Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Feb. 12

— Cody Raymond Burroughs, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

— Michael James Butts, 53, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Cheryle Lynne Byrnes, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

— Johnny Ray Calhoun, 49, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree theft.

— Anthony Daniel Cameratta, 36, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary.

— Susan Ann Campbell, 49, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Zachary Jay Campbell, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Armando Campos-Olvera, 22, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

Juan Romero Campos, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for fourth-degree assault.

— Guadalupe Perez Castillo, 43, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and driving while suspended.

— Rogelio Yoval Castillo, 39, is wanted on an DUII and for failing to appear for a show cause hearing.

— Sergio Castro-Cedillo, 39, is wanted on an FTA for failure to register as a felony sex offender.

— Mark Gordon Chaney, 25, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for possession of meth.

— Karin Kaye Cruz, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of oxycodone and tampering with drug records.

— Raine Amber Herman, age unknown, is wanted on an FTA for hit and run injury and property.

Jan. 12

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at First and Garfield streets. No citations were issued.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at North College Street and Terrace Drive. No citations were issued.

Mary Martha Hill, 82, was cited and released for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue.

A juvenile male was taken into custody for first-degree burglary, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 200 block of Church Street. He was cited and released.

Jan. 13

Charles William Sheeler, 59, was cited and released for failure to perform the duties of a driver after an incident in the 1100 block of East Third Street.

Thirteen-, 14- and 15-year-old youths were taken into protective custody for curfew violation and being a runaway. They were returned home.

Officers took a report of failure to perform the duties of a driver that occurred at an unknown location in the Newberg area.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief complaint in Memorial Park. Graffiti was found inside the restrooms.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. It was found not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated the theft of mail from the 600 block of Elliott Road.

Jan. 14

Timothy Wayne Ward, 47, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Two juvenile males were cited to appear for third-degree theft and criminal trespass after an incident in the 3100 block of North Center Street.

Dakota Stephen Bobzien, 19, was taken into custody for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating thefts in the 100 block of East First Street, 700 block of Deskins Avenue and the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue. The cases are believed to be related.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee. The at-fault driver was cited.

David Matthew Otte, 27, was cited and released for third-degree theft in the 400 block of East First Street.

Josue Iban Arredondo, 22, was cited and released for an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Jan. 15

Officers investigated a theft in the 1100 block of Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 300 block of South Chehalem Street.

David Matthew Otte , 27, and Adam Wade Snedden, 34, were cited and released for third-degree theft from a coin op machine.

Jan. 16

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Villa Road and Thorne Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sandra Dee Boen, 50, was cited and released for third-degree theft after an incident that occurred on Dec. 23 in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Richard O Gillard, 45, was cited and released for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Jesse Wayne Spencer, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and released after being contacted in Dundee.

Lacee Paige Eagleton, 23, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of possible child neglect in the 2000 block of Portland Road. The child was found to be fine.

Jan. 17

Paulino Valencia-Guzman, 35, was cited and released for driving while suspended.

Emily Ann Tucker, 28, was cited and released for second-degree theft after an investigation in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Thomas Patrick Healy, 48, was cited for second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 200 block of West First Street on Jan. 14. Mr. He was in custody for separate charges at the time the citations were issued.

Robert Lee Christopher, 32, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 18

Officers investigated an attempted theft in the 700 block of North Springbrook Road. The suspect was not located.

Kirsten Lee Meis, 25, was arrested for harassment and criminal mischief after a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Donna Drive. She was transported to the county jail

Jan. 19

Shaun Patrick Imholt, 37, was cited and released on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Alec Wayne Ott, 19, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released for that charge as well as minor in possession of alcohol after booking.

Darren Phillip Winder, 19, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Jan. 20

Two juvenile males were cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Zachary Willyam Horn, 18, and Kody Lars Burns, 18, as well as a juvenile male and a juvenile female, were taken into custody for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft in the 1300 block of Charles St. in Dundee. They were transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

A juvenile female was contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently cited for being a runaway, second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. She was left in the care of her parents.

Two juvenile males were contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently charged with second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. They were both left in the care of their parents.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief (graffiti)l at Mountainview Drive and College Street.

Officers are investigating a burglary or theft that occurred in the 300 block of East Franklin Street.

Eric Robert Dannelly, 36, was arrested on a probation violation detainer and first-degree criminal trespass. He was transported to the county jail.

Janet Marie Schneider, 43, was arrested on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 23

Uvaldo Pacheco-Zavala, 40, was arrested for first-degree theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit cardafter an incident in which a wallet was stolen from the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court and credit cards were used in numerous locations. He was also cited for an unrelated theft from Dec. 9. He was transported to the county jail.

Louise Ann Camposanto, 50, was cited for identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft after an incident in which a wallet was stolen from the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court and credit cards were used in numerous locations. She was released after being cited.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run to a vehicle which occurred somewhere in the Newberg area.

Officers responded to a minor injury crash in the 600 block of North Highway 99W in Dundee. The at-fault driver was cited.

Jan. 24

Joshua Ian Mulbreght, 23, and Evan Carl Pucket, 18, were arrested for unlawful delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of heroin after an incident in the 700 block of East Sixth Street. Mulbreght also had an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant. Both were transported to the county jail.

