Outstanding Warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 25

— Justin Anthony Hoard, 22, is wanted on a probation violation for distribution of a controlled substance.

— David Paul Holden, 42, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for second-degree assault.

— Cassandra Marie Hom, 46, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, identity theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Jennifer Joy Hoover, 34, is wanted on an FTA for contempt.

— Daniel Lee Hopkins, 47, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for fourth-degree assault.

— Christine Jane Hotelling, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

— Lew Andrew Hoyt, 22, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

— Dontrel Edward Hubbard, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Noe Cruz Huitron, 25, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Bethanie Rose Hull, 19, is wanted on an FTA for falsifying a drug test.

— Jeramey Logan Humble, 27, is wanted on an FTA for second-degree theft.

— William Kelly Hunt, 48, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Adam Lee Inman, 33, is wanted on an FTA.

— Jessica Louise Ireland, 34, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance.

— Zacaria Anaya Isidro, 49, is wanted on an FTA for first- and second-degree criminal trespass.

— Benjamin Wayne Jackson, 40, is wanted on a probation violation for physical harassment.

— Simon Pin­e­da Jaimes, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault and ha­rass­ment.

— Michael Eu­gene Jensen, 46, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree sexual abuse.

— Jessica Joy Jirsa, 37, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Bernita John­son, 54, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Harley David Johnson, 19, is wanted on a probation violation for second-degree burglary and criminal mischief.

— Skylar Blaine Lamb, 23, is wanted on an FTA for harassment.

— Lisa Joy Thompson-Seed, 51, is wanted on an FTA for reckless driving, reckless endangerment and failure to carry and present a license.

— Travis Blair Baldwin, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

— Juan Catellano Flores, 35, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on convictions for DUII, hit and run, and fourth-degree assault.

Yamhill County Jail Reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Sept. 14

Crystal Neil Glenn, 18, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 15

Omar Chavez Estrada, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for pointing a firearm at another and domestic menacing. He was also held on an immigrations and customers enforcement hold. Bail was set at $30,000.

Patrick David Lanctot, a 30-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested on a parole/probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 16

Benjamin Shane Blummert, 33, of Dundee, was arrested for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. No bail was set.

Terry Lynn Joseph, a 45-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a probation violation for unauthorized possession of methamphetamine. No bail was set.

Twenty-year-old New­berg resident Jorge Alberto Valdez was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Drake Khristi Allsop, 22, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Sept. 18

David Michael Bahr, 32, of Dundee, was arrested on a parole/probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 19

Jordan Chase Brisbin, 30, of Dundee, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 21

Paul Jerry Dean, 44, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from the Lake Oswego Police Department. Bail was set at $10,000.

Sept. 2

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 1100 block of East First Street. No citations were issued.

Sept. 3

Officers are investigating a report of an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle that occurred in the 2000 block of Haworth Avenue.

Sept. 4

Randy U. Lopez, 19, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Dustin L. Crowther, 20, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

David M. Wagner-Neill, 18, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 6

Officers investigated a reported failure to perform the duties of a driver that occurred in the 400 block of South Everest Road. It was determined to have not been criminal.

Sept. 7

Rachel M. Dramis, 33, was taken into custody for DUII and reckless endangering. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 9

Dawn A. Watkins, 28, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 10

Officers investigated a missing person case that occurred in the 3400 block of Aquarius Boulevard. The person of interest returned without police contact.

Gene D. Brown, 55, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Jesse J. Gilday, 28, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 12

A 17-year-old juvenile male was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Juvenile Court.

Michelle L. Tisdale, 33, was taken into custody on a probation violation, misdemeanor driving while suspended, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a peace officer, and escape. She was transported to the county jail.

Pedro Radilla Jr., 19, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Robert M. Ortiz, 35, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 13

Loretta L. Lynn, 43, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Kim L. Warren, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Heather R. Adamski, 30, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Sept. 15

Eric T. Anderson, 22, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful urination in a public place.

Timothy W. Ward, 47, was taken into custody for theft. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers are investigating reports of burglary, theft and criminal mischief that occurred in the 200 block of Southeast Edwards Drive in Dundee.

Sept. 16

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred in the 2200 block of Portland Road. No citations were issued.

Sept. 17

Two 15-year-old juvenile males and a 14-year-old juvenile male were taken into protective custody as a runaway. They were released to responsible parties.

Jorge A. Valdez-Espinoza, 20, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Douglas B. Huston, 43, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Terry L. Joseph, 45, was taken into custody on a probation violation. She was transported to the county jail.
