Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.

Sept. 18

— Bret Duane Hathaway, 37, is wanted on a probation violation for endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Robert Jay Henches, 52, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) to face a charge of failure to perform the duties of a driver.

— Lauren Christine Hendley, 25, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and physical harassment.

— Ashley Ann Henderson, 28, is wanted on an FTA for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and recklessly endangering another.

— James Ernest Henley, 66, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing.

— James Leon Henley, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

— Adam Hernandez, 29, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault and harassment.

— Dennis Hernandez, 28, is wanted on an FTA for DUII.

— Jose Romero Hernandez, 29, is wanted on a probation violation for PCS.

— Juan Carlos Baez Hernandez, 31, is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Juan Carlos Garcia Hernandez, 30, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

— Crystal Rai Himmelspach, 25, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for aggravated theft.

— Michael Patrick Newell, 25, is wanted for violating a release agreement on a conviction for second-degree assault.

— Candelario Trinidad, 42, is wanted on a probation violation for first-degree attempted rape.

Sept. 1

Emergency Medical Technicians responded to medical calls on Third Street, Fulton Street, Edgewood Drive and at Roger’s Landing.

NFD personnel responded to motor vehicle collisions at Springbrook Road and Crest­view Drive and in the 2700 block of Chehalem Drive, as we as checked a burn pile at 205 E. Third St.

Sept. 2

EMTs responded to medical calls on Oak Drive, Foothills Drive, Charles Street, Hyland Drive, Vittoria Way, Springbrook Road, Second Street, Highway 240, Bald Peak Road, Williamson Road and Myrtlewood Street.

Sept. 3

NFD personnel responded to a structure fire at 8885 N.E. Parrett Mountain Road and checked burn piles at 34290 N.E. Wilsonville Road and 33333 Haugen Road.

Sept. 4

EMTs responded to medical calls on Werth Boule­vard, Ninth Street in Dundee, Foothills Drive and Springbrook Road.

Sept. 5

EMTs responded to medical calls on Blaine Street, College Street, Foothills Drive, Sitka Avenue, Hayes Street, Second Street, Che­halem Drive and Vittoria Way.

NFD personnel responded to general alarms at 317 Werth Boulevard and 31727 N.E. Wilsonville Road, in addition to a downed tree at Vittoria Way and Libra Street.

Sept. 6

EMTs responded to medical calls on River Street, Johanna Court, Hayes Street, Werth Boulevard, Deskins Street, First Street, Deborah Road, Second Street and Carlton Way.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision at Fifth and Meridian streets, downed wires at 115 Old Highway 99W, a downed tree on College Street, an oil spill at Portland Road and Brutscher Street, an electrical fire at 618 E. First St. and a motor vehicle collision in the 1900 block of Portland Road.

Sept. 7

EMTs responded to medical calls on Fulton Street, Wilsonville Road and Portland Road.

NFD personnel responded to a hazardous materials spill at Portland and Villa roads, a faulty electrical outlet at 611 S. Blaine St. and a motor vehicle collision at Bald Peak Road and Highway 219.

Sept. 8

EMTs responded to medical calls on Springbrook Road, Mountainview Court, Fulton Street and Brandon Drive.

NFD personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 33000 block of Haugen Road, checked for smoke on The Greens Avenue and responded to a general alarm at 312 Carlton Way.

Sept. 9

EMTs responded to medical calls on Red Hills Road in Dundee, High Tee Court, Princeton Court, Foothills Drive, Fulton Street and College Street.

Sept. 10

EMTs responded to medical calls on Third Street, Sandoz Road, Worden Hill Road in Dundee, Howard and Third streets, Hayes Street and Johnson Court.

NFD personnel responded to a bark dust fire at 19505 N.E. Williamson Road, checked a burn pile at 21855 N.E. Hidden Springs Road and responded to a vehicle fire at Portland and Everest roads.

Sept. 2

Michael A. Hartman, 25, was taken into custody for criminal trespass and a warrant. He was transported to the county jail. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Ricardo Hernandez, 21, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Abraham Atrian De Los Santos, 24, was taken into custody for DUII. He was transported to the county jail. He was also issued citations to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and refusal to take a breath test.

Trina L Long, 33, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of heroin. She was issued citations to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 3

Adam W Crawford, 26, was taken into custody for harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a runaway case that occurred in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The involved juvenile returned home without police contact.

Tiffani R. Storment, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Michael A. Chapel, 37, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Mu­nicipal Court.

Sept. 4

Michael Karlau, 45, was taken into custody for criminal mistreatment. He was transported to the county jail.

Yamhill County Jail reports

The Yamhill County jail in McMinnville periodically releases reports for people arrested during the weeks prior to publication of The Newberg Graphic. Below are arrestees associated with Newberg and Dundee.

Sept. 5

Jesse Ryan Waits, 31, was arrested for driving while suspended. No bail was set.

Sept. 6

Florencio Paz Jr., 31, of Newberg, was arrested on warrant from Washington. Bail was set at $1,000.

Sept. 7

Orlando Damian Medina, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for interfering with a police officer, first-degree harassment, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and DUII. Bail was set at $25,000.

Sept. 8

Christopher Walkoski, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a parole sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 9

Rick Alan Dervalis, 51, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and DUII. No bail was set.

Carlos Escobedo, a 31-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a parole/probation sanction. No bail was set.

Forty-six-year-old Newberg resident Katie Marie Walker was arrested for second-degree theft. No bail was set.

Michael Eric Stotts, 40, of Newberg, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000.

Sept. 10

Christopher William Melka, 35, a Newberg transient, was arrested on a probation violation for harassing communication. No bail was set.

Sept. 12

Heather Renee Adamski, 30, of Newberg, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $50,000

Stuart Jay Akers, a 61-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear to face an attempt to elude police charge. Bail was set at $12,500.

Nineteen-year-old New­berg resident Pedro Radilla was arrested on a warrant from Newberg Municipal Court for failure to appear to face a charge of minor in possession. Bail was set at $10,000.

Sept. 14

Crystal Neil Glenn, 18, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 15

Omar Chavez Estrada, 34, of Dundee, was arrested for pointing a firearm at another and domestic menacing. He was also held on an ICE hold. Bail was set at $30,000.

Patrick David Lanctot, a 30-year-old Dundee resident, was arrested on a parole/probation sanction. No bail was set.
