Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police De­part­ment.

— Robert Wes­ley Redfearn, 59, is wanted on a failure to appear (FTA) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangerment.

— Abra­ham Na­tha­niel Reed, 33, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance.

— Janice Louise Reed, 51, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine.

— Jason Lloyd Reeves, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of meth.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Highway 99W and Benjamin Road and a general alarm at 3300 Portland Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Highway 240, Springbrook Road, Bramble Court, North Street, Hayes Street, Sheridan Street, Werth Boulevard and Coffey Lane.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Sheridan Street, Fulton Street and Fircrest Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 1301 Wynooski St., general alarms at 415 E. Sheridan St. and 1900 E. Fulton St., and a motor vehicle collision at Portland and Newall roads.

Ronald A. Arana, 55, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 17-year-old juvenile female was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court for unlawful possession of tobacco by a minor.

Jai M. Nelson, 45, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert J. Long, 23, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Hadi Khakshour, 22, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Tiffany N. Murphy, 30, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported release agreement violation that occurred in the 600 block of Southeast Maple Street. It was forwarded to the agency with jurisdiction over the case.

Gary D. Wyffels, 43, was taken into custody for assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported theft and criminal mischief that occurred in the 3900 block of Aquarius Boulevard.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 2500 block of Portland Road. No citations were issued.

Jeremy R. Montange, 41, was taken into custody for violating a restraining order. He was transported to the county jail.

A 16- and 17-year-old juvenile males were taken into custody on probation violations. They were transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 800 block of Industrial Parkway. No citations were issued.

Crystal N. Glenn, 28, was taken into custody on a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.

Xiao Dong Wu, 41, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Larae A. Bert, 29, was taken into custody for theft, forgery and possession of a forged instrument. She wa cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers are investigating reports of criminal mischief and burglary that occurred in the 400 and 500 blocks of East Hancock Street.

Israel F. Moncada-Ochoa, 31, was taken into custody for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated an ordinance violation related to people living in a travel trailer in the 1100 block of Industrial Parkway.

Officers investigated a theft complaint in the 100 block of South Lincoln Street.

Michael L. Gray, 26, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for assault. He was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Tyrone Glen Wainright, 43, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft.

Anthony Eugene Trevino, 51, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for second-degree theft.

Officers are investigating the reported unauthorized use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 1300 block of Creekside Lane. The vehicle was located.

Officers are investigating a reported a theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of South Lincoln Street.

Officers are investigating a reported unauthorized use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 1200 block of North Hoskins Street.

Katherine E. Lloyd, 25, was taken into custody on a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers responded to a report of menacing that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road. It was determined to have been unfounded. As a result of the investigation, Jerry A. Davis, 66, was arrested for DUII. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court and released.

Officers investigated a criminal mischief call (graffiti) call in the 200 block of North Grant Street.

Sviatoslav I. Koba, 31, was taken into custody for assault. He was transported to the county jail.

Destin J. Kuhl, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

Officers investigated a report of failure to perform the duties of a driver that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road. No action was taken.

Douglas B. Huston, 43, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

John R. Fallarino Jr., 33, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for initiating a false report.

Officers took a runaway report on two juvenile males. The boys returned home shortly thereafter.

Lance Alan Shilhanek, 53, was arrested for DUII. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Nov. 18

Adam T. Jackson, 34, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers discovered graffiti in the men’s restroom at Dundee Billick Park.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash at Highway 219 and Wynooski Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Nov. 19

- Officers investigated a report of criminal harassment that occurred in the 400 block of South Everest Road. No action was taken due to a lack of victim interest.

- Officers investigated reports of burglary and criminal mischief in the 200 block of North Main Street and the 500 block of North Howard Street.

Officers investigated a non-injury car crash in the 2200 block of Portland Road. The at-fault driver was cited.

Officers are investigating a hit and run at 2400 Douglas Avenue.

Officers are investigating a sex abuse complaint that occurred in the 1100 block of Springbrook Road.

Caleb Edwin Robinson, 18, was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for first- and second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass.

A 17-year-old male was cited and released for first- and second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass.

Glenn Allen Sacket, 33, was taken into custody on a Multnomah County warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Christopher William Melka, 35, was taken into custody on a probation violation detainer. He was transported to the county jail.

Miranda Jane Larsen, 32, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree burglary. She was transported to the county jail.

Dwight Darnell Greer Jr., 21, Kurtis James Jorgensen, 24, William Joseph Nelson, 25, and Martin Tato Venecia, 31, were cited to appear into Newberg Municipal Court for disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance in the 600 block of East First Street.

Shane William Cooper, 24, was cited to appear into Newberg Municipal Court for possession less than one ounce of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
