Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Jan. 22

— Martin D. Aguilar-Orozco, 27, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear (FTA) for unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary.

— Abelardo Aguilers, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Mario Ramirez Aguirre, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for manufacture of a controlled substance.

— Mohamed Ali Ahmed, 31, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

— Gonzalo Galvin Alba, 36, is wanted on an FTA for identity theft.

— Timothy Lee Alderman, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

— Rafael Garcia Aldrete, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

— Eduardo Alonzo, 46, is wanted on an FTA, DUII and a citation.

— Tyler Joel Alvis, 22, is wanted on an FTA for possession of heroin and cocaine and unlawful possession of a firearm.

— Abraham Amador-Ramirez, 21, is wanted on an FTA for giving false information to a police officer and failure to carry and present a license.

— Eric Jon Andrade, 54, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for felon in possession of a firearm.

— Kathleen M. Arata, 72, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Brian Richard Arens, 34, is wanted for contempt of court.

— Gilberto Dominguez Ascencion, 32, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless driving.

— Horacio Cazares Avalos, 30, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Javier Baca, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree burglary, attempt to elude and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

— Kyle Levi Bach, 23, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree criminal trespass.

— Michael John Bacon, 58, is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

— Ralph Justin Baker, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of meth.

— Silvestre Baldovinos-Lopez, 27, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree sexual abuse.

— Amanda Lee Graham, 25, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree criminal mischief.

Dec. 30

Roy Howard Eberius, 61, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for an outstanding warrant. He was released at the scene.

Aaron Michael Coghill, 24, was arrested for unlawful manufacture of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana, unlawful possession of MDMA, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of less than 1/4 ounce of alternate form of marijuana. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Officers responded to a reported assault in the 500 block of South River Street.

Dec. 31

Stephen Wade Bernier, 25, was cited in lieu of custody into Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of a weapon in the 400 block of W. First St.

Shandan Ty Vanwinkle, 31, was cited into Yamhill County Court for theft II, fraudulent use of a credit card and computer crime.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash in the 600 block of E. Second St.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Officers investigated a telephonic harassment call in the 2200 block of E. Third St.

Lewis Elden Whitman, 55, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Joshua Douglas Hacker, 38, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Sitka Avenue. He was booked and cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Jan. 1

Edgar Jesus Tovar, 18, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for assault IV after an incident in the 1200 block of N College St. He was released at the scene.

Raymond Arthur Turpen, 42, was cited into Newberg Municipal Court for disorderly conduct after an incident in the 500 block of E. First St. He was released at the scene.

Kyle Ray Mason, 20, was arrested on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief/attempted burglary in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue.

Jan. 2

Naomi Lee Harker, 60, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft and released after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Jan. 3

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Donna Drive. It was determined non criminal.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1400 block of Springbrook Road.

Officers investigated a fraud in the 1000 block of Southeast Locust Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1000 block of James Street.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 2500 block of East Second Street.

Jesus Jose Morales, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.

Officers investigated a burglary in the 1300 block of Charles Street in Dundee.

A 15-year-old male was taken into protective custody after being found to be a runaway. He was returned home.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Southeast Elm Street in Dundee. It was determined not to be criminal.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted person in the 1400 block of Southwest Charles Street in Dundee. The person was gone when officers arrived.

Officers responded to a disturbance/mental health issue in the 700 block of Southeast Ninth Street in Dundee. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Tenth Street. It was determined not to have been criminal.

Jan. 4

Ryan Noah Michael Thomas, 23, was cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after a traffic stop near Hancock and Washington streets.

Officers investigated a non-injury collision near Hancock and Blaine streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Finan Zachary Snyder, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 6

Taber Lee Mitchell, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Bert Steven Hernandez, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the Public Safety Building and released with direction to see the Newberg Municipal Court judge.

Officers are investigating a burglary to a business in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

Jan. 7

Stephanie Ann Duncan, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jessica Doyalene Weidner, 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Jonathan Andrew Harper, 23, was arrested on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male was cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Arthur Leslie Schell III, 34, was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Southeast Cedar Street in Dundee.

William Dale Surratt, 44, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury collision at First and College streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a theft in the 2000 block of Emery Drive.

Steven James Griffith, 39, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Brett Matthew Stark, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Jan. 17

Robert Lee Hooper, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Arthur Leslie Schell, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for possession of weapons by certain felons. No bail was set.

Jan. 18

Lori Ellen Dilorenzo, 49, of Newberg, was arrested for resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault. No bail was set.

Danielle Dean Hill, 31, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jan. 19

Kirsten Lee Meis, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and harassment. Bail was set at $15,000.

Anthony David Monson, 36, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Timothy Allen Whitlow, 40, was held without bail.
