Newberg-Dundee Police Log

Jan. 17

Robert Lee Christopher, 32, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 18

Officers investigated an attempted theft in the 700 block of North Springbrook Road. The suspect was not located.

Kirsten Lee Meis, 25, was arrested for harassment and criminal mischief after a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Donna Drive. She was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 19

Shaun Patrick Imholt, 37, was cited and released on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Alec Wayne Ott, 19, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released for that charge as well as minor in possession of alcohol after booking.

Darren Phillip Winder, 19, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Jan. 20

Two juvenile males were cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Zachary Willyam Horn, 18, and Kody Lars Burns, 18, as well as a juvenile male and a juvenile female, were taken into custody for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft in the 1300 block of Charles St. in Dundee. They were transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

A juvenile female was contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently cited for being a runaway, second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. She was left in the care of her parents.

Two juvenile males were contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently charged with second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. They were both left in the care of their parents.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief (graffiti) at Mountainview Drive and College Street.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 700 block of Elliott Road.

Jan. 21

Officers responded to an injury car crash in the 3900 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Robert U. Radilla-Urieta, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

— Jose Eloy Alcaraz Caz­arez, 36, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree sexual abuse.

— Joel Ramos Ceja, 30, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Rafael Urbano Ceras, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree rape.

— Rodolfo Avalos Ceras, 42, is wanted on an FTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, menacing and recklessly endangering another.

— Atelvina Maravilla Cer­vantes, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance and felony possession of a firearm.

— Jose Hernandez Cervantes, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Feb. 1

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Nugget Lane, Hayes Street, Sitka Avenue, Melody Lane and Everest Road.

Newberg Fire Department personnel responded to 1616 Aldersgate Lane on a smoke check and Second and Meridian streets on a motor vehicle collision.

Feb. 2

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on North Street, Sunnycrest Road and Elliott Road.

Feb. 3

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Hayes Street, McCormick Hill Road, Providence Drive and Dayton Avenue.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC in the 10000 block of Renne Road, a structure fire at 3607 Jones St. and a gas leak at 709 Ella Court.

Feb. 4

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hancock Street, Hayes Street, Fourth Street, Willow Drive and Springbrook Road.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at Quarry and Bell roads and checked for smoke in the 29000 block of David Lane.

Feb. 5

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Hayes Street, Wilsonville Road, Sherman Street, Fulton Street, College Street, Har­ri­son Street, Meridian Street and Oak Knoll Road.

NFD personnel responded to a barn fire in the 4900 block of Portland Road.

Feb. 6

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Sunnycrest Road and Pecan Court.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs at: Highway 99W and Rex Drive, Haworth Avenue and Deborah Road, Fernwood and Corral Creek roads, Highway 219 and Wynooski Street, Highway 240 and Ribbon Ridge Road, Highway 99W and Archery Summit Road and 800 Dayton Ave.

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Feb. 11

Radford Vincent Catriz, 48, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment and strangulation. Bail was set at $12,500.

Stephanie Ann Wells, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Feb. 12

Eduardo Montalvo Barajas, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Israel Fransua Ocho Moncada, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set.

Feb. 13

Cheyenne Swan Akin, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree theft. No bail was set.

Tayler Dean Lewis, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $7,500.

Brandon James Antonio Lopez, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $10,000.
