Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Oct. 9

— Kourtney Lynn Kirk, 21, is wanted on a warrant for failure to appear (FTA) for second-degree theft.

— Gregory James Knapp, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Randy James Koenighain, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

— Dwight Steven Lee Kopp, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree criminal mischief.

— Barbara Lucy Kowchee, 47, is wanted on a probation violation for delivery of a controlled substance and giving false information to a police officer.

— Melody Jo Krewson, 48, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree custodial interference.

Sept. 20

A 16-year-old female juvenile was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers are investigating an injurious dog bite that occurred in the 100 block of The Greens Avenue.

Erik B. Sharp, 37, was taken into custody on a warrant and for failure to carry or present a license and for giving false information to a police officer. He was transported to the county jail and cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jonathan W. Crofton, 37, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 21

Officers investigated a reported drug offense that occurred in the 200 block of Northwest First Street in Dundee. No action was taken.

Paul J. Dean, 44, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Kim B. Selivanow, 61, was taken into custody for criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Jordan C. Brisbin, 30, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a runaway that occurred in the 200 block of East Third Street. The two involved juveniles returned home without police contact.

Officers are investigating a theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 23

Officers are investigating a theft that occurred in the 1500 block of Deborah Road.

Christopher L. D’Angelo, 35, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Larry F. Pierce, 51, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 23

Taber L Mitchell, 33, was taken into custody for failure to register as a sex offender. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 24

Ashley G. Edens, 18, was taken into custody on a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.

Dawn A. Watkins, 28, was taken into custody for harassment and misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 25

Andrew W. Yost, 36, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert J. Long, 23, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 26

Robert A. Smith, 20, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers investigated an injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 1600 block of Portland Road. No citations were issued.

Sept. 28

Mark E. McFerran, 50, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

A juvenile male, 13, was taken into protective custody as a runaway. He was released to a responsible party.

A juvenile male, 15, was taken into protective custody as a runaway. He was released to a responsible party.

Three juvenile males ranging in age from 13 to 15 were taken into custody for disorderly conduct. They were cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Officers are investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 400 block of North Blaine Street.

Officers investigated a report of a runaway juvenile in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The juvenile was located by another agency and released to a responsible party.

Officers are investigating a reported failure to perform the duties of a driver and criminal mischief that occurred in the 300 block of West Fifth Street in Dundee.

Sept. 29

Officers investigated an assault, burglary and criminal mischief that occurred in the 500 block of Southwest 11th Street in Dundee. No action was taken due to a lack of victim cooperation.

Carl S. Byrd Jr., 31, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers investigated a reported theft that occurred in the 500 block of East First Street. It was determined to have been unfounded.

Sept. 30

Officers are investigating a reported identity theft and tampering with drug records case that occurred in the 400 block of Villa Road.

Oct.

Jesse R. Fuller, 26, was taken into custody for contempt of court. He was transported to the county jail.

Scott C. Rice, 45, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a reported theft that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Oct.

A juvenile male, 11, was taken into custody for criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Sept. 20

Newberg Fire Department personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Highway 99W and Fifth Street in Dundee.

Sept. 21

Emergency Medical Technicians responded to medical first-aid calls on Second Street, Old Parrett Mountain Road, Calkins Lane, Chehalem Drive, Allison Lane and Vittoria Way.

NFD personnel checked smoke at 214 S. Main St.

Sept. 22

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Charles Street, Sitka Avenue and Foothills Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a downed tree at Seventh and Willamette streets and a motor vehicle collision at 801 E. First St.

Sept. 23

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on College Street, Blaine Street, Fifth Street and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Portland and Villa roads and at the intersection of Hayes Street and Springbrook Road, as well as a request for public assistance (locked out of vehicle) at 1418 E. Second St.

Sept. 24

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Second Street, Eighth Street and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 730 E. Foothills Drive and checked a burn pile at Putnam and Benjamin roads.

Sept. 25

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Middlebrook Drive, Elliott Road, Fulton Street, Foothills Drive and Hayes Street.

NFD personnel responded to a report of downed trees at Eighth and River streets and motor vehicle collisions at Portland and Springbrook roads, in the 31000 block of Bell Road and at the intersection of Highway 219 and Bald Peak Road.

Sept. 26

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Crestview Drive, Hayes Street, Highway 240 and Arthur Lane.

NFD personnel responded to a mattress fire at 724 Little Oak St. and a motor vehicle collision at Portland Road and Brutscher Street.

Sept. 27

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Foothills Drive, Haworth Avenue, Werth Boulevard, Portland and Villa roads, Fulton Street, Old Highway 99W, Wareham Lane, Bald Peak Road and Nelson Road.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Williamson Road and Rainbow Lane.

Sept. 28

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Hayes Street, Briar Court, College Street and Aldercrest Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a report of downed power lines at 9300 N.E. Parrish Road; a structure fire at 3105 Middlebrook Drive; downed trees at 3100 Clearbrook Court, 33870 N.E. Wilsonville Road and at the intersection of Calkins Lane and Ribbon Ridge Road; and a general alarm at 730 E. Foothills Drive.

Sept. 29

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Deborah Road and Fulton Street.

NFD personnel responded to a general alarm at 730 E. Foothills Drive and downed trees at 205 N. River St. and at the intersection of Highway 219 and Wynooski Street.

Sept. 30

EMTs responded to medical first-aid calls on Columbia Drive, Sunnycrest Road, Hayes Street and at the intersection of Chehalem and Mountainview drives.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 3802 E. Hayes St. and 578 Donna Drive and a motor vehicle collision in the 36000 block of Wilsonville Road.

Sept. 26

Christopher Mark Ladrini, 50, of Newberg, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. No bail was set.

Sept. 27

Mark Edwin McFerran, a 50-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a warrant out of Washington County and a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 29

Stephanie Watkins, 29, of Newberg, was arrested on bench warrants for failure to appear in court to face driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless endangering charges. Bail was set at $20,000.

Oct. 1

Jesse Ray Fuller, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for contempt of court. No bail was set.

Scott Clayton Rice, a 46-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $7,500.

Oct. 2

Cheryl Lee Bridgers, 53, of Newberg, was cited for offensive littering. No bail was set.

Tom Roy Gochenour, a 42-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a warrant out of Lake Oswego for failure to appear and a probation violation.

Oct. 3

Sarah Norine Dannelley, 31, of Dundee, was arrested for first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. No bail was set.

Max Adolf Kliese, a 24-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested on a probation violation for harassment. Bail was set at $40,000.

Thirty-five-year-old Newberg resident Christopher William Melka was arrested for failure to appear in court to face a citation. Bail was set at $10,000.

Oct. 4

Patrick Joseph Kinkella, 52, of Newberg, was arrested on bench warrants for failing to appear to face charges of resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass and improper use of a 911 system. Bail was set at $20,000.

Nathaniel James Lundgren, 22, of Dundee, was arrested for DUII. No bail was set.

Oct. 5

Joshua Worthington, 37, of Newberg, was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant issued by Newberg Municipal Court. Bail was set at $10,000.

Oct. 6

Chris Allen Hesedahl, 61, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Gary Lee McGrew Jr., a 44-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on bench warrants for failure to appear to face charges of unlawful possession of meth, failure to register as a sexual offender and unlawful possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. Bail was set at $50,000.

Twenty-five-year-old Newberg resident Matthew Brett Stark was arrested on a warrant from Clackamas County for failure to appear on a DUII charge. Bail was set at $40,000.
