Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 16

— Zachary Paul Linzmeier, 27, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Luis Ponce Lomelli, 26, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction first-degree sexual abuse.

— Andrea Michelle Loftis, 31, is wanted on an failure to appear (FTA) for harassment.

— Trina Lynne Long, 34, is wanted on an FTA for possession of heroin.

— Alejandro Vasquez Lopez, 52, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

Sept. 6

Officers responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the area of East Fifth and South Meridian streets. No citations were issued.

Sept. 7

Officers are investigating reports of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of South College Street and the 200 block of North Harrison Street.

Sept. 13

Officers responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 3900 block of Hayes Street. No citations were issued.

Sept. 25

Eli U. Parries, 26, was taken into custody for assault, harassment and criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 29

Officers investigated an assault, burglary and criminal mischief that occurred in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee. No action was taken due to a lack of victim cooperation.

Carl S. Byrd Jr., 31, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers investigated a reported theft that occurred in the 500 block of East First Street. It was determined to have been unfounded.

Officers are investigating a reported identity theft and tampering with drug records case that occurred in the 400 block of Villa Road.

Officers investigated a reported telephonic harassment in the 1400 block of Deborah Rd. No action was taken.

Oct. 1

Jesse R. Fuller, 26, was taken into custody for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Scott C. Rice, 45, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Oct. 2

A juvenile male, 11, was taken into custody for criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of W First St. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Oct. 3

Officers responded to a found property complaint that occurred in the area of Parks Drive in Dundee. The property was the subject of a theft that had occurred in McMinnville and was returned to the owner.

A 15-year-old male as taken into custody for harassment. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Oct. 4

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in 500 block of Longest Drive.

Officers are investigating the reported burglaries, thefts and unlawful entries into motor vehicles that occurred in the 100 block of White Oak Street and the 100 block of Argyle Court.

Oct. 5

Chris A. Hesedahl, 61, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a reported unlawful use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 1000 block of Charles St. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Oct. 6

Brett M Stark, 25, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 7

Two juvenile males, ages 15 and 16, were taken into custody for harassment. They were cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Oct. 8

William J. Kelso III, 46, was taken into custody on a warrant. He appeared in Newberg Municipal Court and was released.

William C. Hults Jr., 41, was taken into custody on a warrant. He appeared in Newberg Municipal Court and was released.

A 15-year-old female was taken into custody for theft. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Kelly J. Brannon, 52, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 700 block of South Pacific Street. No action was taken due to lack of victim interest.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 600 block of North Elliott Road.

A 17-year-old male was taken into custody for contempt of court. He appeared in Newberg Municipal Court and was released.

Tom E. Cornell, 42, was taken into custody for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Oct. 9

Officers are investigating a reported third-degree theft that occurred in the 600 block of East Tenth Street.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief. No action was taken.

Lori E. Dilorenzo, 49, was taken into custody for harassment. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Oct. 10

Tiffany N. Murphy, 30, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was cited to appear in Multnomah County Justice Court.

Timothy W. Drobish, 56, was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers are investigating a reported runaway juvenile case that occurred in the 2000 block if Hawthorne Loop.

Officers investigated a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 100 block of Crestview Drive. No action was taken.

Sept. 30

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) responded to medical first-aid calls on Columbia Drive, Sunnycrest Road, Hayes Street and at the intersection of Chehalem and Mountainview drives.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 3802 E. Hayes St. and 578 Donna Drive and a motor vehicle collision in the 36000 block of Wilsonville Road.

Oct. 1

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Jodi Court, Foothills Drive, Villa Road, Fulton Street and Springbrook Road.

Oct. 2

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on First Street, Hayes Street, Levi Way, Second Street, Sitka Avenue, Haworth Avenue, Illinois Street and Third Street.

NFD personnel responded to a vehicle fire at 485 W. First St. and motor vehicle collisions in the 400 block of Third Street and at Highway 99W and Third Street in Dundee.

Oct. 3

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Charles Street, Jodi Court, Villa Road, Hayes Street, Werth Boulevard, Second Street, Sitka Avenue and Blaine Street.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at North Valley and Ribbon Ridge roads, an elevator alarm at 301 S. River St., a chimney fire at 901 Marie Ave. and checked smoke detectors at 1830 Mary Lou Lane.

Oct. 4

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Green Valley Drive and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a propane leak at 31725 N.E. Wilsonville Road.

Oct. 5

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Villa Road, Douglas Avenue and Wind Song Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at 2300 Portland Road and checked a burn pile at 1113 S. Chehalem St.

Oct. 6

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Foothills Drive and Fourth Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 3802 E. Hayes St., a motor vehicle collision at Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee and conducted a smoke check at 1301 E. Wynooski St.

Oct. 7

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Deskins Street, Quail Drive, Hayes Street, Sitka Avenue and Lewis Court.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 18000 block of Bald Peak Road.

Oct. 8

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Dayton Avenue, Portland Road, River Street, Chehalem Drive, Hayes Street, Creekside Court, Bald Peak Road and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 578 Donna Drive and 400 Carlton Way.

Oct. 9

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Foothills Drive, Portland Road, Meridian Street and River Street.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 1004 Springbrook Road and 621 E. First St.; motor vehicle collisions at Chehalem Drive and Highway 240, Main and North streets, on Highway 99W and at the intersection of Trunk Road and Highway 99W; and a request for public assistance at 801 Crestview Drive.

Oct. 10

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Everest Road, Second Street, Hayes Street, Wareham Lane, Walnut Avenue and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions in the 1900 block of Portland Road and the 19000 block of Williamson Road, as well as a bark dust fire at 28505 N.E. Bell Road.

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Oct. 4

Nathaniel James Lundgren, 22, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Oct. 5

Joshua Worthington, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000.

Oct. 6

Chris Allen Hesedahl, 61, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Gary Lee McGrew Jr., a 44-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on bench warrants for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth, failure to register as a sexual offender and unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. Bail was set at $50,000.

Twenty-five-year-old Newberg resident Matthew Brett Stark was arrested on a warrant from Clackamas County for failure to appear on a DUII charge. Bail was set at $40,000.

Oct. 8

Logan Matthew Borg, 22, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII, reckless endangering and reckless driving. No bail was set.

Kelly J. Brannon, a 52-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested on a Douglas County warrant for unlawfully cutting in the forest. Bail was set at $570.

Twenty-eight-year-old Newberg resident Jesse Jordan Gilday was arrested for third-degree theft. No bail was set.

Terry Lynn Joseph, 45, of Newberg, was arrested on a Washington County hold and probation violation for unauthorized distribution of meth. No bail was set.

Katie Marie Walker, a 27-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a probation violation for second-degree theft. No bail was set.

Oct. 10

Christopher Bearden, 16, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Christopher William Melka, a 36-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a probation violation for disorderly conduct. No bail was set.

Twenty-six-year-old Newberg resident Eli Uriah Parries was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief. No bail was set.

James Edward Phillips, 30, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, reckless endangering and second-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 11

Abraham De Los Atrian, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Timothy Wayne Drobish, a 56-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500

Oct. 12

Brianna Joelle Gartner, 18, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree domestic assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Brian James Vakoc, a 28-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for harassment. No bail was set.

Thirty-one-year-old Newberg resident Shandan Ty Vanwinkle was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000.
