Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police De­part­ment.

Jan. 29

— Gary Alan Baker, 45, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

— Ralph Justin Baker, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

— Pablo Erik Basilio Balderas, 34, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree assault.

— Silvestre Lopez Baldovinos, 27, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear (FTA) on charges including second-degree sexual abuse, third-degree rape and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

— Cheryl Ann Bammel, 52, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt of court.

— Paul Bap­ties Jr., 54, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and menacing.

— Jose Juan Garcia Barajas, 42, is wanted on FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless driving and attempt to elude.

Dec. 30

Roy Howard Eberius, 61, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for an outstanding warrant. He was released at the scene.

Aaron Michael Coghill, 24, was arrested for unlawful manufacture of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana, unlawful possession of MDMA, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of less than 1/4 ounce of alternate form of marijuana. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Cor­rec­tional Facility.

Officers responded to a reported assault in the 500 block of South River Street.

Dec. 31

Stephen Wade Bernier, 25, was cited in lieu of custody into Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of a weapon in the 400 block of West First Street.

Shandan Ty Vanwinkle, 31, was cited into Yamhill County Court for theft II, fraudulent use of a credit card and computer crime.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash in the 600 block of East Second St.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Officers investigated a telephonic harassment call in the 2200 block of East Third St.

Lewis Elden Whitman, 55, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Joshua Douglas Hacker, 38, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Sitka Avenue. He was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Jan. 1

Edgar Jesus Tovar, 18, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for assault IV after an incident in the 1200 block of N College St. He was released at the scene.

Raymond Arthur Turpen, 42, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of E First St. He was released at the scene.

Kyle Ray Mason, 20, was arrested on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief/attempted burglary in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

Jan. 2

Naomi Lee Harker, 60, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft and released after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Jan. 3

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Donna Drive. It was determined non criminal.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1400 block of Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a fraud in the 1000 block of Southeast Locust Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1000 block of James Street.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

Jesus Jose Morales, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 1300 block of Charles Street in Dundee.

A 15-year-old male was taken into protective custody after being found to be a runaway. He was returned home.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Southeast Elm Street in Dundee. It was determined not to be criminal.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted person in the 1400 block of Southwest Charles Street in Dundee. The person was gone when officers arrived.

Officers responded to a disturbance/mental health issue in the 700 block of Southeast Ninth Street in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Tenth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jan. 4

Ryan Noah Michael Thomas, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after a traffic stop near Hancock and Washington streets.

Officers investigated a non-injury collision near Hancock and Blaine streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Finan Zachary Snyder, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 6

Taber Lee Mitchell, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Bert Steven Hernandez, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the Public Safety Building and released with direction to see the Newberg Municipal Court judge.

Officers are investigating a burglary to a business in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Jan. 7

Stephanie Ann Duncan, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jessica Doyalene Weidner, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jonathan Andrew Harper, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Arthur Leslie Schell III, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Southeast Cedar Street in Dundee.

Jan. 8

William Dale Surratt, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury collision at First and College streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block of Emery Drive.

Steven James Griffith, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Brett Matthew Stark, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle car crash in the 400 block of West First Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a theft in the 2700 block of Haworth Avenue.

Jan. 10

Officers investigated a theft in the 3700 block of Madrona Drive.

Susana Cillis-Huerta, 18, was cited and released for theft of lost or mislaid property after an incident in the 1500 block of East Third Street.

Jan. 11

Officers investigated a reported failure to perform the duties of a driver and criminal mischief in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers investigated the theft of vehicle license plates in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers investigated a wallet found in the 400 block of South Everest Road. The wallet was missing cash when it was found.

Ronald Craig Bonham, 61, was arrested for DUII after being contacted in the 600 block of South Blaine Street. He was booked, cited and released.

Jan. 12

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Mountainview Drive. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at First and Garfield streets. No citations were issued.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at North College Street and Terrace Drive. No citations were issued.

Mary Martha Hill, 82, was cited and released for third-degree theft after an incident in the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue.

A juvenile male was taken into custody for first-degree burglary, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 200 block of Church Street. He was cited and released.

Jan. 13

Charles William Sheeler, 59, was cited and released for failure to perform the duties of a driver after an incident in the 1100 block of East Third Street.

Thirteen-, 14- and 15-year-old youths were taken into protective custody for curfew violation and being a runaway. They were returned home.

Officers took a report of failure to perform the duties of a driver that occurred at an unknown location in the Newberg area.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief complaint in Memorial Park. Graffiti was found inside the restrooms.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of East Ninth Street. It was found not to have been criminal.

