Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

— Jose Alberto Maciel, 38, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment.

— Francisco Caporal Madrigal, 33, is wanted on an FTA on driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and driving with a suspended license.

— Jose Alanis Madrigal, 32, is wanted on an FTA on failure to register as a sexual offender, harassment and fourth-degree assault.

— Eric James Mailloux, 28, is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

— Jose Valencia Maldonado, 40, is wanted on an FTA for failing to carry and present license.

— Anne M. Mancine, 46, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving.

— Daniel Leon Martinez, 29, is wanted for violating a release agreement for third-degree rape, third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the sexual delinquency with a minor.

— Eustorgio Hernandez Martinez, 31, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and unlawful use of a weapon.

— Francisco Gimenez Martinez, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Jose Angel Martinez, 33, is wanted on a probation violation for contempt of court.

— Joseph Angelo Valdez Martinez, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Sept. 23

Officers investigated a reported forgery that occurred in the 100 block of Northwest Peach Street in Dundee. It was determined to have been unfounded.

Sept. 26

Officers are investigating a report of failure to perform the duties of a driver and criminal mischief that occurred in the 3800 block of Coffey Lane.

Brian L Willis, 20, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 5

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 2000 block of Portland Road.

Wendy T. Noreen, 45, was taken into custody for DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Oct. 7

Officers are investigating the reported theft, identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 400 block of North Meridian Street.

Oct. 8

Tom E. Cornell, 42, was taken into custody for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 9

Officers are investigating a reported third-degree theft that occurred in the 600 block of East Tenth Street.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief. No action was taken.

Lori E. Dilorenzo, 49, was taken into custody for harassment. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Oct. 10

Tiffany N. Murphy, 30, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was cited to appear in Multnomah County Justice Court.

Timothy W. Drobish, 56, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers are investigating a reported runaway juvenile case that occurred in the 2000 block if Hawthorne Loop.

Officers investigated a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 100 block of Crestview Drive. No action was taken.

Oct. 11

Officers are investigating a reported theft and identity theft that occurred in the 3500 block of Coffee Lane.

Jason L. Stacey, 41, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into protective custody as a runaway. He was released to a responsible party.

A 15-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court as well as for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Timothy W. Drobish, 56, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 12

Brian M. Tilden, 26, was taken into custody for DUII. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Chad T. Jennings, 36, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Shandan T. Vanwinkle, 31, was taken into custody for criminal harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael A. McFadden, 31, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Shandan T. Vanwinkle, 31, was taken into custody for a violating a release agreement. He was transported to the county jail.

Michael A. Hartman, 25, was taken into custody for criminal mischief and cited theft and possession of a controlled substance. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Michael D. Kelly, 45, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Rebecca I. Sanchez, 18, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Bruce G. Montgomery, 44, was taken into custody for failure to perform duties of a driver. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Joshua J. Whittan, 28, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating the reported unlawful use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Ninth Street in Dundee.

Gregory J. Garrett, 27, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Newberg Fire Department

Oct. 7

Newberg Fire Department personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 18000 block of Bald Peak Road.

Oct. 8

Emergency Medical Technicians responded to medical first-aid calls on Dayton Avenue, Portland Road, River Street, Chehalem Drive, Hayes Street, Creekside Court, Bald Peak Road and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 578 Donna Drive and 400 Carlton Way.

Oct. 9

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Foothills Drive, Portland Road, Meridian Street and River Street.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 1004 Springbrook Road and 621 E. First St.; motor vehicle collisions at Chehalem Drive and Highway 240, Main and North streets, on Highway 99W and at the intersection of Trunk Road and Highway 99W; and a request for public assistance at 801 Crestview Drive.

Oct. 10

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Everest Road, Second Street, Hayes Street, Wareham Lane, Walnut Avenue and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions in the 1900 block of Portland Road and the 19000 block of Williamson Road, as well as a bark dust fire at 28505 N.E. Bell Road.

Oct. 11

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Werth Boulevard, Foothills Drive, Dayton Avenue, Pecan Court, Cherry Street and Fourth Street.

NFD personnel responded to a report of downed wires at Elliott Road and Hawthorne Drive and flooding at 2201 Oak Drive.

Oct. 12

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Fulton Street, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Old Parreett Mountain Road, Foothills Drive, Kens Hill Lane and Wilsonville Road.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 2120 Thorne St. and a request for public assistance at 1140 N. Springbrook Road.

Oct. 13

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Fulton Street, Charles Street and at the intersection of Industrial Parkway and Highway 219.

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 1401 N. Springbrook Road, a general alarm at 1114 Hancock St. and checked a burn pile at Big Fir Lane in Dundee.

Oct. 14

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Chehalem Street, Second Street, Haworth Avenue, Foothills Drive and Werth Boulevard.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Fourth and River streets and at the intersection of Portland and Elliott roads.

Oct. 15

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Donna Drive, Fulton Street, Villa Road and Chehalem Drive.

NFD personnel checked a burn pile at 200 W. Eighth St. and checked for smoke at Bell and Mountain Home roads.

Oct. 16

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Fulton Street, Fircrest Drive, Edgewood Court, Haworth Avenue, Hayes Street, First Street and Edgewood Court.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Portland Road and Everest Street and in the 1000 block of Springbrook Road.

Oct. 10

James Edward Phillips, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), reckless endangering and second-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 11

Abraham De Los Atrian, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Timothy Wayne Drobish, a 56-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500

Oct. 12.

Brianna Joelle Gartner, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Brian James Vakoc, a 28-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for harassment. No bail was set.

Thirty-one-year-old Newberg resident Shandan Ty Vanwinkle was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.

Oct. 13

Robert Allen Smith, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for reckless driving, attempt to elude a police officer and DUII. Bail was set at $40,000.

Shandan Ty Vanwinkle, a 31-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for violating a release agreement. Bail was set at $15,000.

Oct. 14

Christopher Walkoski, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole violation. No bail was set.

Oct. 15

Gregory James Garrett, 27, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County warrant. Bail was set at $62,831.

Taber Lee Mitchell, a 33-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. No bail was set.

Twenty-eight-year-old Newberg resident Joshua Josiah Whittam was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court to face a DUII charge. Bail was set at $20,000.

Oct. 16

Drake Khristi Allsop, 23, of Newberg, was arrested on a supervisory warrant. No bail was set.

Oct. 17

Michael Todd Bailey, 26, of Dundee, was arrested for fourth-degree assault, second-degree menacing and menacing. Bail was set at $20,000.

Nicholas Baurer, a 19-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Eighteen-year-old Newberg resident Beu Ryan Coker was arrested on probation violations for convictions for second-degree theft, failure to appear and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $22,500.

Oct. 18

Jimmy Gage Buoy, 18, of Dundee, was arrested for failure to appear in court to face charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of meth. Bail was set at $50,000.
