Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

— Jorge Luis Velasquez, 43, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

— Omar Velasquez, 35, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Jose Luis Gomez Vera, 27, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

— Fernando Ramirez Verdin, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree attempted rape.

— Jose Gonzalez Verduzco, 73, is wanted on an FTA for first-degree sexual abuse.

— Steven William Vicars, 55, is wanted on a probation violation for DUII.

— Gamaliel Vicente-Morelos, 33, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Juan Carlos S. Victoria, 35, is wanted on an FTA for distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

— Eduardo Anguiano Villa, 29, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Isidro Mendoza Virrueta, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft.

— Jacob Patrick Watson, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree theft.

— Donald Ray Wentz, 24, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

— Jessica J. Whiffen, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Paul Aaron Willard, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Christopher Daniel Williams, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree robbery.

— Darrin Keith Williams, 47, is wanted on an FTA for felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

— Saul Banuelos Munoz, 31, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

— Zachary Warren Thurman, 34, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of a marijuana.

— Royce Albert Williams, 47, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision and failure to register as a sex offender.

— Shawn Marie Worthington, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

Dec. 13

Rachelle Fernalies Block, 37, was taken into custody for unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. She was transported to the county jail.

Melissa Marie Starr, 28, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for driving while suspended, after being contacted on a traffic stop.

Sierra Hope Kasun, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft and released after an incident in the 100 block of East First Street.

Officers responded to an injury crash on Portland Rd near Hulet Lane. The at-fault driver was cited.

Dec. 14

Officers investigated a non-criminal domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Portland Road.

A 17-year-old girl was cited to appear and released on a charge of harassment. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Linda Way.

Dec. 15

Officers investigated a non-criminal domestic disturbance in the 3700 block of Vittoria Way.

Officers took runaway reports on three juveniles in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. All three were returned home early the following morning.

Noe Martinez Robles Jr., 25, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Dale Alan Gibbs, 54, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for recklessly endangering another person and released after an incident in the 2200 block of East Second Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash in the 3300 block of Vittoria Way. No citations issued.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief call in the 200 block of North Main Street. A window was broken.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Donna Drive.

Dec. 16

Officers investigated a non-injury traffic crash at College and Sherman streets. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 400 block of East First Street.

Ralph Michael Foust, 30, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released after booking.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Hillsdale Drive.

Dec. 17

Chad Thomas Jennings, 36, was taken into custody on warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the county jail.

Tyler Timothy Whitzel, 24, was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael Todd Bailey, 26, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer from Yamhill County Corrections.

A 15-year-old male was taken into custody on a juvenile probation violation detainer near College and Oxford streets. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Tiffani Rae Storment, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant from Newberg Municipal Court after a traffic stop near Highway 99W and Haugen Road. She was transported to the county jail.

Jordan Scott Bitter, 22, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant. He was released.

Officers are investigating a vehicle crash that occurred in the 2400 block of Douglas Avenue.

Dec. 18

Russell William Conroy, 53, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for an outstanding warrant. He was released.

Officers are investigating a burglary in the 100 block of South Washington Street.

Erin Lorelle Johnson, 47, was arrested for DUII. She was cited and released after booking.

Officers are investigating a theft by deception in the 200 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers are investigating a burglary in the 100 block of South Washington Street.

Russell William Conroy, 53, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant. He was released.

Officers investigated a theft in the 300 block of N Meridian St.

Dec. 19

Kelsey Clarese Buettgenbach, 21, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant and released.

Michael David Weaver, 25, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court on an outstanding warrant. He was released.

Officers investigated a reported rape in the 3300 block of Vittoria Way. It was determined to be unfounded.

Officers investigated a reported identity theft in the 900 block of Charles St.

Officers investigated a burglary and theft in the 500 block of E. First St.

Dec. 20

Jeffrey Paradee, 56, was arrested for DUII. He was cited and released.

Bryan Scott, 22, was arrested for third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers took a courtesy report of a lost purse that occurred in Tigard.

Officers investigated a burglary/theft in the 1100 block of N. Main St.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 503 E. Hancock St. and 317 Werth Blvd.; burst pipes at 1015 Charles St., 1202 E. Eighth St. and 908 Foothills Drive; a structure fire at 1615 Bramble Court; a water leak at 214 W. Hancock St.; and a MVC at Edwards and Hancock streets.

Dec. 11

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Esther Street, Fourth Street, College Street, Crestview Drive, Fulton Street and Springbrook Road.

NFD personnel responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 804 E. Franklin St., a grass fire at 3605 Madrona Drive, a structure fire at 9205 N.E. Blackcap Lane and a general alarm at 1607 Libra St.

Dec. 12

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on The Greens Avenue, Haworth Avenue, Mill Court and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 2211 Portland Road, a MVC at Highway 240 and Red Hills Road and a gas leak at 1907 Birch Lane.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Willow Oak Drive, Foothills Drive, Portland Road, Springbrook Road, Foothills Drive, Chehalem Drive, Pecan Court, College Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 2400 Douglas Ave. and MVCs at Haworth Avenue and Deborah Road, Portland Road and Hulet Lane, North Valley and Tangen roads and at the intersection of North Valley and Stone roads.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Blackberry Lane, Highway 240, Hayes Street and Portland Road.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 2200 N. Center St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, Antonia Way, Eighth Street, Hayes Street, Springbrook Road and Esther Street.

NFD personnel responded to MVCs in the 3000 block of Vittoria Way and at the intersection of Wilsonville and Renne roads.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Hillside Drive, College Street, Foothills Drive and Willow Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a request for public assistance (lock out) at 1418 E. Second St., a water leak at 618 E. First St. and MVCs at College and Sherman streets, Ribbon Ridge and North Valley roads, and Highway 240 and Tangen Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, College Street, Lilly Court, Sherman Street and Worden Hill Road.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at Portland and Villa roads.

Dec. 18

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Eighth Street, Hayes Street, College Street, Emery Drive, Esther Street and Benjamin Road.

NFD personnel responded to a water leak at 2901 E. Second St., general alarms at 812 E. Third St. and 2332 Heritage Way, and MVCs at Highway 99W and Garland Drive and at Highway 219 and Mountain Top Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Second Street, Vittoria Way, College Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 319 E. Ninth St. and MVCs at Springbrook Road and Crestview Drive and at the intersection of Wilsonville and Renne roads.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Aquarius Boulevard, Foothills Drive, Dudley Road, Hayes Street, Third Street, Werth Boulevard and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 2501 Portland Road, a structure fire at Highway 99W and Fox Farm Road in Dundee, general alarms at 2400 Douglas Ave. and 1001 Providence Drive, and MVCs at Third and Harrison streets, Highway 219 and Second Street.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Aldersgate Lane, First and Morton streets, Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 3119 N. Center St.

Dec. 22

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Wilsonville Road, Chehalem Drive, River Street, Third Street, Howard Street and Michelle Court.

NFD personnel responded to requests for smoke checks at 2203 Haworth Ave. and 2902 E. Second St.

Yamhill County Jail Reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Dec. 29

Brian Allen Suverly, 41, of Dundee, was arrested for violating of release agreement and second-degree criminal mischief. Bail has been set at $65,000.

Dec. 30

Stefanie Ann Wells, 29, of Newberg, was arrested for a probation/parole sanction. No bail has been set.

Jan. 5

Juan Gomez Hernandez, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, failure to appear on a bench warrant, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving. Bail was set at $20,000

Finan Zachary Snyder, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. Bail was set at $10,000.

Madison Alexander Montemurro, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for second- and third-degree sexual abuse. No bail was set.
