Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

- Roberto Herrera Martinez, 30, is wanted on a FTA (failure to appear) for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless endangerment, reckless driving and giving false information to a police officer.

- Rogelio Morales Martinez, 26, is wanted on an FTA for procession of methamphetamine.

- Salvador Guevara Martinez, 35, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth- degree assault.

- Marc Kennon Martinsen, 53, is wanted on an FTA for false application for a commercial fish and game license.

- Ryan Andrew Mason, 24, is wanted on an FTA for second- degree theft.

- Jack Marion Matheny, 27, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft.

- Brandon Tim Mathis, 34, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

- Eric James Mailloux, 28, is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

Officers investigated a report of fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Officers investigated a stalking complaint that occurred in the 100 block of South Main Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

A 13-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for assault He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 900 block of Southeast Maple Street in Dundee.

Gamaliel Vicente-Morelos, 33, was taken into custody for DUII. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Oct. 14

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 400 block of South River Street. No citations were issued.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 2900 block of East Second Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Officers investigated an injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 400 block of South River Street. No citations were issued.

Shandan T. Vanwinkle, 31, was taken into custody for a violating a release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael A. Hartman, 25, was taken into custody for criminal mischief and cited theft and possession of a controlled substance. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

. Michael D. Kelly, 45, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Rebecca I. Sanchez, 18, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 3400 block of North Center Street.

Officers are investigating a reported theft and burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Southeast Edwards Drive in Dundee.

Bruce G. Montgomery, 44, was taken into custody for failure to perform duties of a driver. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Joshua J. Whittan, 28, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating the reported unlawful use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Gregory J. Garrett, 27, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Troy N. Hawes, 48, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of a menacing, dangerous or potentially dangerous dog.

Oct. 18

A 17-year-old juvenile female was taken into protective custody as a runaway. She was released to a responsible party.

Beu R. Coker, 18, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Linda C. Getman, 66, was taken into custody for theft. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash in the 2500 block of Portland Road. No citations were issued.

Nicholas C. Ballew, 26, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Byron C. Bitter, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

Zena K. Rilzeff Lontiev, 49, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers located a stolen vehicle in the 3300 block of Fernwood Road. It was determined the operator of the vehicle had been the victim of a fraudulent sale. The vehicle was seized and the originating agency was notified.

Cari C. Cannefax, 42, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Jordan S. Bitter, 22, was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to carry and present a driver license and giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Israel F. Moncada-Ochoa, 30, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Oct. 21

Larry G. Marshall, 31, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Linnea R. Fettig, 41, was taken into custody for criminal harassment. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Rickey A. D. Lowe, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Dakota S. Bobzien, 19, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Oct. 24

Officers investigated a disturbance that occurred in the 500 block of South River Street. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Lawrence A. Mastne Jr., 46, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was released after meeting with Newberg Municipal Court staff.

Oct. 25

David B. Morris, 49, was taken into custody on a warrant and unlawful possession of heroin. He was transported to the county jail.

Joshua I. Mulbreght, 23, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Erica N. Early, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the county jail.

Kim L. Ellerton, 40, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was cited to appear in Washington County Circuit Court.

Nicholas M. Snyder, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 17

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Royal Oak Street, Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Charles Street and Wynooski Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 3819 Oak Meadows Loop and a wildland fire at Tangen and North Valley roads.

Oct. 18

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Wareham Lane, Sixth Street, Miller View Lane, Hayes Street, Second Street, Springbrook Road, Highway 99W and Pecan Court.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Portland and Elliott roads, and checked for smoke at Highway 240 and Dopp Road.

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Fulton Street, Hayes Street, Sitka Avenue, Douglas Avenue, Hillside Drive and Esther Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1826 Carol Ann Drive and checked a burn pile at 16000 N.E. Calkins Lane.

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Pecan Court, Oak Meadows Loop, College Street, Deborah Road, Sitka Avenue and Center Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 1504 E. Fulton St. and checked for smoke at 1001 Deborah Road.

Oct. 21

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Vittoria Way, Fulton Street, Pennington Drive, Wareham Lane and Wilsonville Road.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Zimri Drive and Bell Road, a kitchen fire at 400 E. First St. and checked a burn pile at 1217 N.E. Klimek Lane.

Oct. 22

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on First Street, Fulton Street, Providence Drive, Hayes Street, Illinois Street, Springbrook Road, Green Valley Road and Vittoria Way.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Villa Road and Haworth Avenue and Highway 219 and Bell Road, a chimney fire at 625 N. Main St. and a wildland fire at 14390 Kinney Road.

Oct. 23

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Foothills Drive and Second Street.

NFD personnel responded to a report of “medical problems” at 514 Villa Road.

Oct. 24

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Hayes Street, College and Sheridan streets, College Street, Chehalem Street, Providence Drive, Esther Street, Springbrook Road, Villa Road, Elliott Road, Hayes Street, Hyland Drive and Bell Road.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 1600 block of College Street.

Yamhill County Jail reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Oct. 19

Juan Gomez Hernandez, 21, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face charges of DUII, reckless driving and criminal mischief. He was also detained on an ICE hold. No bail was set.

Haley Ann Hop, a 25-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin. Bail was set at $7,500.

Oct. 20

Joshua Kenneth Derrick, 25, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County warrant. Bail was set at $60,000.

Oct. 21

Robert Lee Hooper, 28, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction following a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. No bail was set.

Oct. 22

Alex Joseph Raymond, 25, of St. Paul, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $15,000.

Brandon Jacob Weckel, a 26-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a bench warrant for second-degree theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Oct. 23

Erasmo Garza Barrera Jr., 54, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear in court on a citation. Bail was set at $10,000.
