Council will vote on apartments
At next weeks meeting of the Newberg City Council, the body will consider a motion to approve a zone change for property at 108 S. Springbrook Road, and also put annexation of the property into the city limits on the May 20 ballot for a public vote.
The application, submitted by Springbrook Investments LLC, would develop the 7.2 acre property into 120 apartments.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at the Public Safety Building.