Officers investigated the theft of mail from the 600 block of Elliott Road.

Jan. 14

Timothy Wayne Ward, 47, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Two juvenile males were cited to appear for third-degree theft and criminal trespass after an incident in the 3100 block of North Center Street.

Dakota Stephen Bobzien, 19, was taken into custody for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating thefts in the 100 block of East First Street, 700 block of Deskins Avenue and the 2900 block of Haworth Avenue. The cases are believed to be related.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee. The at-fault driver was cited.

David Matthew Otte, 27, was cited and released for third-degree theft in the 400 block of East First Street.

Josue Iban Arredondo, 22, was cited and released for an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Jan. 15

Officers investigated a theft in the 1100 block of Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 300 block of South Chehalem Street.

David Matthew Otte , 27, and Adam Wade Snedden, 34, were cited and released for third-degree theft from a coin op machine.

Jan. 16

Officers responded to a non-injury crash at Villa Road and Thorne Street. The at-fault driver was cited.

Sandra Dee Boen, 50, was cited and released for third-degree theft after an incident that occurred on Dec. 23 in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Richard O Gillard, 45, was cited and released for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Jesse Wayne Spencer, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and released after being contacted in Dundee.

Lacee Paige Eagleton, 23, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of possible child neglect in the 2000 block of Portland Road. The child was found to be fine.

Jan. 17

Paulino Valencia-Guzman, 35, was cited and released for driving while suspended.

Emily Ann Tucker, 28, was cited and released for second-degree theft after an investigation in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Thomas Patrick Healy, 48, was cited for second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident in the 200 block of West First Street on Jan. 14. Mr. He was in custody for separate charges at the time the citations were issued.

Robert Lee Christopher, 32, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 18

Officers investigated an attempted theft in the 700 block of North Springbrook Road. The suspect was not located.

Kirsten Lee Meis, 25, was arrested for harassment and criminal mischief after a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Donna Drive. She was transported to the county jail

Jan. 19

Shaun Patrick Imholt, 37, was cited and released on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant.

Alec Wayne Ott, 19, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released for that charge as well as minor in possession of alcohol after booking.

Darren Phillip Winder, 19, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Jan. 20

Two juvenile males were cited for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 1800 block of Haworth Avenue.

Zachary Willyam Horn, 18, and Kody Lars Burns, 18, as well as a juvenile male and a juvenile female, were taken into custody for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft in the 1300 block of Charles St. in Dundee. They were transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

A juvenile female was contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently cited for being a runaway, second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. She was left in the care of her parents.

Two juvenile males were contacted near Meridian and Fifth Streets and subsequently charged with second-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief. They were both left in the care of their parents.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief (graffiti)l at Mountainview Drive and College Street.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 700 block of Elliott Road.

Officers responded to an injury car crash in the 3900 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Robert U. Radilla-Urieta, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 22

Eric Robert Dannelly, 36, was arrested on a probation violation detainer and first-degree criminal trespass. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 23

Uvaldo Pacheco-Zavala, 40, was arrested for first-degree theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit cardafter an incident in which a wallet was stolen from the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court and credit cards were used in numerous locations. He was also cited for an unrelated theft from Dec. 9. He was transported to the county jail.

Louise Ann Camposanto, 50, was cited for identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and third-degree theft after an incident in which a wallet was stolen from the 3600 block of Bur Oak Court and credit cards were used in numerous locations. She was released after being cited.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court, Meridian Street and Chehalem Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a broken water main at 2701 E. Second St. and a MVC in the 26000 block of Mountain Top Road.

Jan. 8

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Cougar Hills Lane, Creekside Court, Provi­dence Drive, The Greens Avenue, Fulton Street, Hayes Street and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a report of downed trees at Benjamin and Putnam roads, 536 Corinne Drive and at the intersection of Cougar Hills Lane and Bald Peak Road; and a MVC in the 8600 block of Highway 219.

Jan. 12

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Third Street, Foothills Drive, Mission Drive and Corral Creek Road.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at School and 10th streets, an oil spill at 702 The Greens Ave., and a MVC at Highway 99W and 207th Avenue.

Jan. 13

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Crandon Drive, Werth Boulevard and Zard Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a car fire at 1101 Villa Road and a capsized boat at Roger’s Landing.

Jan. 14

Jan. 22

Brian James Bingham, 57, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Robert Urieta Radilla, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, recklessly endangering another, reckless driving and DUII. Bail was set at $15,000.

Jan. 23

Michael Todd Bailey, 26, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Eric Robert Dannelley, 37, of Dundee, was arrested on a jurisdictional hold. No bail was set.
