Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

— Cesas Mosqueda Rod­ri­guez, 33, is wanted on a failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and second-degree reckless en­dan­germent.

— Cynthia Rod­riguez, 32, is wanted on an FTA for first- and second -degree theft and conspiracy to commit first-degree theft.

— Jose Luis Rodriguez, 38, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Officers took a mail-in report on a car prowl/theft which occurred in the 1200 block of Wynooski Street.

Officers are investigating the theft of athletic shoes in the 300 block of Carlton Way.

Nov. 22

Michael Kevin Laremore, 62, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for first-degree sexual abuse. He was transported to the county jail.

Nov. 23

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 500 block of Highway 99W in Dundee.

Officers investigated two thefts in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash at Hancock and Meridian streets.

Nov. 24

Officers investigated a theft which occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers cited and released Nelson Felix Lara, 23, for DUII, fail to perform the duties of a driver and second-degree criminal mischief in the 22000 block of Dayton Avenue.

Nov. 26

Officers are investigating three burglaries that occurred in the 2200 block of Portland Road.

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 42, was cited and released for placing offensive substances in or near a waterway and offensive littering in the area south of Corinne Drive.

Nov. 27

Officers took a mail-in report on a car prowl/theft that occurred in the 700 block of East Franklin Street.

Jason Daniel Sullivan, 42, was cited and released for third-degree theft.

Nov. 28

Three 16-year-old male juveniles and one 14-year-old male juvenile were contacted in the 1000 block of South College Street and issued a variety of citations including unlawful delivery of marijuana, second-degree criminal trespass, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of tobacco by a minor. All four were released to the custody of their parents.

Officers investigated a car prowl/theft in the 1100 block of East 11th Street.

Officers took a report of two boys, ages 14 and 15, as runaways from the 200 block of East Third Street. Both boys returned home that evening after one was cited for third-degree theft and the other for harassment.

Officers investigated a two car, non-injury crash in the 500 block of Highway 99W in Dundee. The at-fault driver was cited.

Nov. 30

Officers are investigating two burglaries, which include theft and criminal mischief, occurring in the 400 block of East First Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury crash in the 2100 block of Portland Road.

Giovanni Ballesteros-Mor­eno, 26, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Officers responded to a non-injury crash in the 3700 block of Oak Hollow Drive.

Officers investigated a theft from paper boxes in the 1100 block of North Spring­brook Road.

Officers took a report of a 17-year-old male as runaway from the 600 block of Brandon Drive. He was returned home later that evening.

Shannon Renee Rickman, 40, was arrested for DUII. She was cited and released.

Dec. 2

Heather Lynn Godwin, 32, was cited and released for second-degree theft in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Dec. 3

Officers took a runaway report from the 600 block of Brandon Drive on a 17-year-old male.

Lucas Mark Twenge, 18, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Department.

Israel Fransua Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Rodolfo Noe Radilla, 23, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael Allen Hartman, 25, was taken into custody on a Newberg Municipal Court probation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Jordan Michael Guedon, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Springbrook Road, Washington Street and College Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1307 N. College St. and a motor vehicle collision (MVC) at College Street and Foothills Drive.

Nov. 25

Courtney Lynn Dresser, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear in court to face a charge of attempted first-degree theft.

Dec. 5

Roger Walter Bozso, 41, of Newberg, was arrested on 10 counts of first-degree theft and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $40,000.

Dec. 6

Adam Compos Flores, 51, of Newberg was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. No bail was set.

Randy Duarte Fuller, 59, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jacob Levi Rossi Vose, 34, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement on a conviction for fourth-degree assault, as well as a warrant from Washington County for failure to appear on a marijuana possession charge.

Dec. 7

Noah Royce Norton, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for menacing, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $162,500.

Dec. 10

Christopher Walkoski, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.
