Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

— Gonzalo Lopez Sanchez, 38, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Jesus Sanchez, 24, is wanted on a failure to appear (FTA) for second-degree theft.

— Alfonso Delacruz Sanchez, 46, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Ofelio Fidel Ramon Sanchez, 36, is wanted on an FTA for DUII and reckless endangerment.

Nov. 30

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Giovanni Ballesteros-Moreno, 26, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 3700 block of Oak Hollow Drive.

Dec. 1

Officers investigated a theft from paper boxes in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Officers took a report of a 17-year-old male as runaway from the 600 block of Brandon Drive. He was returned home later that evening.

Shannon Renee Rickman, 40, was arrested for DUII. She was cited and released.

Dec. 2

Heather Lynn Godwin, 32, was cited and released for second-degree theft in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Courtney Lynn Dresser, 23, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of Sitka Avenue. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a hit and run that occurred in the 700 block of Villa Road.

Officers received a report of a runaway juvenile male from the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The juvenile returned home a few hours later.

Daniel Lee Ordaz, 29, was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Officers contacted a juvenile male in the 400 block of East Third Street after he reported being suicidal. The male was transported to Providence Newberg Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.

Dec. 3

Officers took a runaway report from the 600 block of Brandon Drive on a 17-year-old male.

Lucas Mark Twenge, 18, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Department.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 23, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael Allen Hartman, 25, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Lucas Mark Twenge, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful delivery of marijuana.

Viktor Shushenko Nippoldt, 23, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Nicholas Jay Lanz, 21, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Dec. 4

Jordan Michael Guedon, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Rebecca Ellen Castro, 28, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Officers took a call of two wallets found in the 1000 block of Springbrook Road. Officers were able to locate the owners and return the wallets.

Officers investigated a reported telephone harassment in the 100 block of Southeast Seventh Street in Dundee.

Dec. 5

Two juvenile females were cited for second-degree theft after an incident in the 3300 block of Portland Road. They were both released to their parents.

Bradley Morris Nydahl, 61, was cited and released for DUII after a traffic stop in Dundee.

Dec. 6

Randy Duarte Fuller, 59, was taken into custody for fourth-degree assault and transported to the county jail.

Jason Allen Panaguiton, 36, was cited and released on two outstanding warrants.

Jacob Levi Vose-Rossi, 34, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and violation of release agreement in the 600 block of East Sheridan Street. He was transported to the county jail.

Dec. 7

Noah Royce Norton, 25, was taken into custody after an incident in the 1100 block of Pennington Drive on charges of menacing, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of theft of services in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Dec. 8

Shandan Ty Vanwinkle, 31, was taken into custody for violating a restraining order, harassment, strangulation, resisting arrest and recklessly endangering another person after an incident in the 1000 block of Wilsonville Road. He was transported to the county jail.

Javier Torres Soto, 30, was taken into custody in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Steet in Dundee for violating a restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

Dale Leon Allegar, 50, was taken into custody in the 1800 block of Hoskins Street on a Newberg Municipal Court warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Mario Timothy Hodges, 42, was taken into custody in the 900 block of Southeast Elm in Dundee on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher William Melka, 35, was taken into custody in the 1400 block of South River Street on a Newberg Municipal Court probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Moises Lopez Jr., 23, was cited and released on Highway 219 near the Willamette River Bridge on a Clackamas County warrant for fail to appear.

Jason Christopher Wooding, 41, was taken into custody on a probation violation from Yamhill County Corrections. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at Hancock and Edwards streets.

Dec. 11

Christopher James Stearns, 25, was taken into custody for multiple outstanding warrants after a traffic stop near Portland and Springbrook roads. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported trespass in the 800 block of Southeast Locust Street in Dundee.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Pecan Court, Linda Way, Foothills Drive, Walnut Avenue, Ninth Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 1301 N.E. Wynooski St., a wildland fire in the 15000 block of North Valley Road, a downed tree at Wilsonville Road and Star Mooring Lane, and MVCs at Kuehne and Hendricks roads, Highway 99w and Third Street, and Hancock and Meridian streets.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on First Street, Fulton Street, Red Hills Road, Springbrook Road, Pecan Court, Aldersgate Lane, Second Street and Center Street.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC in the 21000 block of Bald Peak Road and a carbon monoxide alarm at 2501 E. Second St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Oak Knoll Court, Hayes Street, Douglas Avenue, Fifth Street and Westlake Loop.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 503 E. Hancock St. and 207 Villa Road, a structure fire at 1010 S.E. Locust St. in Dundee, and MVCs at Highway 240 and Kinney Road and Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee.

Nov. 26

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Mission Drive, Fulton Street, Chehalem Drive, Jodi Court and in the 1100 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

NFD personnel responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 2501 E. Second St. and general alarms at 730 E. Foothills Drive and 4759 Clubhouse Lane.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Second Street, Ninth Street, Walnut Avenue and First Street.

NFD personnel responded to a MVC at 2700 Portland Road.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 703 S. Blaine St., a structure fire at 1003 E. Third St., a reported gas leak at 19200 N.E. Berry Lane and a request for public assistance (lock out) at 112 E. First St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fifth Street, Thorne Street, Hazelnut Drive, Fulton Street, First Street, Pecan Court and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 1002 S. Pacific St., a general alarm at 615 College St. and MVCs at Kuehne and Kinney roads, the 17000 block of Highway 219 and at the intersection of Highway 219 and Wynooski Street.

Third St., 103 Pinehurst Court and 1418 Creekside Court; a request for public assistance (lock out) at 2200 N. Center St.; a MVC at Highway 240 and Stone Road; and burst pipes at 1930 Westlake Loop, 1621 Villa Road, 3100 Middlebrook Drive and 2301 E. Second St.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Ninth Street, 12th Street, Lingren Drive and Mountainview Court.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 503 E. Hancock St. and 317 Werth Blvd.; burst pipes at 1015 Charles St., 1202 E. Eighth St. and 908 Foothills Drive; a structure fire at 1615 Bramble Court; a water leak at 214 W. Hancock St.; and a MVC at Edwards and Hancock streets.

Nov. 25

Courtney Lynn Dresser, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear in court to face a charge of attempted first-degree theft.

Dec. 5

Roger Walter Bozso, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on 10 counts of first-degree theft and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $40,000.

Dec. 6

Adam Compos Flores, 51, of Newberg was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. No bail was set.

Randy Duarte Fuller, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jacob Levi Rossi Vose, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement on a conviction for fourth-degree assault, as well as a warrant from Washington County for failure to appear on a marijuana possession charge.

Dec. 7

Noah Royce Norton, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for menacing, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $162,500.

Dec. 10

Christopher Walkoski, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Dec. 11

Rachael Renee Bird, 30, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and second-degree theft. No bail was set.

Cory Blaze Sabins, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree assault, strangulation and reckless endangering. Bail was set at $160,000.
