hit and run in the 100 block of East First Street. The officer found there was no evidence of a crime.

Officers took a call of a criminal mischief and vandalism at Francis Square.

Officers investigated a trespassing complaint in the 300 block of Mission Drive.

A juvenile male was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated a trespass incident which occurred in the 400 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Bert Steven Hernandez, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Kelly Joe Barrera, 54, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for urinating in public after an incident in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

April 18

A juvenile male was arrested on a probation violation detainer as well as carrying a concealed weapon after an incident in the 400 block of South Howard Street. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated the theft of a checkbook in the 500 block of North Lincoln Street.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

April 19

William John Adams, 57, was arrested for second- and fourth-degree assault and menacing after an incident in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a report of a bicycle stolen from the 600 block of East First Street.

April 20

Colin Robert Cornett, 24, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

April 21

Officers recovered a stolen motor vehicle in the 2400 block of Haworth Avenue.

Officers are investigating an indecent exposure incident which occurred in the 100 block of South College Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash in the 600 block of East First Street.

Officers are investigating a burglary which occurred in the 500 block of Brandon Drive.

Nicholas Edward Lemonds, 25, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

Officers are investigating a car prowl/theft which occurred in the 1800 block of North College Street.

John Nunn, 55, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for fourth-degree assault.

April 22

Piper Lee Waalkes, 43, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

.Andraia Luisa Turudic, 18, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for fail to perform the duties of a driver.

Officers investigated a theft of services in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a reported menacing complaint which occurred on Highway 99W in Dundee. The suspect was contacted and no weapon was found.

April 23

Antonio Marcos Morales, 25, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for harassment after an incident in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a fraud call occurring in the 100 block of West Fifth Street.

Officers investigated a fraud call occurring in the 2300 block of Jodi Court.

April 24

Cameron Lee Baluta, 20, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft after an incident in the 1800 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Jerome Antonio Torres, 33, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for harassment and interfering with a peace officer.

Santiago Galvan, 22, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree forgery and second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was arrested on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Nohr Mohamed Faleel, 31, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft after an incident in the 400 block of South Main Street.

Officers investigated a theft of medication in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

Tanner Roy Turner, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after an incident in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Carol Ann Holm, 70, was arrested for violation of restraining order after an incident on First Street in Dundee. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 400 block of East Fifth Street.

Juan Manuel Martinez, 34, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft after an incident in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

April 26

Ryan Joseph Forbes, 26, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited into Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

A juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for third-degree theft after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

April 27

Michael Loren Hulse, 45, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

April 28

Elizabeth Ann Mortimer, 58, was arrested for harassment after an incident in the 300 block of North Harrison Street. She was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for second-degree theft.

April 29

Forrest James-Merlyn Reynolds, 21, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers took a report of a theft of campaign signs from the area of Main and First streets.

Kyle Ray Mason, 20, was arrested on multiple warrants. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers recovered a found bicycle in the 1000 block of East Second Street.

A juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for minor in possession of tobacco as a result of an incident near Douglas Avenue and Emery Drive.

April 30

Heather Lynn Godwin, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Newberg Municipal Court. She was transported to the county jail.

Joshua Daniel Russell, 29, was arrested for second-degree burglary and theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Jacob Arron Branch, 33, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft. He was also arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert Lee Christopher, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Newberg Municipal Court. He was transported to the county jail.
