Outstanding warrants

Area law enforcement officers are looking for the following people with outstanding warrants.

Anyone with information on these individuals may call the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or its detectives, or the Newberg-Dundee Police De­part­ment.

Sept. 11

— Ricardo Ro­sales Gomez, 30, is wanted on a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII).

— Antonio Chavarria Gonzales Jr., is wanted on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault.

— Fernando Garcia, 32, is wanted on a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

— Freddi Abadia Gonzales, 37, is wanted for failure to appear (FTA) for third-degree rape and prostitution.

— Hesys Ernesto Garcia Gonzales, 35, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, recklessly endangering another and reckless driving.

— Jeramy Lane Goodwin Orange, 26, is wanted on an FTA for fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree harassment.

— Mark Michael Gorton, 46, is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sexual offender.

— Amanda Lee Graham, 25, is wanted for violating post-prison supervision on a conviction for first-degree criminal mischief.

— Christine Lynn Graham, 44, is wanted on an FTA for possession of a controlled substance (PCS).

— Kevin Edward Groleau, 42, is wanted on an FTA for PCS.

— Darryl Jack­son Hamilton, 23, is wanted on a probation violation for third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment.

— Ryan Patrick Hancock, 38, is wanted on an FTA for DUII, reckless driving, criminal driving while suspended, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

Aug. 16

Officers are investigating a reckless burning case that occurred in the 1100 block of North Springbrook Road.

Aug. 17

Emmanuel A. Garibay, 23, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Aug. 20

Adam B. Scroggins, 40, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was brought before the Newberg Municipal Court and released.

Officers are investigating a theft and burglary that occurred in the 2300 block of East Second Street.

Officers are investigating a case of criminal mischief that occurred in the 1600 block of North College Street.

Aug. 21

Officers are investigating a case of criminal mischief that occurred in the 400 block of Southeast Seventh Street in Dundee.

Leila K. Ladrini, 20, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of heroin. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Alicia C. Youngblood, 35, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Aug. 22

Jennifer F Furness, 34, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Kurt J. Ziegenbein, 51, was taken into custody for assault and criminal mischief. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Aug. 23

Officers are investigating a case of criminal mischief that occurred in the 100 block of West Illinois Street.

Rogelio Olea, 34, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Peter W. Mulbreght III, 25, was taken into custody on a probation violation and on a charge of escape. He was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 24

Patricia L. Gregory, 46, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Joseph J. Colby, 19, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for minor in possession of alcohol.

A 17-year-old juvenile female was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the Yamhill County Juvenile Detention Center.

Officers investigated a missing person case that occurred in the 300 block of Quail Drive. The person in question was located by another agency.

Brian J. Vakoc, 38, was taken into custody on a probation violation and on a charge of harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Paul N. Want, 24, was taken into custody for offensive littering. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Austin T. Blake, 18, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

Aug. 25

Benjamin S. Blummert, 33, was taken into custody for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Officers investigated a runaway case that occurred in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The 16-year-old juvenile female was located and taken into protective custody. She was released to a responsible party.

Rick A. Dervalis, 33, was taken into custody for DUII and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Aug. 27

Beu R. Coker, 18, was taken into custody for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Roman Rosas-Cabildo, 35, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Laura L. Weaver, 31, was taken into custody for failure to present a license. She was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Joshua L. Stotts, 18, was taken into custody on a probation violation. He was transported to the county jail.

Gabriel C. Rice, 22, was taken into custody for theft of services. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Officers are investigating reports of theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and criminal mischief that occurred in the 3300 block of Portland Road.

Officers are investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 300 block of Villa Road.

Jeffrey M. Bye, 38, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful consumption of alcohol in a public place.

Kevin E. Bye, 42, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful consumption of alcohol in a public place.

Aug. 30

Christopher S. Tomkiewicz, 30, was taken into custody for DUII. He was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Aug. 31

Officers are investigating a fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in the 4000 block of Masters Drive.

James M. Roach, 53, was taken into custody for theft and attempt to elude. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers are investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 700 block of Southwest Red Hills Drive in Dundee.

Jesse R. Fuller, 26, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful urination in a public place.

Antonio R. Gallegos, 28, was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court for unlawful urination in a public place.

Officers are investigating a theft that occurred in the 2900 block of Portland Road.

Sarah K. Breshears, 35, was taken into custody for DUII. She was cited to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 2

Officers are investigating an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 700 block of Logan Lane.

Michael A. Hartman, 25, was taken into custody for criminal trespass and a warrant. He was transported to the county jail. He was also cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Ricardo Hernandez, 21, was taken into custody on a warrant. He was transported to the county jail.

Abraham Atrian De Los Santos, 24, was taken into custody for DUII. He was transported to the county jail. He was also issued citations to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court for unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and refusal to take a breath test.

Trina L Long, 33, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of heroin. She was issued citations to appear in Yamhill County Circuit Court.

Sept. 3

Adam W Crawford, 26, was taken into custody for harassment. He was transported to the county jail.

Officers investigated a runaway case that occurred in the 600 block of Brandon Drive. The involved juvenile returned home without police contact.

Tiffani R. Storment, 31, was taken into custody on a warrant. She was transported to the county jail.

Michael A. Chapel, 37, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was cited to appear in Newberg Municipal Court.

Sept. 4

Michael Karlau, 45, was taken into custody for criminal mistreatment. He was transported to the county jail.

Aug. 31

Kaleb Dominic Villarreal, 20, of Newberg, was arrested for first-degree harassment. No bail was set.

Sept. 2

Abraham De Los Atrian, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). Bail was set at $5,000.

Michael Allen Hartman, a 25-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a Washington County probation violation for second-degree theft. Bail was set at $7,143.

Twenty-one-year-old Newberg resident Ricardo Hernandez was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

Sept. 3

Ricky Lee Dunitz, 26, of Newberg, was arrested on a probation sanction. No bail was set.

James Joseph Rosacker, a 52-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Forty-four-year-old Newberg resident Ronald Kenneth Strasser was arrested on a warrant out of Lake Oswego Municipal Court for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

Sept. 4

Adam Wade Crawford, 25, of Newberg, was arrested for harassment. Bail was set at $10,000.

Michael Allen Karlau, a 45-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested for first-degree criminal mistreatment. Bail was set at $7,500.

Patricia Lynn Gregory, 45, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement on a conviction for DUII. Bail was set at $7,500.

Jeremy Michael Hamel, a 29-year-old Newberg resident, was arrested on probation violations for fourth-degree assault and harassment. No bail was set.

Twenty-seven-year-old Newberg resident Rashel Ann Sutliff was arrested on a parole/probation sanction. No bail was set.

Sept. 5

Jesse Ryan Waits, 31, was arrested for driving while suspended. No bail was set.

Sept. 6

Florencio Paz Jr., 31, of Newberg, was arrested on warrant from Washington. Bail was set at $1,000.

Sept. 7

Orlando Damian Medina, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for interfering with a police officer, first-degree harassment, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and DUII. Bail was set at $25,000.