Ricky Curtis Odle, 27, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after an incident in the 700 block of East Sixth Street. He transported to the county jail.

Sarah Meyer Arnold, 39, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Jan. 25

Jessica Doyalene Weidner, 33, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Newberg Municipal Court. She transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a shed in the 2700 block of Walnut Avenue.

Officers investigated a stolen vehicle report in the 800 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Teresa Lin Difalco, 45, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of North Springbrook Road.

Kyle Robert Dahl, 27, was arrested for DUII after a crash in the 700 block of East First Street. He was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 800 block of East Hancock Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Jan. 26

Nelson Felix Lara, 23, was arrested on an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Karissa Marie Lebeda, 19, was arrested for first- and second-degree theft. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Jan. 27

Lisa Ann Butler, 53, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Michael Allen Hartman, 25, was cited and released for third-degree theft after an incident in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Carry Grant Marshall, 33, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine after an incident in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was cited and released.

Miguel Uribe-Andrade, 23, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for attempt to elude in a vehicle and on foot, and reckless driving after an incident that began in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 1900 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Colby Dean Jungwirth, 20, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He transported to the county jail.

Elizabeth Ann Eng, 52, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Max Guenter Adolf Kliese-Hartzog, 24, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Leonard Michael-Ray Wilson, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with harassment after a disturbance in the 200 block of East Sherman Street.

Deanna Rachelle Paul, 32, was arrested on a probation violation detainer after a disturbance in the 200 block of East Sherman Street.

Shelley Larie Kovach, 62, was arrested for DUII. She was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Michael Allen Hartman, 25, was taken into custody on a probation detainer from Newberg Municipal Court. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a non injury crash in the 400 block of West First Street.

A 15-year-old female was taken into protective custody on a probation violation detainer. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1000 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 700 block of Tin Cup Way.

Jan. 30

Tiffani Rae Storment, 31, was arrested on a probation violation detainer in the 300 block of East Columbia Drive. She was transported to county jail.

Michael Todd Merryman, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer in the 200 block of South Blaine Street. He was transported to the count jail.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Springbrook Road and Haworth Avenue. No citations were issued.

Damien Michael Gederos, 21, was taken into custody for possession of heroin stemming from an incident on Jan. 22. He was transported to the county jail.

Brenda Marie McJunkin, 53, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine after being contacted near Springbrook Road and Vittoria Drive. She was released at the scene.

Jan. 31

Robert Lee Christopher, 32, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Douglas Brian Huston, 43, was cited and released on two outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrants after he turned himself in at the Public Safety Building.

Officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block of North College Street.

Robert Lewis Salter, 48, was arrested for DUII. He was booked, cited into Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

Lawrence Alexander Mastne Jr., 47, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and a probation violation detainer from Newberg Municipal Court after being contacted in the 3300 block of Portland Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Feb. 3

A male juvenile was arrested for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon after an incident in the 100 block of West Illinois Street. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Robert Dean Hibdon, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Feb. 4

Officers investigated a theft from the 1200 block of East Fulton Street.

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 1300 block of East Fulton Street.

Caitlyn Michelle Froom, 18, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. She was released at the scene.

Feb. 5

Officers investigated a hit and run in the 200 block of North River Street.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle non-injury crash at the intersection of North College Street and Foothills Drive. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 300 block of East First Street.

A male juvenile was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of East First Street. He was released to caregivers.

Feb. 6

Kaleb R. Lewis, 18, was taken into custody for third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering another and offensive littering after an incident near First and Howard Streets. He was transported to the county jail.

Shawn Michael Copley, 30, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 2300 block of East Second Street. He was transported to the county jail.

NFD personnel responded to a propane smell at Ninth and Blaine streets, a downed tree at Fernwood Road and The Greens Avenue, and a MVC at First and Edwards streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Chehalem Drive, Portland Road, Williamson Road, Sheridan Street and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to trees down at Roger’s Landing, 3870 Morris St. and 1441 Deborah Road; checked a burn pile at 29601 N.E. David Lane and a MVC in the 600 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Jan. 27

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Portland Road, Foothills Drive, Meridian Street, Fulton Street, Wynooski Street, Hayes Street, Mission Drive, Pecan Court and North Street.

NFD personnel conducted a smoke check at 1106 Evergreen Drive, responded to an MVC in the 1900 block of Portland Road and checked a burn pile at 10830 N.E. Stevenson Road.

Jan. 28

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Bald Peak Road, Lincoln Street, Pecan Court, Quail Drive and College Street.

NFD personnel responded to a report of an oil smoke odor at 1301 E. Fulton St., electrical odor at 2205 Portland Road and a MVC at Hidden Springs Road and Flying Fox Lane.

Jan. 29

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court, Hayes Street, First Street, Rainbow Lane and Edwards Street.

Billy Lee Rodrigguez, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and second-degree theft, as well as a hold issued by another jurisdiction. Bail was set at $20,000

Tiffani Rae Stormant, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant. Bail was $15,000.

Jonathan Craig Roberts, 29, of Dundee, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Stephanie Ann Wells, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.
