Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

— Eric Paul Stapleton, 58, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

— Wayne Allen St. Germaine, 46, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear (FTA) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

— Beverly O. Stockton, 49, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for unlawful possession of marijuana.

— Stanley Martin Strawn 40, is wanted on an FTA for giving false information to a police officer.

— Robert Lewis Streeter, 39, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree theft and identity theft.

— Jason Roy Stroud, 39, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Tabatha Stryffler, 31, is wanted on an FTA for resisting arrest and harassment.

— Juana Sugutume, 49, is wanted on an FTA for first- and second-degree theft and conspiracy to commit first-degree theft.

— Stephen Alan Swain, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for harassment.

— Lewis Edward Swartz, 41, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Mauricio Alejandro Tapia, 28, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

— Michael Joseph Thompson, 39, is wanted for violating a release agreement on convictions for endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of marijuana.

— Zachary Warren Thurman, 39, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm.

— Brittany Dawn Crowe, 22, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree theft.

— Eric Madden Pinnell, 20, is wanted on an FTA for third-degree assault, reckless endangering and resisting arrest.

— Jose M. Reynaga-Estrada, 20, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Michael James Tillotson, 39, is wanted on an FTA for felony possession of a firearm.

Dec. 7

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 901 Lauren Court and MVCs at 10 and Willamette streets, Springbrook and Portland roads and at the intersection of Highway 219 and Bald Peak Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court, Vittoria Way, Coffey Lane, Ninth Street, Hayes Street, Deborah Road, Fulton Street, Foothills Drive, Springbrook Road, College Street, Second Street, Johnson Court and Vittoria Way.

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 1301 E. Fulton St., a general alarm at 2718 Crater Lane, a carbon monoxide alarm at 2501 E. Second St., burst pipes at 1340 Creekside Lane and 1919 Haworth Ave., and water leaks at 1918 Emery Drive, 1915 Haworth Ave., 3306 N. Center St., 2700 Haworth Ave. and in the 1800 block of Main Street.

Dec. 9

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Chehalem Drive, Fulton Street, Vittoria Way, Williamson Road, Foothills Drive, James Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to structure fires at 3113 Crestview Drive and 305 S. Center St.; general alarms at 3308 N. Main St. and 500 S. Meridian St.; water leaks at 319 E. Ninth St., 1531 E. Third St., 103 Pinehurst Court and 1418 Creekside Court; a request for public assistance (lock out) at 2200 N. Center St.; a MVC at Highway 240 and Stone Road; and burst pipes at 1930 Westlake Loop, 1621 Villa Road, 3100 Middlebrook Drive and 2301 E. Second St.

Dec. 10

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, 12th Street, Lingren Drive and Mountainview Court.

Dec. 3

Officers are investigating a burglary and theft that occurred in the 1400 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Dec. 7

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief to a newspaper box in the 2500 block of Portland Road.

Dec. 8

Officers investigated a reported burglary in the 2000 block of Hawthorne Loop.

Dale Leon Allegar, 50, was taken into custody in the 1800 block of Hoskins Street on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Mario Timothy Hodges, 42, was taken into custody in the 900 block of Southeast Elm in Dundee on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher William Melka, 35, was taken into custody in the 1400 block of South River Street on a Newberg Municipal Court probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Moises Lopez Jr., 23, was cited and released on Highway 219 near the Willamette River Bridge on a Clackamas County warrant for fail to appear.

Shandan Ty Vanwinkle, 31, was taken into custody on a probation violation during a traffic stop in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 10

Jason Christopher Wooding, 41, was taken into custody on a probation violation from Yamhill County Corrections. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at Hancock and Edwards streets.

Officers took an initial complaint on a check fraud case that occurred out of state.

Officers are investigating cases involving the fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft in the 2100 block of Portland Road and the 2300 block of East Hancock Street.

Officers investigated an attempted unlawful entry into a vehicle in the 1300 block of Hoskins Street.

Dec. 11

Christopher James Stearns, 25, was taken into custody for multiple outstanding warrants after a traffic stop near Portland and Springbrook roads. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported trespass in the 800 block of Southeast Locust Street in Dundee.

Jesus Rivas-Ordaz, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for failure to carry and present operator’s license. He was released.

Officers investigated the theft of prescription medications in the 200 block of Old Highway 99W.

Dec. 12

Christopher Robert Phillips, 39, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Piper Lee Waalkes, 43, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 13

Eric Robert Dannelley, 37, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, harassment and a probation violation in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee. He was transported to the county jail.

Timothy Allen Whitlow, 40, was taken into custody on an outstanding Newberg Municipal Court warrant in the 900 block of Pecan Court. He was also cited for third-degree theft. He was transported to the county jail.

Dustin Lee Pryor, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for third-degree theft. He was released after an incident in the 900 block of Pecan Court.

Lewis Elden Whitman, 54, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was released.

Dec. 20

Adam Compos Flores, 51, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. No bail was set.

James Edward Phillips, 31, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Bryan Scott, 22, of Newberg, was arrested for third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $15,000.

Dec. 21

Chris Alan Hesedahl, 61, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation/parole sanction. No bail was set.

Dec. 23

Kevin Douglas Loyd, 39, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant. Bail was set at $50,000.

Dec. 25

Jacob Levi Rossi Vose, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for violation of a release agreement. Bail was set at $45,000.
