Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

April 23

— Lazaro Cruz Her­nan­dez, 29, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the in­fluence of in­toxicants (DUII).

— Valentine Cruz Her­nan­dez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Mario Rod­riguez Her­rera, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

— Steven Ross Herrick, 58, is wanted on a warrant for contempt.

— Clifton Herring, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

— Christopher Michael Hill, 33, is wanted on an FTA for invasion of personal privacy.

— Edwin Michael Hill, 31, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a weapon and giving false information to a police officer.

April 7

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Douglas Avenue, Foothills Drive, Hayes Street, Nugget Lane, Willamette Street, Portland Road, College Street and Laurel Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 3802 E. Hayes St. and a downed tree at Highway 219 and Mountain Top Road.

April 8

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Columbia Drive, First and Howard streets, Fulton Street, College Street, Hayes Street and Mountain Home Road.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 503 E. Hancock St. and 3335 Mc­Kern Place.

April 9

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Red Hills Road in Dundee, Springbrook Road, Fulton Street, Deborah Road, Meri­dian Street, Esther Street and at the intersection of Fulton Street and Thomas Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at Main and Han­cock streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Foothills Drive, Fulton Street and Burl Street.

Yamhill County Jail reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

April 12

Ricky Curtis Odle, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Cosme Ramirez Villanueva, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

April 15

Matthew Thomas Richey, 19, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving. No bail was set.

Corey David Saunders, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and unlawful possession of marijuana and heroin. Bail was set at $22,500.

Kim Brian Selivanow, 62, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. Bail was set at $25,000.

Adam Wade Snedden, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for theft by receiving. Bail was set at $10,000.

April 16

Daniel Glenn Berger, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on holds issued by Clatsop and Washington counties. No bail was set on the Clatsop County hold, but Washington County issued a bail of $10,000.

David Austin Dosier, 48, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Shad Michael McClure, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $15,000.

April 17

Bert Steven Hernandez, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

April 20

William John Adams, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for second- and fourth-degree assault and menacing. Bail was set at $165,000.

Officers investigated a report of theft of gasoline in the 100 block of North Highway 99W in Dundee. The case was resolved.

March 29

Jacob Baxter Criswell, 20, was cited to appear in Dundee Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.

Officers investigated a fraud/identity theft in the 300 block of Mission Drive.

March 30

A juvenile female was cited to appear in juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

April 1

James William Riggleman, 50, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

David Gary Pederson, 28, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for failure to perform the duties of a driver after an incident near River and Sheridan streets.

A juvenile male was cited for second-degree theft and released after an incident in the 400 block of Foothills Drive.

April 3

Dylan Wayne Windsor, 24, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for failure to carry and present driver license.

Officers are investigating an identity theft which occurred in the 100 block of Northwest Peach Street in Dundee.

Officers are investigating an identity theft which occurred in the 1400 block of Crestview Drive.

Andrew Scott Baker, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

April 4

Justin Gene Bidwell-Parker, 31, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Lisa Ann Butler, 53, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Officers took a report of a runaway youth in the 200 block of East Third Street. He returned home on his own later the same day.

Tana Dawn King, 29, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a theft which occurred in the 1200 block of East Fulton Street.

Officers investigated an auto versus pedestrian crash near First and Grant streets.

A juvenile male was cited to appear for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after an incident in the 400 block of Foothills Drive.

April 5

Ian Michael Holmes, 39, was cited and released on an outstanding Newberg Munic­ipal Court warrant.

A juvenile male was taken into protective custody after being found to be a runaway and violating curfew. He was returned to caregivers.

Andrea Marie Coley, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

April 6

Officers investigated a case of fraud and identity theft in the 1600 block of North Hoskins Street.

Larry Keith Phillips, 54, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Damien Micheal Gederos, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers were called to a domestic disturbance in the 3200 block of North Meridian Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

April 7

Nathan Wayne Bynum, 28, was cited and released on an outstanding Newberg Munic­i­pal Court warrant.

Christina Renee Cham­ber­lain, 31, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

April 8

Isaiah Martin Ferraro Beale, 26, was arrested on a parole violation detainer. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Sean Case McGinley, 33, was arrested on a probation violation detainer from Newberg Municipal Court. He was transported to the county jail.

Chad Thomas Jennings, 36, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a telephone harassment complaint occurring in the 900 block of Tomahawk Place in Dundee.

April 9

Diane Cathleen Wilson, 40, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an incident near Springbrook and Cedar streets. She was transported to the county jail.

Paul Brian Wilson, 40, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an incident near Springbrook and Cedar streets. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua Ian Mulbreght, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of South Meridian Street.

April 10

Brian David Duos, 33, was arrested for disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and menacing after an incident in the area of the 1000 block of Southeast Ash Street in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2900 block of East Second Street. The vehicle was located near where it was reported stolen.

Harold Edmond Crow Sr., 36, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

April 11

Diana Agnes Sanders, 58, was cited to appear on an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Officers investigated an identity theft/fraud in the 1700 block of Cedar Street.

John Charles Wallace Jr., 21, was charged with tampering with a witness and contempt of court for violation of a no-contact order.

April 12

Officers investigated an auto vs. bicycle crash near Highway 99W and West Third Street.

James Bradford Myers, 51, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited and released.

April 13

Carol Darlene Hogan, 50, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

Pablo Antonio Pena, 27, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

April 14

A juvenile runaway was recovered in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue and returned to caregivers.

A juvenile was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for harassment after an incident in the 600 block of Harvard Court.

April 15

Cyle John Bromley, 30, was arrested on outstanding warrants as well as a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a case of fraud and identity theft that occurred in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

Corey David Saunders, 24, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and failure to register as a sex offender. He was also cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was transported to the county jail.

April 16

Officers responded to a non-injury car crash near Hancock and Lincoln streets.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief call in the 2800 block of Portland Road.

A juvenile female was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

A juvenile male was cited for possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

April 17

Officers took a call of a criminal mischief and vandalism at Francis Square.
