Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

— Jose Salvador Licona Ortiz, 39, is wanted on a failure to appear (FTA) for failure to carry and present a license.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for harassment. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Officers are investigating a reported identity theft and forgery that occurred in the 400 block of Lair Lane.

Officers investigated a reported fraud that occurred in the 2900 block of East Second Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Rickey A. D. Lowe, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Dakota S. Bobzien, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

A 16-year-old juvenile male was taken into protective custody at a runaway. He was released to a responsible party.

Officers investigated a disturbance that occurred in the 500 block of South River Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Lawrence A. Mastne Jr., 46, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was released after meeting with Newberg Municipal Court staff.

Elizabeth J. Villasenor, 26, was taken into custody for DUII and reckless endangering. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

David B. Morris, 49, was taken into custody on a warrant and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua I. Mulbreght, 23, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Erica N. Early, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the county jail.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Haworth Avenue, Foothills Drive, Vittoria Way, Wareham Lane, Redwood Court, Columbia Drive and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Main and Sherman streets and at the intersection of Portland and Elliott roads, an elevator alarm at 503 E. Hancock St. and a report of downed wires at 609 Melody Lane.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Foothills Drive, Fulton Street, College Street, Franklin Street and Ramsey Road.

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 802 E. Ninth St., a motor vehicle collision at Industrial Parkway and Highway 219 and a general alarm at 1306 E. Sherman St.

Nov. 10

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Fulton Street, Old Highway 99W, Second and Meridian streets, Vermillion Street, Fernwood and Springbrook roads, Rocky Hill Road, Foothills Drive, Center Street and Ninth Street.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at 6885 N.E. Earlwood Road.

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Bald Peak Road, Sheridan Street, First Street, Hawthorne Loop, Fulton Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 201 Bina Drive, checked smoke at 3209 Partridge Lane and responded to a structure fire at 1301 N.E. Wynooski St.

Nov. 12

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Legacy Drive, Second Street and Eighth Street.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Highway 99W and Benjamin Road and a general alarm at 3300 Portland Road.

Nov. 13

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Highway 240, Springbrook Road, Bramble Court, North Street, Hayes Street, Sheridan Street, Werth Boulevard and Coffey Lane.

Nov. 14

Newberg emergency personnel responded to first-aid medical calls on Hayes Street, Sheridan Street, Fulton Street and Fircrest Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a gas leak at 1301 Wynooski St., general alarms at 415 E. Sheridan St. and 1900 E. Fulton St., and a motor vehicle collision at Portland and Newall roads.
