March 27

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, First Street, 11th Street, College Street and Donald Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a request for public assistance (lock out) in the 1300 block of Klimek Lane.

March 28

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Edward Street, Fulton Street, Har­rison Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1301 E. Fulton St., motor vehicle collisions (MVC) at Highway 99W and Benjamin Road and at Highway 99W and Trunk Road, and flooding at 414 E. First St., 803 E. Vermillion St. and 2009 Nugget Lane.

March 29

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Edwards Street and Esther Street.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC in the 31000 block of Bell Road and a general alarm at 17850 N.E. Hillside Drive.

March 30

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Columbia Drive, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Haworth Avenue, Franklin Street. Grand Oak Drive and Rainbow Lane.

March 14

A juvenile female was arrested on a probation violation detainer after an incident in the 1400 block of Deborah Road. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Christopher M. Lauterbach, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers assisted DHS with a welfare check in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash near Portland Road and Brutscher Street. Officers assisted with information exchange.

Officers investigated an incident of road rage on Highway 219. Officers were unable to contact the suspect driver.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle and tools from the 300 block of East Franklin Street.

March 15

Officers took a report of a stolen bicycle from the 1500 block of Portland Road.

A juvenile male was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and strangulation. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 2400 block of Haworth Avenue.

Officers are investigating a burglary and theft which occurred in the 300 block of South Everest Road.

March 16

Frances Irene King, 21, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a fence in the 1300 block of East Ninth Street.

March 17

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred in the 300 block of North River Street.

Marcy Deanne Savage, 41, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile female was reported as a runaway. She was later recovered and returned to her parents.

— Kerri Girard, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII and driving while suspended.

— Dylan Tyler Glass-Car­pen­ter, 19, is wanted on an FTA for driving while suspended.

— David Gomez, 31, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy and prostitution.

— Hugo Gomez-Rjosales, 23, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

— Ricardo Rosales Gomez, 30, is wanted for failure to appear.

— Ryan Pat­rick Hancock, 39, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving, driving while suspended, second-degree criminal mischief and reck­less endangering.

— Kevin Ross Hansen, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and criminal mischief.

— Susan Alexander, 38, is wanted for contempt and violation of a release order.

— Rodolfo Avalos Ceras, 42, is wanted on an FTA for unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering.

— Kevin Ross Hansen, 44, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft and criminal mischief.

— Nicole Natassja Martinez, 28, is wanted on an FTA for theft of services.

Matthew Neil Bak­a­noff, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Joana Sue Comfort, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass. No bail was set.

Tom Roy Gochenour, 42, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $32,500.
